The Regency is like living in a five-star hotel. Clean, decorative, and beautiful. Great staff, good food, lots of activities. Nice people live here. Apartments are nice and clean. Also nice size rooms.

We continue to practice Covid-19 rules to keep us healthy. I am really happy with our new home. A beautiful residence, wonderful and helpful staff. Wonderful meals.

The biggest thing I feel is safe.

As a new resident, I am very pleased with everything I have encountered. The need for isolation due to the virus has been as comfortable as possible. It is reassuring to feel so safe by all of the staff.

The team at The Regency is fantastic! Everyone always greets me with a smile. I can tell they truly care about residents.

Words cannot express how thankful I am for Canton Regency. I need respite care due to my cancer and they had everything set up for me in 2 hours. The day shift nurse was so attentive that she really stands out to me. The aides were all very friendly and helpful. They even helped me with my dog! I highly recommend Canton Regency.

I happen to really love this place. There are quite a lot of personalities here and we adjusted to all around us. The staff is wonderful, friendly, pleasant, helpful, and viligent in helping b us be well and safe. I've been here for 15 months and I really hadn't wanted to leave home. I am 88 and my children thought I could use a little help. I'm independent living and have adjusted well and am truly happy here.

Well staffed beautiful residence. All help is so kind and compassionate. During Covid-19 strict rules are kept and must be practiced here!! Our residents continue to remain Covid-19 free because of our staff. The residence is well maintained and clean. We have some weekly activities with Covid restrictions. May sit outdoor according to rules. Our apartment is beautiful. We seem like one big family.

My parents have been residents of Canton Regency for a couple years; moved from another facility. The entire staff, other residents and their family members, have all become family to us and, during this time of COVID, we miss visiting with ALL the family. The facility is clean, well planned and inviting. There are activities within the community, and, pre-COVID, planned outings were available. I highly recommend Canton Regency.

My parents live in the Memory Care community. It's a blessing to know they are not only together in their apartment, but they are safe, well-cared for and engaged in meaningful daily activities. Especially during the Covid crisis, the staff is doing an exceptional job caring for Mom & Dad and keeping us informed. The Canton Regency has earned their much-deserved 5-star rating from me!

Canton Regency is hands down a great community!! The staff is friendly, helpful and goes out of their way to accommodate the needs of their residents and families, especially during this time of uncertainty with COVID.

It was a caring environment. They seemed to be on top of things as much as possible. My dad started in Assisted Living and then was in Memory care. Communication was good. It was a caring staff. The room sizes and layout of the community were very good. I looked at quite a few places and Canton Regency seemed to be the best fit in the area.

My mother has been a resident at the Canton Regency since 2013. Since she has lived in independent living, assisted living, and now memory care I feel that I have a pretty good overview of what life is like at the Regency. Because I live fairly close to the Regency I visited quite often- daily while in independent living and twice daily in assisted living. Unfortunately COVID-19 has prevented me from visiting with her recent move to memory care. You can see from the pictures that the recently renovated building is quite appealing. What I am most impressed with however - is the staff. I can honestly say that my mother is treated with the utmost respect. It seems that everyone knows her and what her needs are. I have seen the staff interact with her and they treat her like she is their grandma. I also observe how the staff interacts with other residents. They are so patient and caring with everyone. To me this is the most important reason why she remains at the Regency. Her happiness and and safety are my number one priorities. The administration is very easy to work with and available for any concerns. It is so comforting that you can go to any staff member for assistance and they are always available and willing to assist. During this difficult time due to COVID-19 they are helping in every way possible to lessen the impact of social isolation for our beloved senior family members.
