They're very welcoming. The care is pretty good. And the facility is pretty nice.

We had a very good tour at The Forum at Deer Creek. I liked their whole concept. It looked very professional. The director was really very informative. They were in a higher price range than we could afford, but we really liked them.

I like The Horizon Club. My mom seems very happy and content. The staff are great, and they're very good with her.

The tour experience with The Gardens of Port St Lucie was good, but when we visited we noticed all of the residents were in wheelchairs and not active. This would not have been a good fit for my loved one since she is younger.

The friendliness of the staff and residents is what really sticks out as well as the facility itself - it is very well kept up. The apartment sizes are fairly generous compared to others we looked at. I would recommend Five Star Premier Residences of Plantation to others looking.

The food, the activities and the staff are some of the things we like about The Court and based on our experience we would recommend this community to others.

As a healthcare provider I have been exposed to several different SLCS and this one is the friendliest-from front door to on the floor staff that I have witnessed. Because most of the time has been spent in memory care as it is clearly the best managed MC I've witnessed. Instead of being babysat by the TV. Their staff is extremely engaged with the residents frequent activities, unique knowledge of each resident and how to approach them.

I came and tour the facility [name removed] was amazing he was so professional, the facility was very cleans, He showed me all the nice things in the community. When my dad makes his minds up this is we’re my dad is going. Thank you [name removed] for your time.

I toured this facility and it was very nice, it was our second choice. Cleanliness and Friendliness seemed great.

They get 5 stars for everything - so far they have been just fabulous! They were super friendly right off the bat - and the staff really helped my aunt adjust to being there. I knew my aunt would be happiest at this facility right away. They made sure that she and I knew that that they were there for her!

We think that the quality of the meals could use improvement.

A beautiful and friendly place, hoping to get move in very soon ! We’re hoping she will make new friends and become social again like she once was. Love this place!!! She is now blind so hopefully she’ll do well and blossom!!

My mom is happier at this home. They have a program that keeps the residents busy throughout the day. My mom has Alzheimer's, and she had become more social with the other residents in the memory unit.

This facility is wonderful! All of the staff that we have dealt with from our initial tour to now have been wonderful and couldn't have been/be more helpful. If they happen to see me when I'm visiting, they greet me and ask how my mom is and if there's anything that she needs. The food is good, but mom has mentioned that sometimes service is a little slow in the dining room and that the food sometimes comes out a little cold. Housekeeping is done once a week and has been great. They offer a good variety of activities for the residents to participate in. I would 100% recommend this facility to family and friends.

We chose Downriver Estates because of the convenience to family and it was in a familiar area for my mother and close to her house. The cost was very reasonable as well compared to the others we looked at. Overall it has been a very positive experience and I would recommend the facility to others.

We looked at so many places. Most of them were nice. This place was by far the most beautiful with the most lively community in our price range. My mom loves it, and we are very happy with it.

Based on the experience we have had we would recommend Magnolia Springs to other families - however if they have pay because it is expensive. This is the best place we have found for our loved one. Dad is happy there.

The staff members at Mill Creek are incredible and extremely friendly - they are very responsive to our phone calls and are more then willing to listen to us and speak with us. Whenever we finish up our call they always say "if something else comes up, do not hesitate to reach out," which we really appreciate because not many people do that. We were able to dine with the management team before move in because covid protocols were still in play and the meals seem very good. The facility itself is very nice, they do have activities and we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

Experience has been wonderful so far everybody is helpful I do feel that they are short staffed at times in the dining area but seems to be getting better.
