My father-in-law has been there since January 5th and the only concerns that I've had is that he is not taken or brought back from each meal by an attendant every time. this is usually due to understaffing at a meal hour. Other than that I've been extremely pleased with the care and the attention they have given him.

This is a nice community for what they charge. The rates are decent and they were willing to work with us. They offer a good variety of daily activities. There is a good variety of food and they have a dietician on staff that matches what each residents dietary needs are. The community is clean for the most part. I would recommend taking a look at it.

We are happy to see that my mom likes the community here. She is happy with the caring staff members. The community is clean and very nice. She is offered the activities, but can not participate at this time. She is likes most of the meals. Our familiy is close so that we can visit often. We would recommend this community to other families

My dad is a huge fan of all of the meals the chef prepares for all of the residents and that is a big deal coming from him. They always a have a variety of food for them to choose from and have lots of great flavor and taste in the meats. The staff also does a great job on continuing to check on him throughout the day and night to make sure he is doing okay as well as help him with his room chores. I like this community a lot and am very pleased with there services.

I had a tour of the facility with [Removed] and really liked it. [Removed] was extremely nice, the residents whom I saw looked happy. It was early evening so I didn't get to check out the food.

My tour of this community was a good one. The community looked nice, and everything was neat and clean. The staff I met was kind and friendly. I liked how they followed up with us just to make sure we were okay. It was a pleasant experience, and this is a nice community overall.

CLEAN, FRIENDLY,WELL RUN!

I toured this community for my friend and her needs. The staff was kind and welcoming. Everything looked well maintained. From what they showed me everything looked nice and tidy. Everyone was very friendly. We had a nice experience. This wasn't the one for my friend and her needs.

I did like this place, but they were always shorthanded and that was not good for the residents care. The people that are there are super friendly and helpful even though there is a few. They have a beautiful courtyard that they take the residents out for fresh air.

My loved one has really adjusted well to this community, all of the staff and residents have made her feel right at home and comfortable in her new living environment. The dinning room experience is wonderful as well as the various meals they serve throughout the day. I am very pleased with this facility and would recommend it.

My mother in law had a short stay at this community before we found out she needed more assistance than they offered. The staff were kind with her. The food was good. They allow pets.

They were great help. The director is great and most of the people are great too. It seems homey like a big mansion. I liked hearing that the staff eat here. There was one nurse who was not great at night however the community has brought this to her attention. Overall it was a great experience and wished my mom was able to fully experience the place.

This is a good place and we were happy with the care provided. The experience was good and I was very pleased with how well the service was. The meals and activities were fine for my mom. I would return for another respite and recommend to others.

We are still adjusting to the community, it is pretty brand new so they are still working some things out. So far everything is working out pretty well. The staff is good, they have been very helpful. A disappointing factor has been that there aren't many activities offered in the memory care. The community is well maintained, everything is very nice and clean. The food is good, they serve well balanced meals. I know with some time we will become more adjusted to the community.

The community and staff are nice and friendly people. When I was there for 2 weeks I saw the place is kept clean. My sister likes to play bingo and gets rides to her appointments or for errands. The food is really good, my sister loves it and I think it's excellent! This place is high in cost but I would recommend them.

The staff at Elmcroft of Carrollwood are friendly and willing to work with you. The community is clean and well taken care of. My husband is getting along pretty good and we would recommend this community.

Friendly community!

Clean, nice atmosphere and accommodating staff. Director is awesome! Could use some updates to dishes and table dressings. Staff is friendly but seem over-tasked at times.
