It's a nice place but we had some issues, however, they did resolve them. I visited several and this community was able take him right away. The food was pretty good. When they cleaned his clean room, it wasn't thorough. The caregivers were very friendly ,very nice, and helped him out a great deal.

Loved speaking with [name removed]. The facility virtual tour was very nice and looked very clean. I was introduced to multiple team members and a couple of residents all were very friendly. [Name removed] was attentive and addressed all of my questions.

This is a well-run community by caring management and staff with many activities for the residents. The grounds and apartments are very well kept.

Likable people. Wonderful chef. Spacious apartment.

Let people not in nursing facility get a haircut, etc.

The best thing about Brookdale is the good care. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I get more of a one on one care here. The food is fair, it's not the best but it's good. The housekeeping could use some improvement. I do like my apartment. They just remodeled the building and it very nice. Before COVID, they offered a lot of activities.

First of all, with COVID, they have been spot on as far as maintaining safety and protecting residents. The provide three good meals a day, and three snacks a day. The are good at communicating with us regarding what she needs. The caregivers are patient with my sister. The staff work together well as a team and are very optimistic and upbeat. The staff interact well with the residents. I would not hesitate to refer a someone to this community.

The place always looked clean. The staff could have improved a little on the attentiveness to the residents. My mother had an independent caregiver and we think if that person wasn't there, her needs wouldn't have been completely met. When we were able to get them to pay closer attention to things, they did just fine. They were good about engaging the residents in activities. We did feel the community was a good value for the price.

I have recommended Hickory Hills to friends. The more active you are with your loved one the better care they would get. The layout and room sizes were good. They had a nice outdoor space with rocking chairs, gardening, and ducks.

Was impressed with first woman we met, [name removed], for interview and overall information who was very understanding and compassionate. Now that my sister is a resident, we are happy with the overall experience. Medical care and level of activities is good especially now that my sister is in memory care. Overall I would recommend Layton Terrace to others who may be looking for a home for a loved one. At first was concerned about how large Layton Terrace is but it actually makes it a more busy, active place with lots of activities going on.

I really like Magnolia Springs. They have taken great caution to protect residents during the quarantine. I'm glad to get to visit mom in a protected environment

For the most part, its been okay but we have issues meals. My loved one 's doctor has recommended a specialized diet and the community is having a hard time accommodating. They say they will, but its frustrating because it isn't happening. The care is okay, We do have to monitor things closely and stay on top of things for our love one. They are supposed to monitoring certain medical things, but we can't be sure that it's happening. They need more nursing staff and bath aides. The bath aides are always in a rush so don't seem to be fulling staffed. Overall, we like this community but we like to see some improvements made.

The staff is terrific. There has been some change over with administration, so communication is difficult at times.Room sizes are great, they have the biggest closets I have seen.They have good food and good variety, they also can do meals on demand. Outdoor space is limited.They are in the middle of updating the common areas. They are very accommodating getting you the right floor plan. Great cost value, they don’t have a lot of add on charges.

Medicaid rollover facility near Washington Square Mall. Nice facility, very kind staff. Definitely a top pick for Oregon. A bit pricier than Oswego Place.

Really liked Elmcroft as an option for my Mom.

Staff is good-natured and helpful. Work orders get rapid attention. Food is good. Dessert parties could be danger. Common areas are always neat and clean.

I was pleasantly surprised. A nice atmosphere, good community space, adequate rooms. [Name removed] was very easy to talk to, and informative. Seems most needed services were covered in base rate, and good 24 hour living options should Gran get restless at night.
