I did like this place, but they were always shorthanded and that was not good for the residents care. The people that are there are super friendly and helpful even though there is a few. They have a beautiful courtyard that they take the residents out for fresh air.

They were great help. The director is great and most of the people are great too. It seems homey like a big mansion. I liked hearing that the staff eat here. There was one nurse who was not great at night however the community has brought this to her attention. Overall it was a great experience and wished my mom was able to fully experience the place.

We are still adjusting to the community, it is pretty brand new so they are still working some things out. So far everything is working out pretty well. The staff is good, they have been very helpful. A disappointing factor has been that there aren't many activities offered in the memory care. The community is well maintained, everything is very nice and clean. The food is good, they serve well balanced meals. I know with some time we will become more adjusted to the community.

The community and staff are nice and friendly people. When I was there for 2 weeks I saw the place is kept clean. My sister likes to play bingo and gets rides to her appointments or for errands. The food is really good, my sister loves it and I think it's excellent! This place is high in cost but I would recommend them.

The staff is very interactive and try very hard to meet our parents' needs. The leadership team is very open to suggestions and questions. The director is attentive to cost control without sacrificing quality which I appreciate. There are no serious weaknesses with the staff or the facility. Also, the maintenance staff is responsive and rapid to make repairs when needed.
