When I talked with [name removed], I was impressed with his knowledge of Birchwoods but also his interaction with the residents. Since moving my loved one in January, I've been happy with the staff in all ways- they certainly make the residents feel special. We've had to speak with medical personnel and have been pleased with their care and interest. I would definitely recommend to others.

They have great staff. We are having a party at the pool and they are serving and cleaning up. Easy to get information. It's a wonderful community. I would tell a friend, come on down. You will love it.

The staff is remarkable at Brookdale Western Hills! They're so caring and compassionate. The meals are quite nice. The activities keep everyone engaged and are so much fun. Highlighted activities each week are so popular. This facility is very peaceful and such a family-like community. Brookdale Western Hills is a special place for our family.

Our mother has been living at Jurgens Park for 4 months. The staff are so friendly and helpful and try to get the residents engaged. They have activities and outings for the residents. The hairdresser is a big hit. The grounds are nice and the backyard has a nice walkway for the residents. I would recommend this facility for assisted living and memory care.

The staff is very caring and professional. I would recommend this facility to family and friends, based on the interactions that we have witnessed. The residents are on different levels, which makes for an interesting mix of personalities.

Everyone has been so helpful, friendly and understanding!! So the Stratford Court activities include.....chair exercises, live music at least once a week. They usually have a singer and also have dancers come in. They take residents out on scenic drives. They also take the residents out to lunch They of course have bingo, movies and all different kinds of things...there are only 40 residents so they get extra special treatment.

I had the privilege of my grandmother as well as my great aunt living at Grandview and our family knows we chose the BEST OF THE BEST! The food was excellent! The cleanliness was excellent! The staff were beyond loving! The managers were on their game! The residents all seemed to have lots of fun! Thank you for loving my family well until they passed. We are so thankful for all of you. We know you have a tough job, but you are doing an excellent job.

I would absolutely recommend this facility to family and friends.

It's absolutely wonderful. I would live there myself. They have just about everything! Lots of outings, cards, religious events, bingo, social activities. It's great. I would absolutely recommend to other families.

What sticks out most about Brookdale is the ratio of staff to residents is lower here than any other facility we looked at. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale Northville to other families.

We are very happy with Leisure Park all around. They just remodeled the rooms and facilities. Everyone there has been wonderful! It's very clean and well maintained. Where mom was before she wasn't much of a joiner. But the motto of Leisure Park is "you don't bloom if you stay in your room." They also have physical therapy on the premises! And a doctor.

My grandma was not there long enough, but for the time that she was here, it was great. Based off of our short experience, I would recommend Greentree at Westwood to other families looking.

I would have liked more information about my loved one's hygiene habits as they avoided showers. I would definitely recommend this facility. They were wonderful. They made sure my loved one was well cared for and included in activities. My loved one enjoyed the happy hours and social activities. The food and waitstaff were also wonderful. The laundry was probably what my loved one was most impressed with.

Morningside at Bellgrade was fabulous. My Dad was there for 1 week, on hospice care, and we couldn't have asked for a better place, or care given to Dad. The level of care was too notch, zero concerns. I have nothing bad to say. It was a wonderful experience from touring the rooms, until Dads last breath.

My sister preferred a larger facility that had more things to offer and more people in general, that stood out to us about this facility. We also liked that they had a pet care plan. For a monthly fee, they will feed your pet and take them on walks, if you aren't able to do that on your own. My sister has Alzheimer's and doesn't prefer to participate in activities, but it appears that they have a lot to offer. I can't say enough about the staff. They are so friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend them.

So far they are great! Very clean facility. Very friendly. They give my husband wonderful care. They have a new chef, and the food is better. The caregivers are very attentive. The place is less crowded. They keep the residents active with music, bingo. TV, coloring books. The cost is less and more reasonable than our previous rent. Overall I do recommend Poway Garden. They are friendly and very helpful.

Things are great. Dad still has independence while we know someone is there to check in on him every day. It looks and feels like a home rather than a nursing facility. I would recommend to others.

I toured the other day for my father and was greeted by the Management team of Sugar Creek. The residents were engaged and well groomed. I was asked to try the food and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly and caring. Top notch facility!

I toured with Hickory Hills and I was impressed with the facility and the community director. The reason I chose [facility name removed] over Hickory Hills was because of the price.

We had a great tour with Magnolia Springs. The facility was bigger. It was brand new and the rooms were beautiful, but they were small. It felt a bit sterile and cold - we were looking for a homey environment. The staff were all so kind and the facility was very clean. It was just not what we were looking for.
