When we toured this community it was in the middle of having a major renovation. I did not care for the floor plan at all. I found the hallways to be too narrow which would have made it harder for my parents to navigate.

I really like the tour of Brookdale McMinnville City Center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The community was clean and well-maintained. My husband had the final say so and he chose another community.

Specifically asked for places with day care and/ or respite care. No Day Care, Minimum Respite care too long - 30 days!

This community is working out well for my father, and his needs. I do feel he is safe, and in good hands. The staff taking good care of him, and his needs. They are very kind, and have been very helpful. Everything is going well for my father since his move to this facility.

We toured this community for my aunt,and her needs. Our tour went well, and everyone was kind. There were many factors that played into where to move my aunt to for her needs. This a nice community, but we did find another that was a better match for us.

Morningside of Charlottesville was a nice community. They were in the process of updating the facilities at the time of our tour. Also when we toured they had mostly shared rooms available. We chose another community based on our care needs.

This community would have been a perfect fit for us due to the location it was very close to my condo. The price was a little higher for what they were offering. The apartments had no kitchenette at all which disappointed me because most of the other communities we looked at offered that. The community was really nice and the staff seemed nice and friendly.

My parents are still adjusting to living at this community. The staff have been helpful and encouraging. They offer transportation. Dad has just started to participate in some of the daily activities. They are helpful with their medication and my parents are doing better. The food is cafeteria style and they do not like it. The people running it are easy to talk to and straightforward. They have been helpful and supportive.

Good staff and nice building.

I had a nice tour of this community. I toured it for my sister, and her needs. The community looked good from what I was shown. The staff was kind, and helpful. My tour guide was nice, and answered all my questions. It was not the community for her, but my tour was pleasant one.

Our dad is settling in very well here. He has started making friends with some of the other Vets and even one of his church members is here. They all enjoy going to the dining room together too. Dad's room is very nice and we were able to set it up just like his home arrangement. the staff has been great they keep us informed and they have encouraged dad to take part in the activities, the entertainment, and the field trips. And they have him set-up on a schedule for his meds and meals that he can follow on his own. this community was the perfect match for dad.

I have no complaints of how things went during my tour of this place recently. I think the staff have done a great job presenting the community and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. The floor plan was open and easy to navigate through. It was just not the right fit in the end decision for my loved one but I would recommend it to anyone

This is a large facility. The memory care unit and assisted living residents are in two different buildings. Good staff coverage on memory care unit.Several different choices of room layouts and each room has private bathroom. Facility located on quite road. Assisted living residents appear quite active in the community.

Magnolia Springs Florence was a beautiful community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It is a very clean and inviting environment. We chose another community based on the needs of our loved one.

My friend is doing well at this community. It is where she needs to be. They provide 3 meals a day and they change her diapers. She is getting love, hugs, and interaction with people.

I had a tour and got to see the atmosphere of the community. It is an all memory care and they are a great facility. My mother was just not like the other residents, and since she was not at their level it was not going to be a good fit for her.

We had a nice tour of this community, and everything went well for the most part. The community appeared to be well-kept, everything we saw looked nice, and clean. The staff we came across was nice, and helpful. Our questions were answered. The experience went well, but we did feel this was the right fit for my mother in law.

We liked this community, however, I found it to be a little too large and I thought it might be a little overwhelming for the mother to adjust too. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. I was very impressed on how well maintained and clean the community was. There was no odor noting unpleasant lingering in the air.

My tour of this community was a good one. Everyone was kind, and friendly. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The community was pretty clean. It was a nice experience, but this was not the community for my mother, and her needs.

I had a tour with them and I got the information I needed to make a good choice for my dad. I had no problem with the tour or staff there.
