I thought the tour was fantastic. The facility was beautiful. The activities offerings were great. Unfortunately it didn't work out for our particular needs.

It was good all of the way around. No complaints. Maybe add more interactive activities.

Mom moved to Lorain Estates Dec. We are so thankful for the guidance they gave us when trying to decide on a place for Mom to live. All the staff their seem to really care and the residents we met seemed busy and happy even at the weekend. I have 4 siblings and we all grilled the sales guy, he was genuine, always happy to help and responded very quickly to us, even coming in on the weekend. Mom loves her new apartment, eats very well and has made many new friends. We recommend Lorain Estates.

My parents moved here a few months ago into assisted living. The place is beautiful and immaculate. The food is restaurant quality and delicious. The care exceeded our expectations. The residents are friendly and welcoming. Plenty of activities and entertainment. My parents are thriving there!

It is a nice community but the food no doubt could be improved

Our loved one was at a previous community and it had a very cooperate feel to it - the day to day staff were great and very reachable but the management staff was not. Now here at The Gardens all of the staff members whether you are day to day workers, management, front desk, maintenance, kitchen staff, etc. everyone is very responsive and accessible. This community had a much homier feel to it and we would recommend The Gardens to other families.

Clean, modern, helpful, friendly.

Everyone is so friendly -they know you by name and know all the residents by name, The customer service is amazing, it is not fake or forced. The quality of care is outstanding. You hit the button and they are there within 5 minutes and they always come in smiling and you can just tell that they are super genuine. They have so many activities going on from 8-5 every day. They have outings, pets come in, restaurants come in and cater, etc. I have been super impressed. The food is excellent and [name removed] the kitchen manager is incredible. My family flew in to come check it out and they were all super impressed as well. I would highly recommend Magnolia Springs Florence to others looking.

I rated the staff a little lower because they're missing a Director in the Memory Care Unit. The Director left and they haven't replaced her yet. I also rated the Activities lower for that reason. Since the director left, mom hasn't mentioned singing or doing crafts as she did when the Director was there. Prior to the Director leaving, I would have rated the Activities at a 5.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the tour experience was fantastic but because of the level our loved one was at, Briar Glen was just not the place at the moment but it very well could be in the future.

It was a very easy experience to move our loved one in. They were very friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. They've been open whenever we've called with more questions, which has bene nice. The care is pretty good, and they keep us informed if anything has happened. They seem to truly care about our loved one.

I toured this community and it was a great tour. The facility was very nice. Everyone was very friendly and the facility was clean. It was our second choice.

This facility is good, we've had no problems here. The staff knows me and I've gotten to know them also. The staff is good, they do their job and do it well. Communication with the family is very good. They're quick to respond anytime I have questions. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

This was a good community. It wasn't the right fit due to my loved one needed more care than they could provide.

Based on the area it is one of the best communities around. However, they are starting to have staffing issues like other communities in the area. It was bumpy to start with; however, the community and staff worked with the family and things evened out very quickly.

The Forum at Deer Creek is an absolutely beautiful facility. Had we not decided on the other facility we chose, this would have been our first choice. It is actually owned by the same company (Five Star Senior Living) as the place we chose. No wonder we liked it so much!

We chose Premier Pompano because of the location, the price, activities provided, and the food. Also just the overall facility itself. It is a wonderful place and my mother is beyond happy here. I truly wish we had found this place before she moved into her prior facility she was at. The staff is so helpful, if you call for a need such as something in the room needing fixed they come very quickly to address it. I would absolutely recommend Premier Pompano to others.
