We picked this community because of the cleanliness and activities and the food smelled good. Also the staff. I'd say the staff is great but definitely keep your own doctor.

My loved one is currently a resident at Sodalis Milton and things have been good for her at this facility so far. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My loved one enjoys the food. The building does not smell like most other facilities do. The cleanliness, care services, activities and value for cost are good. So far, I would recommend Sodalis Milton to family and friends.

My family loved one has been living at Soldalis since 2007. He has always been shown a great deal of care and concern by the staff at this facility. During Covid they kept the residents safe and helped to facilitate video calls so we could stay in touch with each other. The staff is very responsive to all his needs for health care to making sure his medical equipment is working well. I would recommend Soldalis for your loved one.

We love ALL of the staff we have meet and interact with when we visit our mother. The facility is very clean, and the staff is always available. We are happy with the relationship between staff and residents. The rooms are very spacious and nice. Lovely facility! I would like to give this place a five star rating, however there are a few issues. The Internet service is a MAJOR problem. They have WIRELESS DIRECTV through the Internet, that hardly works. Can’t FaceTime with loved ones because of internet. Need more activities! AC is also a problem. Rooms are not regulated. With thermostat set at 68 you can be very warm. Thermostat is not senior citizen, friendly. The meals are not of a quality you would expect at a place like this. Many of the residents complain of not liking the food. With what we pay, they should be getting five star meals, not wraps and hamburgers on a regular basis. I think the owner needs to step up, and provide the service that we all pay for.

My parents have been there for over 3 years and we have been pleased with the care they are receiving. The staff are very friendly and keep in touch with me for any thing I need to know about my parents.

The place is a little old but the staff care and are helpful. He is comfortable there. The food is wonderful! Like home cooking with real plates and silverware. It makes him very happy. We picked his community because of the location.

Heavy rain occured on [date removed], while I was visiting my mother-in-law. Gutters on building were over flooding around the building, due to clogged down spouts causing washout and flooding around the building. Also, the sidewalk on the left front of the building is heaved up from roots of magnolia tree, causing a trip hazzard.

The place was very efficient and well run. The resident Staff was great. The Admin/Leadership staff that I dealt with was very business focused. They were kind of sterile and not super friendly.

My family and loved one have had an average experience with the community. The staff and residents have been friendly. The food and service in the dining room has been very poor and not able to keep staff. We would suggest you ask lots of questions about meals, care available, and try a meal during the tour.

We toured with Sodalis Pensacola and the facility was in much greater need for updating! It was smaller with less offered activity wise and less on site services (salon, PT, etc.)

The staff is very friendly is a major positive. Both to us, my mother, and when dealing with other tenants that we've experienced. They could use some additional staff coverage over the weekends. My mother says that the food served is average, but whenever I go to visit, it looks and smells really good! I would recommend Sodalis Texas City to my friends and family.

Sodalis at stone oak was very nice. Had a wait list. No smell, however the memory care unit was very open but felt he could get turned around easily and get confused if where is room was. But they had a very nice outside area that we liked too. The representative was very distracted and jumped around a lot.

The experience is good. The staff is helpful and friendly. We picked this community, because of the overall atmosphere and interaction with the prior ED and sales person. I would recommend to other families.

It has the feel of a family or a small community. Every staff person gets to know each resident and their personal tastes and needs. That means a lot to our family. It's excellent.

We placed our mother at Sodalis-Tampa in [date removed]. Overall, we have been pleased with our experience at Sodalis. We choose Sodalis based on a number of factors, including budget, location, cleanliness and overall feel of the facility during our tour (the staff seemed helpful and attentive). We had some issues with the medical provider assigned to this facility and have subsequently changed providers (and are much happier). Our mother is doing well as she has family members that visit her regularly at Sodalis and family members that advocate for her needs there and with her medical providers. Without that oversight, her experience would be very different.

They provide a variety of activities, such as live music and holiday celebrations. They have friendly staff, who is very approachable. They administrator and nurse clinician is very responsive, with questions or issues. I would recommend to others.

It doesn't show very well but the administrator was awesome & was always in his office & ready to help. I really liked that place but location wasn't great for me.
