I helped my friend get in this memory card community. It is nice and clean and kept up. The staff is nice and friendly. She has only been her less than a week but Id recommend this community.

We went on a tour here and the staff was friendly and answered all of our questions. We didn't like the setup overlooking an indoor park. It is an attractive facility with many scheduled activities for residents.

MorningStar has been a generally positive experience for us. They are doing well there as far as getting my loved one settled in with oxygen and medication and getting him comfortable with his surroundings. [Removed] has been particularly wonderful with my loved one. The facility is clean, comfortable, homey, and I love the diversity of the community. We have had some issues such as money being [Removed], questionable housekeeping, and communication that could use improvement, but overall, I know that my loved one is secure, safe, and not going hungry.

This facility has met my family’s expectations as well as mine. The facility is nice and the grounds always look kept up with. They do offer a lot of activities to keep my Mother busy like once a week they take the residents on a bus to go drive around or visit a few places. Some of the other things they offer are card games, entertainment that comes in, and musicians who play music for them. The staff has been very responsive thus far even though there have been a few glitches. I would recommend this facility.

Lakeside at Mallord Lamding is a very nice community. The facility is welcoming and comfortable. There is a variety of options for all levels of needs. The staff was helpful and accomadating. There are many activities available.

Very nice facility and very clean. Residents were very happy and friendly and active in the facility. Staff and residents were very communicative and engaged, everyone knew everyone and had a nice family atmosphere. Costs are comparative to other facilities. Rooms were of nice size but limited on Kitchenettes.

This community seemed more nursing home-ish to me. There seemed to be a quite good sized staff that was interacting with people that lived there, but I just feel like there were too many people there. The residents and staff were very friendly and they get to know the people living there extremely well. They also have a surprising amount of activities that residents can enjoy at one time. They have a bigger variety of things to enjoy.

My mom lives in The Village at Valley Creek, and overall, it has been a good experience. The only issue is that at times, my mother refuses to take her meds, and the staff seems very confused on how to get her to take it. I would have assumed that people who specialize in caring for elders would be used to refusals and have ideas or tricks to get them to take their medicine. Otherwise, the staff is very helpful and nice, the place is clean, and they always have activities going on to keep the residents stimulated like morning exercises and stretches, prayers, bingo, and others. Overall, I would recommend The Village to others.

I was, unfortunately, unable to visit the facility until my Mother had passed away so I could gather her things. From what I could see I don't have anything negative to say about it. The facility itself looked nice, clean, and they maintained the building very well. The staff was wonderful and kind while I was there. A lot of them came by and gave their condolences. Her room was not very big but it was fairly clean. Everyone from what I know took very good care of her.

While it's impossible to know for sure until our loved one has spent time there, we were impressed with everything we saw and heard at Orchard Park. [Removed] was very thorough and knowledgeable and all the people we came in contact with seemed to be caring people.

It is a great home to me. In my eyes it is by far the best place to call home. It is very beautiful here, we have the most caring staff and management. I'm very proud to be a part of the community. I really like all of our residents - new and old.

The staff, caregivers, waitresses and waiters are excellent.

I think everybody that works here is very nice. Everybody is kind and helps everyone. I enjoy all that work here.

Hurricane Harvey Evacuation, It was very successful and happy that Elmcroft not taking any chances. Very pleased it came out the way it did. Nobody hurt and everyone was well. Everyone worked hard and did what they were suppose to do.

Enjoys living here. Loves the activities and staff.

I love my room, have had a lot of compliments on it. Food is great! Very happy at Elmcroft.

Overall I am very satisfied with living here. I am close to my family, so I am happy here. I love the position of my room in the community. And I am close to the piano which I love to play!

I am very pleased to know my parents are being taken well care of. Staff is great. We love the smell of popcorn every time we visit!

It is a community of caring people trying to make transitions more aggreable. Gently easing lifestyle of becoming a senior citizen so that each change becomes easier.

Toured Amber Glen. Nice facility but my mother needs her own room and not to share with anyone. Cannot afford the cost of the private room.
