Elmcroft was very caring of both of my parents and I don't think I would have survived without their support.

My mom has been here since December 2015. It's been very good, lots of activities and all of the staff are very caring. Everything is handled very professionally. I'm glad mom's here!

I love the community, only negative is the food. The staff show a lot of patience and care for the residents.

Theresa does a great job keeping the residents busy and having fun and entertainment. She is always smiling and happy and lovely to be around. She is a true asset to your community.

Princeton Village is a nice community. The memory care unit is a securely locked floor with all the comforts of home.

Everything is clean... I love that everyone is nice to me and the staff are nice when helping me. I have lived here for about 7 months and have a great roommate that shares in my life. The room is perfect for the both of us, and she is really good to get along with.

Elmcroft has turned out to be the perfect place for my Aunt who has only been there for a short amount of time. Since moving in she has made plenty of friends and is really enjoying herself. The food is nothing to speak of but I can say that the place is extremely clean and there aren't any odors like other places. The staff are very nice and friendly and all very responsive. So I'd say so far so good.

Great reception area. Liked the locked front door and was received in a gracious manner. Wonderful tour nice center area for outside garden area. Liked the layout inside bright and easy. Staff were wonderful and huggy and gave good eye contact. Seemed to genuinely warm to the patients. I can only hope this was sincere. The studio I saw was too dark small. Really want mom in a one bedroom as she is coming from a large home and needs her privacy but not confinement. Liked this place a lot. Will be going back for a visit hopefully today (weds.) with my mom and speak with Cindy to see available rooms.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility itself was a bit on the older side, but seemed well kept for the most part. The staff I met were friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this place is worth a look if you're looking into care in the area.

The staff is very friendly and want to help. They try to accommodate our unique needs with mother spending days in memory care and father in assisted living. They share a room in assisted living.

I spoke to the lady at this facility long before they admitted my wife's Mother. I think they would have preferred to stay there, but due to my Father-In-Law's condition they could not stay there. The facility was very nice though.

We have been very happy with our decision. We found them to be very friendly. The facility is very clean. Very It's well run. The room situation is very good. I really like the way the rooms are laid out. The way that they serve is very nice. They have a nice dining room area. They have wine twice a week which makes my mother in law happy. It has been a very good experience at the Elmcroft. We are very pleased.

I toured this community while looking into senior living options for a loved one. Broadview Assisted Living seemed like a nice place overall, but I don't think it was the best fit for my loved one. The assisted care they provide here was a little more than my Mom was needing at the time. However, the facility seemed clean and well kept, and the staff I met were friendly.

Clinical model. Has several levels of care, Mom would probably require the least amount of care. Have 'Grant a Wish' day. Can administer drugs. Two employees have a parent there.

The staff is very friendly. It has been a really good experience, and they have been exceptionally helpful in many ways. One area where they could improve would be in communication. When I ask a question I will often get half an answer, and although things are usually done they do not follow back up with me to keep me informed and let me know what has been done. Generally overall it's a very good place and we are happy to have our aunt there.

Dad only spent a couple hours (literally) at Elmcroft of the Mainland, so my experience is very limited. But during that time I can say that it seems like a nice place and all the staff there is incredibly friendly.

The home environment focus of this memory care community is what we favor for Suzanne. The rooms are all semi-private, which currently would not be our choice for Suzanne, but the rooms were nice. This is our number 3 choice.

My loved one is there so I’d have to rate it high. I like the director. He seems to be very open minded and working for the betterment of everything there. If they lose him I think they’ll be in a world of hurt. The Location was good. Appearance is excellent. They need to something about security.

The facility looks clean and the people who work there seem qualified. But, if she ends up needing the max amount of care she would not be able to pay. She would have to relocate. Which I'm trying to avoid.
