My father has lived there for one year now and we have been very impressed. The staff is outstanding. Everyone is so caring and will take time to listen to all of your needs. The Care is second to none Cleanliness of the facility, many fun activities, meals are very delicious. I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a home for a loved one. I especially like the fact that the resident has a switch in their apartment that is put down at night by 10 PM and flipped up in the morning by 9 AM if that hasn't been done by the resident someone is there checking on them This has given me huge piece of mind. I would rate this facility as a 10 out of 10

Park Summit has been fantastic from day 1. Starting with [name removed] from the tour, answering our questions. Their free two day stay with to experience Park Summit was a perfect way to ease my Mother's concerns and gave her a chance to meet residents before she moved in. Easy move in. The entire staff have been fantastic. In the 2 months Mom has been there she has made lots of friends, tried new activities and is even on a committee. We saw a lot of great places before we decided on Park Summit, but we are thrilled with our decision.

My Dad wasn't too sure about going to an assisted living but he just couldn't live by himself anymore. He has only been there for a month and a half. He's eating better and gets to socialize. He really likes the food there, too. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home. It's a clean facility. You can tell that they take pride in their work.

The staff there is awesome. They can answer any questions one might have. The do tours so you can get the whole picture. It is a very secure place. Residents cannot come and go without someone to pick them up, plus you have to be buzzed in and to go out. Love that feature. There are many activities all day, and they do outings as well.

The executive director is a present and pleasant woman to work with. It is clear that she cares very much for the seniors at the arboretum. My grandmother truly loves the variety in activities available each month and seems to have built some strong friendships participating in karaoke, bingo, and bowling. I, too, have joined her for some events and everyone always seems happy to be there! The place is clean and well kept with a friendly face always greeting you as you arrive. I feel a sense of security knowing people are signing in and out as they come through the door. I appreciate the arboretum for being flexible and affordable for my grandmother.

My Dad (age removed) and I absolutely love the Tuscany Villa of Naples. My Dad says the food and the staff are awesome. He has a big room and a patio. He says it's a miracle that he is there. Thank you!

Staff was very friendly, informative, knew their jobs, made everything so much easier for us & Mom. This really helped put us all at ease. In particular, [name removed](Bus Mgr), & [name removed](Mktg & intake).

They were helpful with care of my Mom and benefits that she qualified for. Staff were caring and informative. No it was a good experience and the staff that I dealt with were gentle and caring but she was in hospice care her entire stay and had meals delivered to the room and was unable to participate in the activities outside of her apartment. They kept a close eye on her day and night. provided for her wants and needs kept her clean and dry and fed. I really can't go into more detail at this time.

A good but costly choice Memory Care.

Our loved one loves it there and they love her. She is getting good care, including OT and PT every day. We see a marked improvement in her mobility with the daily PT.

It's lovely but very expensive and price increases annual. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far. My loved ones have really done well at the Forum. They have been happy with the food and the activities offered. As a family member, I am grateful for the peace that they have found there

The entire staff's exceptional care and genuine commitment to the service excellence is truly impressive. I would definitely recommend it. It's a beautiful facility. And as mentioned, the overall care and attention is impressive.

Our experience at Bedford Estates was very good. So my mom was in Bedford Estate's memory care section. I was there 2-3 times a week. The facility was very clean, care givers were outstanding and you could tell they had been trained well and truly cared for the residents. The food was very good and the dining room was always decorated for any upcoming holiday. The activity directors always had activities that were fun and appropriate for each resident's ability. The lobby was warm and inviting and the receptionists were always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Bedford Estates.

I am so grateful to A Place For Mom for putting me in touch with Brookdale Edina. I looked at a few places around Minneapolis and so many of them were honestly depressing. What a relief to find Brookdale Edina! It’s a vibrant community of very nice, welcoming people alongside a competent, friendly, caring staff. The daily activities are varied, imaginative, and well attended. They have gardening, music and art programs, balance and chair yoga exercise classes as well as media viewing parties, happy hours and bingo! There’s a pottery wheel on site and a person who teaches classes. Their music program is robust and inclusive; they even have a choir. The rooms are spacious and cozy. They welcome pets. The pricing is comparable to other locations while the wealth of offerings are far above them in quantity and quality. I can’t recommend Brookdale Edina enough. It is an amazing community. I’m so glad for the opportunity to stay here.

My mother moved in this past June. This place has been up and way beyond her expectations. Everyone that works at Laurel Oaks is always friendly and helpful. There are countless activities and outings to participate in. I have not seen my mother this active and happy for some time..

So far so good. She says the food is good. She has only been there about a month but no major issues so far. Yes I would recommend this facility for appealing, convenient location and reasonable price

We feel like Brookdale Western Hills is a place where our Mom is safe and taken care of. The facility is clean and has nice amenities for the elderly. The staff as well as the residence are friendly. Brookdale has given us a peace of mind and would recommend this facility to others.

Good afternoon I want to leave a message regarding the wonderful care at the Palms assisted living in Port St. Lucie. I have a friend who is a resident here and the care that she receives is superb the treatment I received as a visitor and I was her power of attorney has been excellent. I cannot say enough good about this. Had an earlier experience today with a young man named [name removed] Who helped me with a major issue for [name removed] and it was done spectacularly. I’m happy to pass this on because I am delighted with every visit here to the Palms. Thank you!

The facility and staff in different areas are all very good and helpful.

Setting is ideal. Very clean. Appreciated effort for administrator to change out flooring from carpet to LVP to help w/my family member's allergies. Looking forward to care my family member will receive. And the effort by in-house residents to welcome her.
