I have observed the people who are cared for are looked after for their needs. The atmosphere at Elmcroft is pleasant and everyone seems to be nice. The facility is kept up with great care. I have enjoyed taking with the staff and the residents here.

We used the respite care services this community offers and it was such a positive experience all around. Mom really enjoyed her stay here she made quite a few friends that she still keeps in contact with in fact I take her over regularly to visit them. She loved the staff they treated very well I had no concerns leaving her there. We were so impressed with the community that if we feel my mom needs to go into assisted living this community is on the top of our list.

Elmcroft of Windcrest was a nice and clean community. They provided us with the information about the care they would provide for our loved one. We chose another community based on the proximity to family members houses.

Mostly helpful and friendly staff. Both the public room and our private rooms are well cleaned.

My wife receives good service.

Everyone is very nice and takes good care of my parent. I would like to have a call after the OK comes to see her here at the home. So I could have an update about what he thinks about her health.

Mom had an ok respite stay at this community. The staff were nice. She did say they did not follow through on what was promised regarding the activities. She did like the food and they do have set meal times. The community was clean. I would recommend taking a look at this community to see if it would work for your loved one.

Mom really likes it here. The staff is very friendly and very involved with the residents. Mom is doing some of the activities they provide. For the most part, she likes the food she says every once and while there is something that isn't so good. Overall I would highly recommend this community we are very impressed with the care that is being given to my mom,

The care at this community is good. The staff is good and friendly and caring. We like the cleanliness is good but needs small improvements. The menu is very good and I like knowing that she does like the variety. They do have trips away from the community that she does like a lot. This community comes highly recommended.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken at this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I liked all the great amenities they had available as well as the dinning room experience for all of the residents. It was just not the right location for my wife but I would recommend it to anyone who would be interested.

Elmcroft has been my home for one year. I do miss being in my own home, but I feel that this is the best place I could be at this time. 1. I enjoy the association with others. 2. The activities 3. Good food 4. Very nice employees.

I think we live in a good community. [Removed] is a very good director. When she is around, we have a large group of people listening to her. [Removed] is very good at his job also, so is [Removed], you can see, like quite a few people. I like Elmcroft.

Its very clean and staff is friendly.

Friendly staff – nice atmosphere. Had 2 meals with my dad. Broiled fish – wasn’t so good – Red lamb chops today – good.

I thank this is a great place to live. The staff are all kind to me.

I think it is great living here. We have things to do. Sometimes they take us out, eat out if we have the money and want to go.

The staff at Elmcroft are terrific. They take good care of my father in law. The food is fine and they keep the community clean. He likes to participate in some of the daily activities and he is making friends. This is a smaller community and I would recommend taking a look at it to see if it is what you are looking for.

I'am comfortable with my wife's move to this community. So far they are taking good care of her, and her needs. She seems satisfied with all they have done for us. They have a nice staff, and they do a good job with the cleanliness. They have nice meals, and provide good activities for their residents. She is safe, and receiving good care here in this community, and I would recommend.

This facility stood out for its' layout of one floor around a courtyard; its' cleanliness; and its' updated, homey feel. Staff are also friendly. There's a nice lobby area, library, activities room, screened back porch, front porch with pretty seating, bistro and good outdoor space. Mother says food and laundry service are outstanding. Others also said there was no nickel & diming that comparable facilities added. Administrator and Community Relations Director were involved and professional. Didn't give five stars, as medications are not delivered at consistent times, and activities could be more varied. Overall, a good value compared to other ALFs. Seems safe, and they have created a pleasant atmosphere.
