We brought our loved one here at the end of her life when she was declining rapidly. We just wish we had brought her here sooner! They were very helpful with us transitioning to that end of life care. They were always there to help. We were able to stay with her and be with her, even during Covid. They would bring us trays of snacks and would check on us. They were just very caring.

Our family had an in person tour and it is just a beautiful and gorgeous community, everything was super friendly and the staff were all very thorough when they answered our questions. For our loved one it was just to large and potentially to overwhelming, but for us we would love to come live here

I chose Charter Senior Living because I was impressed with the staff interaction with the residents and it also seemed that they were better at maintaining and taking care of the property. They have an amazing activities director, she is over the top wonderful and she will bend over backwards on her day off to help. They have a great group of staff members who work here. The director is very responsive to any questions or concerns that I have. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We were thrilled. We did a lot of research on memory care communities and this one was exceptional. We have been happy with every step from sales and on. My loved ones memory is actually improving due to the care and engagement that she is receiving.

What a great place for mom-literally. The staff is outstanding, the facility is great, lots of activities and wonderful care.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff give great personal one-on-one care to the residents. They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may have about my loved one.

I would encourage you to look at this community for your loved ones. It is a family like atmosphere. Everyone is open and the people are very friendly. The residents and staff are wonderful here. The food is very good.

[name removed] was kind and listened very carefully to our needs. Based on our needs, she gave us a thorough tour. She was very thoughtful and well-informed. The facility is beautiful; the residents and staff seemed happy.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The friendliness, the community, the overall care, the nurses are concerned, and keep up great communication with the family are all standouts to me. I would like to see the additional cost changed for the residents and families.

I would not hesitiate to put my loved one here. They have been wonderful to be safe, and keeping the residents busy with activities. They are allowing the contracted home health aide in for my loved one. They are on top of all the concerns my loved one has about their room.

This is a true home. Every employee is very caring, giving and loving, Even with the covid restrictions, they all go out of their way to make every resident feel cared for and loved. I've seen people, no matter their illness, physical or mental treated as adults & with respect. Love this home.

Recently I brought my father to the Regency for assisted living. He is very happy there and is really happy with the staff. He loves his little apartment! Very clean and well kept. He says it reminds him of a classy hotel. All of the food is wonderful and never had anything that wasn't excellent. The price is so reasonable. 100% happy with the Regency!

The Regency is like living in a five-star hotel. Clean, decorative, and beautiful. Great staff, good food, lots of activities. Nice people live here. Apartments are nice and clean. Also nice size rooms.

We continue to practice Covid-19 rules to keep us healthy. I am really happy with our new home. A beautiful residence, wonderful and helpful staff. Wonderful meals.

The biggest thing I feel is safe.

As a new resident, I am very pleased with everything I have encountered. The need for isolation due to the virus has been as comfortable as possible. It is reassuring to feel so safe by all of the staff.

The team at The Regency is fantastic! Everyone always greets me with a smile. I can tell they truly care about residents.

Words cannot express how thankful I am for Canton Regency. I need respite care due to my cancer and they had everything set up for me in 2 hours. The day shift nurse was so attentive that she really stands out to me. The aides were all very friendly and helpful. They even helped me with my dog! I highly recommend Canton Regency.

I happen to really love this place. There are quite a lot of personalities here and we adjusted to all around us. The staff is wonderful, friendly, pleasant, helpful, and viligent in helping b us be well and safe. I've been here for 15 months and I really hadn't wanted to leave home. I am 88 and my children thought I could use a little help. I'm independent living and have adjusted well and am truly happy here.

Well staffed beautiful residence. All help is so kind and compassionate. During Covid-19 strict rules are kept and must be practiced here!! Our residents continue to remain Covid-19 free because of our staff. The residence is well maintained and clean. We have some weekly activities with Covid restrictions. May sit outdoor according to rules. Our apartment is beautiful. We seem like one big family.
