[name removed] in that works there is a star she is a wonderful lady!!! Very helpful!! I haven't met many staff yet the ones I have are very nice and helpful.

I have found the staff and administration to be very supportive and so nice. The food has been surprisingly good and ample with substitutions you can have if you don't like a particular meal.

Food is top shelf. Director is very involved. Staff knows their people. Mom is thriving.

They are all wonderful and devoted to make a residents stay a great experience.

It's a clean place with great decor. The staff are excellent and the Executive Director is VERY hands on and accessible. In the memory care area I was surprised to learn they lock the residents closets because those who wander might take something and injure themselves. Once/ month they have an internationally themed meal with entertainment that everyone and their families can attend! It does seem a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Staff is extremely helpful. Clean, lots of activities for residents, staff and residents very welcoming. I would recommend.

Mostly 5s...and I would recommend Orchard Park at Southfork to other families based on the experience so far.

They are truly the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever met on my journey to help navigate through my parents many changes and the help made the changes go very smoothly. Really, an awesome staff!

We really, really like the Arboretum and give it the highest marks. The apartment of beautiful and that staff have been incredibly wonderful. We feel so grateful to have found the Arboretum as they are a perfect fit for my parents. The inside is very clean and well maintained. The staff, including management, really seem to have the residents best interests are heart. They are not unnecessarily restrictive of the residents. The food is very good. The chef seems to take great pride in his work. The other kitchen staff are friendly and helpful. I hope there is as nice a place available to me when I reach my parents ages. My mom stated "I love it here. We should have moved here sooner."

Sugar Creek is a caring family oriented facility. The caring staff is always there for support for the resident as well as the family.

What stood out the most was the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the community!

The atmosphere when you first walk in is inviting, bright common area, front desk person is always pleasant. The nurses that check on my mother are very professional. The amount of activities is great, though my mother is legally blind with wet AMD she is unable to participate in many things but the activities create a great culture. Weekend staff are very nice and attentive. So far they have done everything they said they would when my mother moved in. My mother is very happy with the care, her mind is all there while her body at 95yrs is not so great. Administrative guidance to move in was excellent, they seemed to have a very good process for paperwork and admitting my mother to the facility. I would highly recommend this facility and if all Brookdale facilities are similarly run, I would recommend a Brookdale facility.

The [name removed] family would like to thank everyone at Winterberry Heights, from the bottom of our hearts. We have been so incredibly happy with our decision to bring our mother to Memory Care last January. From a friendly and smiling face at the front desk, to the innumerable workers who stopped what they were doing to let us in and out of the locked door, to all the workers who cared for our mother in the last stages of her life, we will be forever grateful. We could not have been happier with our decision to bring her to your wonderful facility.

It was the right place for my aunt, focused solely on memory care and the staff has a genuine interest in making it as comfortable as possible and learning the details of each resident's life to better connect with them and understand their current "spot in life" as their memory fades and earlier life memories come front and center.

The facility is great. The staff was very friendly and patient. The facility was very clean and our loved one said the meals were good.

The staff from executive Director to housing keeping are extremely accommodating. They listen and try to solve any problems you might have. Thank you for informing us about The Forum

Mom moved to Meadowmere Assisted Living in [date removed]. She was welcomed by folks who already knew her by name. Daily exercises, weekly movies, bingo, card games, crafts, cooking classes, trivia, and other special events keep Mom and all of the residents active and involved. But what sets Meadowmere apart from other places is the staff & care team. The entire staff treats each resident with kindness, dignity, and respect. This very caring staff includes the day-to-day help provided by the nursing aides & assistants, a talented kitchen staff attentive to each resident’s dietary needs, dynamic dining room servers who know the residents by name and also what they like to eat, a very busy activity staff joined by volunteers, & also maintenance and housekeeping. As a family, we are thankful for this caring community with great administrative oversight. Best place in Wisconsin for our Mom! Thank You ALL!

Want to that [name removed] and staff today at Meadowmere for an amazing day for the residents and visitors. The car show had an amazing turnout and the raffle baskets we amazing. The staff out did themselves today accommodating all. We are impressed on a daily for the care of my dad and other residents. Thank you again.

The staff is very caring and knowledge on every resident living there. They treat all of them with respect. I would recommend to others.

5 for all of them!! My mom loves living there!! She loves her room, all the social activities (especially Bingo and live music in the Whiskey Bar)! Staff are wonderful! And she has many new friends!!!
