When my parents divorced 10 years ago, I was really unsure what my mom’s later years would look like. I knew she would need a lot of care, but more importantly, she would need kindness. She has very high standards and isn’t always the easiest to please. When we went to Magnolia Springs, I had really high hopes that this would be the place based on the reviews online and the incredible amount of research I had done. There was one point during the tour when my mom was with another staff member, and I hugged [name removed], one of their coordinators, and started to cry because I knew that my mom would be OK here. Actually, I knew she would be more than OK—and this has proven to be true beyond my wildest hopes. My mom is no longer repeating herself in conversations, she is eating healthy, wonderful meals with wonderful people, and she is out doing activities I’ve never seen her do. It feels like I’m getting my mom back after her world became so small and the quality of her life had deteriorated.

I can't say enough things about the friendliness, the cleanliness and helpfulness that this place is, I would recommend it in a heartbeat. It's not only clean friendly but if anybody is bored at Hart Park or something wrong because there's always something special to do it's up to you to what you want to participate with but they do their best to make you be happy and I think they're so important.

The value for cost is always going up. It is a nice area. My brother feels safe. I live close to. I would definitely recommend this community to other families, I saw as I passed in hall 3 new occupants last week

When mom first moved into Elison Park ([date removed]), she loved the place. It was a perfect fit for her. However, by the time she moved, she was very disappointed in the loss of all their amenities and the place was in need of lots of repairs. As for Windermere Estates, it is an all-out assisted living facility and provides mom with all of the care she needs. This is the place she needs to be and she's even in the #1 unit, right up in the front.... surrounded by Windermere employees.

A Little spendy. Great location. Facility is in great shape. Faculty is responsive to residents' concerns. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

We recently had to put my dad in memory care after a fall and broken hip. [name removed] and the staff at Magnolia Springs were so helpful and kind and walked us through every step of the process. The care he's receiving there is great and they really try to take as much stress off of the family as possible. I would highly recommend Magnolia Springs to anyone needing a place for themselves or their family member.

They are friendly and extremely helpful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone that would like a younger more vibrant community. Most of the residents here are using walkers and wheelchairs and many seem to be extremely elderly. My apartment is wonderful and I'm very happy here and it seems to be a good place to age into. However, most of the residents seem to be what you would find in an assisted living and not in an independent living facility.

I am very happy at Magnolia Springs. My apartment is beautiful and comfortable. I have made many friends. The people that work and live here are very friendly. The food is good and if you do not like what if being served, they have a wonderful ala cart menu. The people that work here are super. We have lots of activities. Yesterday we took a bus ride thru a lot of horse country. It was spectacular. [name removed]

When mom went into Winterberry she was angry and depressed. When last visited her, she was happy, had friends, and even had recently had her hair done. The change was wonderful.

Very friendly and supportive staff. Rooms are very good. Meal plan and activities are excellent.

Lots of variety of activities. Many holiday events for families in partake in. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I have had multiple positive responses from current residents. To me that is one of the highest methods of praise. My sister enjoys living there and has positive things to say about the lunches.

I'm told that the meals could be served sooner, the wait is a bit longer than they would like. The staff is very friendly, the nurses are very good, thorough, and informative. Yes, I would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

I would rate them all 5. I want to say 4 for activities bit that could be more my mother in law not wanting to participate than the activities themselves. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Kenosha to other families based on the experience we have had.

The staff is very caring. Room sizes and communication are both great. Room size is perfect and the staff always calls if needed.

The staff that's my Dad like a king! He says "they never have a bad day" ! He is very happy there and that gives me peace of mind.

This is a no brainer for me. I would rate Library Square a high 5+ rating on all 8 counts. This is a place of massive kindness and respect for each and every one of our residents. I'm so full of joy living here!!! The staff is readily available and accessible and help happily. This environment is secure, safe, and full of comfort. The medical team is outstanding!!! Families looking for a place for their loved ones should know every resident will be welcomed eagerly to our community.

Brookdale Barberton is excellent overall. The only concern we have is that there isn't a menu with nutritional values/content. Our mother is an insulin dependent diabetic, and it is very important for her to know the amount of carbs she is consuming with each meal.
