We are happy we made this decision. We have not taken advantage of most of the activities, The schedule looks good. The staff is wonderful and are happy to help you. We visited about six other places and feel that we made the right decision for us.

This community is a nice simple community with lots of activities. [Name removed] is fantastic to network with as she has much experience in this industry. I did talk to some of the residents at Mountview and they all seamed very pleased with the quality of their care and the food options available. Mountview will be going through a remodel in the near future, which [name removed] is very excited about. I would definitely keep this community on my radar.

When I moved in one year ago the food was outstanding, that is no longer true. Staff is friendly and helpful - Mag Springs is on the most part a nice place to live.

Caregivers: very congenial, helpful. Do not have any bad issues. They need to be taught the proper way to make bed. Cleaning: good. Food: in general, good, but not consistent. I love vegetables but cooks ruin them by adding too much garlic, vinegar, etc. when it's not needed. Administration: very friendly and go the extra mile.

The dedication shown in caring for the residents is awesome. It shows in the attitude of the residents. The willingness to participate in the activities. This facility is amazing.

I have more questions. Are there medical staff on site? The Facility is Visually appealing. The Residents are active and engaged with each other and the staff.

Very pleasant facility. My parents would be happy here. Clean and comfortable. I arrived after lunch, so the dining room needed to be cleaned.

I am pleased with how my wife is treated in Memory care. I got "crossways" with the exercise when I care. The experience is pretty fair but others don't really care about me. Not so with my wife. She gets plenty of loving attention that is exactly why we live here.

I have lived at the Arboretum for 5 years. During that time I have made many friends, joined in a variety of activities and found support when I needed it. Transportation to shopping, plays and restaurants is available. Meals are prepared and offer a wide variety of choices. I am happy to all at the Arboretum.

Our loved father is a recently new resident at Amber Glen. At the beginning phase, he had a rough time adjusting but the staff were patient and willing to work through the adjustment phase with Dad as well as our family. It is very difficult as a family to find a new normal. The staff are very friendly and are willing to answer phone calls when needed. Dad is not able to participate in the activities but they do try to include him in the front common area as often as possible. We are 21 days into his stay and I would recommend this memory care facility to your loved one.

Very caring - staff including administration very approachable. Professional care and attention. Good care given/med techs are wonderful.

Great staff and clean. Nice layout and good services. The memory care section smelled pretty bad, but that could have been an off day. Good size rooms.

Very good option for my mother

I left my home and came here for security and help with activities that my body makes difficult. I like the friendship that is here. The food is very good, and is a variety. I have been here for 3 months

I've lived here almost 10 years and I feel like I'm in my home with great friends. In an emergency the staff responded quickly. It made me feel safe. I was there myself.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance and cleaning personal are great, front desk staff is great and always helpful.

I have lived here for 7 plus years. The staff is very hard working and try to help and please. Many things have changed since I first moved here. The vending machines where you could get some essentials is gone and the bank that used to visit so you could get change is also gone. There are trips to Pick & Save but sometimes its difficult to make the trip both for me, others and occasionally the van! The food seemed better 7 years ago but my taste buds were too. It's a little hard to make friends - here one day gone the next - but I'm sure it's the same all over. I really appreciate having Mass provided and [name removed] tries real hard.

I found Farmington Square when I needed a bit more than just assisted living for my friend. He had been in a different facility for almost 2 years, then he got sick and needed additional help once he recovered, but they were unable to provide it. So we searched other facilities and were pleased with what F S offered. They have different levels of care and separate buildings for each unit. The units are small with a a small amount of residents in them, which means more one on one care for each person there. In the beginning he needed more care and help but as his health progressed he was more independent. Altho mostly in a wheelchair he seems to get around fairly well. It’s clean , neat and inviting, food is good, Altho only one main meal choice, with substitutes mostly consisting of sandwiches. I like the place and would tell anyone to check it out and compare, then make your own choice. Cost varies above the room rent, depends on the amount of care and time they give the resident.
