My mama recently moved to Tuscany Villa in Florida from South Carolina, and the transformation has been incredible. Before, she spent most of her time isolated in her room, but now she’s so busy with activities that I can barely reach her on the phone! The staff at Tuscany Villa is phenomenal—attentive, compassionate, and dedicated. They work together seamlessly to ensure the residents feel cared for and engaged. Their efforts have made a tremendous difference in my mama’s life, both socially and emotionally. She had been struggling with some memory issues before the move, but since being here, I’ve seen significant improvement. The vibrant environment and supportive care have truly brought her back to life. Not only is my mama thriving and happy again, but this experience has also given me peace of mind. The staff here are kind, caring and well supported- and it shows in the care they provide to the residents. The facility is clean and well kept, and there are always activities available. From the front desk, to the kitchen, everyone is so welcoming!

I was very impressed with The Pines on Carmel. Everyone was very professional, welcoming and friendly and the facility is very nice. The Executive Director made sure to introduce herself and answer any questions and the Community Resource Director, [name removed] is an amazing wealth of knowledge. They made my family feel very comfortable and we look forward to a wonderful experience here.

My younger sister is a resident at Eagle Ridge Memory Facility since [date removed]. It was a difficult decision to make, but I have been very pleased with the attention and care that she receives from the caregivers as well as the administrative staff. They are very supportive of her and me too. Attention is paid to all of the residents. Activities are planned and everyone is encouraged to participate. Entertainers come in and everyone has a good time. Games such as Bingo are enjoyed. I looked at several places for my sister, and I believe I made the right decision.

I’ve toured this community several times and I am so happy with the cleanliness, the food and the activities offered… I’ve come for happy hour a couple of times and have already made friends. The staff and residents are so friendly and welcoming, I already feel at home! I can’t wait to be apart of the Coral Oaks family! Love [name removed]!

I met a lady at Coral Oaks thru my daughter, she was warm and invited me to have lunch with her. It was delicious and she shared a little about herself each time I went back .. at her invitation! She loved the staff , told of all the activities and special parties , said they became her family ! She had a small apt independent living and wanted to show me . It was perfect for her and she had made it her own inviting place to live! I was aware at each visit how the staff welcomed her , ask about her day and how she knew all their names! I could see she felt a belonging here and was very happy she decided to move to Coral Oaks !

My grandparents live at Coral Oaks. They love having new friends and being apart of a community! They feel safe and they love all the activities and especially the food!!! The Coral Oaks team is so attentive to my grandparents needs… it’s given our family peace of mind knowing they are around people who truly care! We would highly recommend this community for so many reasons!

The staff is exceptionally kind, caring, and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure the residents feel comfortable and valued. I have been working at Rittenhouse for over 10 years. This by far is the best place for care and fun. The staff is passionate, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing socialization, care, and just an overall peace of mind.

Very Impressed with Quality of Services at Lorain Estates. Mom loves it there. First couple of weeks was tough because of the change but now she's got so many new friends. and the food is always good!

Love all the exercise classes and the fact that they offer transportation to the local stores. Lots of music and activities . My family found Tuscany for me and I have been very happy here for the last Five years.

Very happy with the facility. Joyce is too ill to partake in activities. She is a vegetarian and it is difficult for them to accommodate that. She is doing well with eating side dishes but she is tired of peanut butter, egg salad, and grilled cheese for her mains . The staff is excellent.

Coral Oaks was just named Community of the Year for excellent resident and staff satisfaction. This community is outstanding and consistent. It is a friendly community where residents are like family. Great care, clean community, variety of food options and plenty of fun!

The culinary department is magnificent; the social experiences are nice; and the combination of AL along with Memory Care is wonderful.
