Has been a wonderful move for mom! We have met all the staff. The Dept heads have all done what they have said they would do. Have not seen one frown or been denied anything in regards to mom’s care. Sorry I didn’t find Magnolia Springs 3 years ago.

My brother feels at home at Brookdale Barberton. The staff is great. The meals are all homemade. The housekeeping is wonderful. They launder each resident's clothes individually and fold and return them before doing the next person's. I would (and do) recommend this facility to others!

I noticed the level of care from the staff went through all staff members including the custodians. It was reassuring to see that level of care. I actually enjoy visiting and seeing all the residents and staff. They grew on me very quickly.

For our area it's really good. We picked this community, because of the longevity of the staff, smaller community, and we were impressed with the staff and activiites. They offer graduated living care, such as memory care. I would recommend to other families.

Absolutely loved the place. Would give it all a 10 if I could. Staff was exceptional. They had someone go out and buy a mattress and sheets so that one of us could stay with mom at night. We were told that if we wanted coffee and snacks to just go to the cafeteria and help ourselves. We were offered meals. The inside was always neat and clean. No unpleasant odor anywhere. Enjoyed watching the interaction between staff and clients. Grounds were always neat and clean.

Me and my children were very happy with Muncie Estates and would highly recommend them to others. My husband had great care and was treated with respect. Communication was good. They also was concerned about us as a family. We really appreciated the care my husband received in his final hours of life.

My dad is LOVING his life at Fountainview! Beautiful apartments; delicious food, including amazing Sunday brunch; every conceivable amenity or service -- GREAT value; wonderful staff AND residents! He calls me every morning to tell me he has nothing to complain about. Also close to great outside restaurants and other "field trip" opportunities when you're ready to go off site. 10 minutes from PBI Airport for visiting friends and family. We Are Thrilled With Our Decision For Him to Move Here! He gets up every morning, makes coffee in his beautiful, full kitchen, sits out on the balcony and watches the sun rise over the West Palm Beach skyline as he sips his coffee and literally marvels over the richness of his life.

Everything with Cedar Crest receives 5 stars. We are so pleased with the community, it is such a relief to have our dad in there. The staff members are really a cut above the rest. All of the people there are amazing, we can't say enough good things about them. Every single one of them go out of their way. The staff absolutely love our loved one, and they are very good about keeping up constant communication with our family. That is amazing to us, and they have him on the right medication. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on our experience so far. The location is really nice, it is somewhat in the middle of nowhere in this really beautiful and peaceful setting.

I would say that the balance between independence and care is just what she needed being mobile. She had the option to be very social or private as she chose- she was able to manage her own medication and self care while they provided meals housekeeping security and risk-free living. They also provide car services and weekly shopping trips for the residents. She had a great experience here at Forwood Manor.

The sales and transitions department were very helpful. They worked to make it a smooth process. There are lots of activities to keep busy. I would recommend to other families. I would recommend to other families.

We have had a great experience so far at Brookdale Meridian. Everyone has been fantastic and helpful. I would recommend it to other families in need of assisted living.

Our family had an in person tour with Brookdale Park Place and we thought they put on a really good tour experience, it was nice but for our loved one it was just going to be to big for her navigate through.

I really didn't think I would move my mom here when I visited initially. I am so glad that I did. Mom has felt safe since she arrived. There is no staff person I have met that has not impressed me with their kindness. I have a camera in moms apartment and I am impressed with the staff's consistency in checking on mom all through the night. I am always greeted warmly by staff when I visit (daily). The food served here is VERY good. I visit at all different times of the day and I am never disappointed. The staff doctor is wonderful. The activity person does a great job.

Since I've moved in, I have only had dealings with maintenance. They have been helpful and when I needed help, they were there. I haven't experienced the meals and dining in the main building or the activities yet. I have a villa, so I pay for my own cleaning service.

We toured Coral Oaks and it was very nice! Our tour guide was great. The cost for both Independent Living and Assisted Living was reasonable. Assisted Living does not allow pets and has less activities for the residents. You could go from one to another, which was nice. They are crowded, so family can not eat in their restaurant. They eat in shifts.

We toured Stratford Court and it was a nice tour. Our tour guide was very nice. I would say this facility is nice for Independent Living, but Assisted Living was more like nursing home care. The rooms were smaller. Pets are not allowed. The residents are less mobile and aware.

When you need help immediately, Magnolia Springs met all of our needs. The Director of Sales, was very professional, helpful, made our decision easy, awesome customer service, many insights and solutions to our situation. The Director of Memory Care, is very knowledgeable, easy to give us advice on how to handle our situation and our loved one. The updates and ensuring our loved one has awesome care has taken a burden from the family. When I mention Magnolia Springs to friends, the response is always—I heard that is a awesome facility.

Windermere Estates: we had a good tour and the employee we toured with followed up often. She was really kind and helpful. The facility looked great. We were worried that they wouldn't be able to care for my moms open wounds and [facility name removed] was confident they could. So we went with them instead. Windermere did nothing wrong, it just was not the right fit for what we needed.

Mulberry Gardens is a family friendly environment. The staff is friendly, caring, and efficient. They always answer any questions. Since it is assisted living, they check on the residents often throughout the day. And if a resident doesn't come down for a meal, they make sure that resident is okay.

They are great. It's very clean. They do their best with the care services, considering that have over 60 residents. My loved one does not like the food. We picked this community because when you walk in it does not smell, it feels like home, and they change the decor often. I would recommend to other families.
