Interior is clean, bright, airy, comfortable. Staff are competent, caring, gentle with the guests and helpful to visitors. Management is alert, present and visible and available for discussion with family. The same can be said for the nursing service, attention to medications. A further benefit is their experience and welcoming to interaction with hospice. I feel comfortable in recommending Seasons.

The staff at Seasons of Danvers was awesome. Right from my first meeting with [name removed] the Director of Seasons I new it was the right choice. She did a thorough interview with me regarding my brother. When I explained that he has Celiac she brought in the Chef [name removed] he explained that he would have Gluten free options at all meals. My brother entered Seasons in March weighing 128# when he was discharged [date removed]he was a healthy 210# thanks to Chef [name removed] and his staff. The activities were great to aid [name removed] turn around, he became very social and was the Pied Piper of Seasons. I can't say enough about the care and compassion that he received. Thank God for Seasons of Danvers.

Cleanliness and smelled fresh and clean. Newly updated. I would recommend to others.

We chose Canton Regency because it seemed like the best fit at the time. We also liked the way all of the staff treated us when we came to visit. Just like everyone else right now - they were understaffed, but overall I would recommend the facility to others.

The staff is very friendly and caring and they have a good community of residences. the community is clean and they have some activities although i would like to see a better varity. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience

2 bedroom apts. Nice rooms, spacious, all new appliances. Attentive and friendly aides. In residence doctor, nurse. Planned activities. Special bus trips. Exercise programs. Community council meets once a month hear problems and suggestions. Well prepared menu.

I think this is a good place. I'm glad we moved here.

Staff - pleasant, caring. Food - not good.

Very large and Spauling. Have respit room completely furnished on AL side. However,it smelled old and musty. The dining room on that unit also had a funny smell. The food in the Independent dining was delicious.

The independent and assisted living areas were very nice, the areas with higher skilled nursing were dated. The gal we were touring with said they were planning on updating but did not know when. Knowing my mother may be in the more skilled area, we wanted to keep looking.

My mother is still taking some time to adjust to her move too this community. However I did feel very pleased with her move here, this is a great community. All the staff is great, they are very respectful towards their residents. They provide plenty of activities for the residents. A place for mom suggested a wonderful community, we are satisfied with all they have done for us, and I would recommend it.

We feel that we made a great choice with this place. The people are good to my loved one. He likes the place and is getting adjusted. There really is nothing wrong about here.

This is a beautiful community and we liked it. There is a garden in the center that the residents can enjoy. They do lock the outside doors but the residents can go wherever they want inside the community. They were not qualified to care for my loved and the resident care manager that completed the evaluation of her did not get it correct. She is anything but caring and this is how she trains her people. I would not suggest going there as long as this care manager is there.

For the most part, it has been just wonderful. I'm happy that my mother is there. The only thing is that they have these planters with random objects in them. It looks terrible. My mother doesn't like them. It's just horrible. Other than that, everything else has been very good. The communication with the staff has been good. My mother has been here for one month. I can't rate the care services because it's not applicable.

During my limited experience Canton Regency (my wife was only there two weeks) was very pleasant. They were very nice and went above and beyond to help in any way they could. One thing I feel they could do to improve is that I have had difficulty figuring out how much I owe them, and they have not been very good at communicating this to me when I have inquired. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

My parent entered the Canton Regency recently. I think it will be OK. The aids are all friendly and helpful and seem to get to people as quickly as possible. It is very clean and well kept. The food in assisted living is OK but not restaurant style. For now we are happy and my parent will stay.

My Mom visited Friday and a scheduled a tour for my Uncle on Monday. Very nice.

Overall we've had a good experience with Canton Regency! It's a very clean, well kept community, and the staff have all seemed very caring and professional. They really take good care of the residents as well as the facility itself, they are very thorough! They also do a great job with the activities, there always seems to be plenty going on. They've got the place running like a well oiled machine, and it creates a comfortable and enjoyable environment for the residents.
