I enjoy living at Duluth Heights Lodge. The staff is amazing, the food is delicious, there are numerous fun activities. I feel safe and secure living in this lovely community. I call this great community —— home.

The the facility is very clean. The staff is extremely professional. They go above and beyond to make sure that my mom is comfortable and has been comfortable and cared for since day, one. The activities director is amazing and make sure that Mom is involved with the tremendous amount of activities that they have daily. The marketing person [name removed] went above and beyond to make sure that Mom and us as her family were happy and satisfied and received everything we needed as far as questions and he was a wealth of information.

We are very pleased with Arboretum! Very friendly people. Clean and bright and cheery. Apartments are very cozy. Room service for meals when needed is wonderful

The staff is very friendly to the residents and guests. In the dining hall the staff that I had just been introduced to even called me by name for a meal and were very friendly and attentive to me. They know all the residents names and what their favorites foods are. The residents are happy, friendly, and entertaining.

This facility has proved to be the best facility I could have chosen. I am very pleased and would absolutely recommend Laurel Oaks to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

Her " Care Givers" are excellent. They are friendly and always alert to dairy needs and her attitudes. The medical staff checks her vitamins daily and redo when they are not normal. Meds are closed timely the support staff works constantly to see the see the operation runs smoothly and the physical plant is well maintained.

If your loved one needs dementia care, you should place them in a facility with an experienced, knowledgeable, loving, set of personnel. Cedar Ridge meets that need. You can feel that your loved one is safe, under continuous observation, and being nursed for all of their needs. Nothing that was done that was questionable and all efforts were made to explain what was going on. The client who brought the patient to the Care Center were given the same care as the patient.

The cleanliness is always 100%. The residents are always clean. The staff are always very helpful, and kind to residents and family. The facility is very well kept, the landscaping, as well as the decor. The activities provided for the residents are ones that keep them active. This is a great location if one is looking for an assisted living facility for a family member.

I was disappointed that I had to go from rehab to assisted living. I was too young and not ready. Most new people I met also said that they would be leaving. Then before I knew it I was playing bingo making crafts, playing cards, rummy cub and Mexican train. I was watching at least 2 movies a week in the theatre. I have so many friends now. Like performer are always great. I have gone on so many outings. Shopping, lunches, dinners movie theatre. We go to Christmas programs, light shows. The caregivers are always there for you and very helpful. All employees are helpful. A Dr. said he could het me well enough to go home. I don't want go now.

Our mother moved into Magnolia Springs in 2022. It has been nothing less than a truly wonderful place for her to thrive. So clean and gorgeously appointed. The activiites and food are far beyond what one would expect when attending to the needs and the food preferences of so many individuals. The staff obviously cares for the residents as demomonstrated by the gentle hands on approach exhibited when attending to aiding residents in their activities of daily living. The management staff is fully engaged and communication is superb. Cannot truly say enough good things abotu Magnolia Springs Southpointe. Neither you or your loved one will be disapointed with any aspect of this home away from home!

It has been a fantastic experience. Administration and Staff are very friendly polite and helpful. They keep my family informed on what’s happening with my mom. If we have any questions or concerns they take them seriously and get answers for us. Recently wondered if my mom had another UTI and they immediately got an order for a U/A. Staff doesn’t make you feel stupid for asking. I would highly recommend Mill Creek for caring for anybody’s loved one.

We were pleased with care my husband received. The food was good and good menus with nice variety. Place was clean. Staff very receptive to our needs. Variety of activities made available to residents. Rooms were very nice. The atmosphere was positive.

Dayton place is a bright atmosphere with friendly staff and residents. It exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend Dayton Place to anyone looking for an Independent Living facility.

Cedar Ridge Alzheimer's Special Care Center is absolutely wonderful. The care given here is amazing. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. It may not be the newest, shiniest place, but the love and attention here is what makes this place special. My mother's health and activity level immediately improved. Thank you so much!

Ontario Estates is one of best facilities I've seen in a very long time. The staff is very friendly and caring for the residents. They offer so much compassion, and you can count on them to care for your loved one. The food is great! The activities department is so creative. Arts and crafts, holiday parties and so much more! They offer dinning out, shopping and taking them out for a fresh drive in the country. Nursing is Great! Such a great place.

My mom has early onset alzheimer’s. she had been living in independent living but her condition was progressing and i was constantly worried she would wander off a night. After a lot of research tours and talking to most of the staff at Cedar Ridge I knew i had found a safe and caring place for mom. She has now been at Cedar Ridge for a year and a half and so much happier. she loves all the activities and has made some friends. The staff knows her so well and is always so kind. I cannot say enough great things about this place. It feels like such a safe and caring environment for my mom and i can relax knowing she is happy and well cared for when i can’t be there.

I placed my dear wife at Cedar Ridge for a week last year when I could no longer be her caregiver as I'd broken my femur and was in the hospital and headed for rehab. They took her in a rush, and kept her busy and active. By this fall my wife had progressed to late Stage 6 and was refusing to let me help with toileting. Cedar Ridge staff have helped my wife as she's progressed. They're kind, helpful, watchful and busy. And they keep the members toileted and showered. The rooms, bathroom, wheelchairs and furniture are all kept well cleaned. The activities are frequent and the staff work to keep as many active as they can. The medical staff have done well monitoring my dear wife for agitation and activity level.

Cedar Ridge staff are fantastic! They seem to love what they do and they are kind, respectful, and patient with people affected by dementia. The activities occur all day to keep residents engaged socially and mentally. It took a few months for Mom to adjust to memory care but she loves living at Cedar Ridge now. She has lived there for 15 months and is very happy.

They did and outstanding job with the patients. They had multiple activities so the patients stayed busy each day. They made sure the patients were active in all the games. They were always patient and friendly with the patients. The staff made sure the patients were participating in all the activities
