Everything was good here and they gave us a good tour. We just did not like that the apartment was not as big and did not have some of the features that we were looking for. the people were helpful and they were knowledgeable.

.We took a tour of this community. It was wonderful. The staff is nice and this seems to be a new community. The other residents seem happy here. They did have activities for those who were willing to participate. We recommend this overall care and value to other families.

The staff here was okay from what I can tell from the tour. They were helpful with letting me know what they had to offer. I did see residents out and doing stuff. i just did not feel that this was the right community for mom.

Friendly staff, friendly staff, to warm inside for visitors. Weekly staff great. Weekend staff could use improvement. Some concerns addressed quickly. Not sure what happened to the bedding we provided.

This was a nice community. The staff I met during the tour were nice and knowledgable. This is a larger community and seemed to have a little to much going on for us.

I was happy with the tour here, but due to needing to use a motorized chair this community would not fit our needs. The staff was friendly and caring. It was clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this community for good care.

I looked at the community and it was very nice and laid out well. The staff on the tour were very helpful in answering any questions that I had about the community. The staff has been great through the whole process and the tour.

Friendly and supportive staff. Numerous activities . Prompt attention given to requests. Extremely prompt and responsible in notifying us when necessary regarding falls, medications, etc. Clean facilities...... individual room as well as common areas.

The staff at EC have been very helpful with the process of admitting my mom. They helped explain clearly the process of applying to the VA and Medicaid. Any questions or concerns, the nurses and aids and staff have addressed. I like the atmosphere at EC because it is a more relaxing atmosphere like a home would be. And, they have different dining rooms where you can have your meals. It is also very important for my father & family members to have a pleasant place as well where they can visit my mom. They have a nice front and back porch for the residents and a Bistro. I hope facilities realize how important this is because it is so difficult to leave a loved one in someone elses care.

Six weeks My Mom is happy I am satisfied.

My tour of this community went very well. The staff gave me a wonderful tour and answered all my question. This community was a little bit out of my price range, but it is a nice facility. There are nice activities offered and good food. I would recommend for anyone to go take a tour.

The staff here has been incredible to my mother since we have first visited here and since moved her in and so on. I have a slight billing complaint but it was fixed and resolved.

We are pretty happy with them so far. The staff is friendly, and it's pretty clean. The biggest issue is meals, the food isn't the greatest, and there isn't a lot of assistance during meal times. The billing has been pretty smooth, and there haven't been any hidden fees.

A place for mom helped me to place my mom at Orchard Park. The times I visited their, I really felt comfortable qith moms care. I hope with me being back in my hoe town that her care will continue to be the best and not uncomfortable reports. I like interacting with some of the employees on a one on one basic. So far they have all been very helpful with questions I ask being answered. Please keep up the good work and continue to give all the elderly the excellent care they need and deserve. Thank you

My father did not participate in any activities. I was real impressed with the cleanliness of the facility.

Staff is attentive but scarce.....they need more staff to attend to residents

I don't have a very good opinion about the place. They could improve on the cleanliness and if possible they need more staff. There was very few staff members when my husband was there and that was about a year and a half ago.

We are still getting adjusted. We are still trying to work out the kinks. We are happy with it but we are a little concerned about if my father is in the right level of care. My mother is in the memory care unit and we are pretty satisfied with that. They are very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we are pleased and still working out the kinks. It's a nice facility and everyone there is very nice.

I have not moved in yet. so it is too early for me to rate Park Place. My apt is being refinished right now. Am anxious to see the improvements. Lorri and the little blonde (sorry I can't remember her name) have been very helpful and trying hard to make my move happy. Can't wait to see the stackables in my apt and the remodeled bathroom which is in sad shape now. Also because I have had a huge yard and many flowers and because the apts do not have patios for the units I was thrilled to find I can access the stairs and reach a shared balconey and have a couple of pots and use my outdoor\chair. The surroundings of Park Place are really nice and I enjoy the park view.

I think its certainly acceptable. I would like to see them do a better job at housekeeping. Other than that its pretty good. They work hard to make things acceptable as possible for my mom. I think it has been pretty good. They just need to improve on the housekeeping. I also think they should add a little more activities. The care services are very good though.
