The people in this community are great. The food is fantastic. The staff has been very helpful with any issues and concerns we may have. Anything I ask for, they are on top of it and I never have to repeat myself. They also helped me with applying for his VA benefits. All around it been a great place.

I was at a very low point in my life having to consider a place to put my husband of 35 years due to his dimentia. It had become impossible for me to care for him any longer at home because he was becoming a threat to my safety, not to mention my sanity. In the emergency room after I had to call the Sheriff because of violet behavior, it became apparent that I was going to have to come up with a long-term solution to the situation. The hospital emergency room doctor wanted to release him and told me to take him home. I said no, not until I find some place for him as I cannot take him back home. He was less than helpful. Getting on my phone, I started searching for Senior Care facilities in the immediate area. I came across A Place for Mom. They called me and got some information and in a few minutes, I got a call from Hudson Creek Alzheimers Senior Care Center. They told me about the place and wanted to know if I could come by and see the facilities. I said no but they could come by the Emergency Room at the hospital. They did!!!! We talked and I ended up putting him in the facility. I have found the staff to be very accomodating and caring. So far I have to say that I am happy with the decision. I would recommend the facility to anyone wanting or needing to find a place for a loved one.

I really like the care that my husband is getting here. He likes being here at home. This is a beautiful community . The staff is outstanding and caring. He appears to be happy with the meals. I have recommended the care here for other families for the value and concern. He has enjoyed the bus trips for activities. It makes me happy knowing that he is receiving excellent care at this time.

My tour of the Elmcroft if Washington Township went great. The place was ver nice, my mother in law and I really liked it.

I met and toured with Terri and Bryan. Both were very nice they answered all my questions. They were able to meet my budget. Just waiting for my husband to check out the facility. If he's in agreement. I will be moving my mom to Autumn Leaves of Fossil Creek.

My Mom has been in the care at Farmington Square Tualatin for the last several years. I have appreciated the care staff who are very kind and attentive to my Mom's needs. The activities department is very active and positive. My Mom has moved from the transitions unit to the more advanced unit and I have appreciated the staff at both buildings. The buildings are clean and odor free. The RN is professional and competent at her job. The food is good and I like the beautiful campus. I see lots of smiling staff and enjoy the families I have met. I would highly recommend this facility to other families who need for someone who needs Memory care.

While my husband was at the Walnut Creek Alzheimer's Special Care Center, the staff took very good care of him. I could not be happier with the care he received. If I could, I would rate them beyond a 5.

We love this community. Everyone is so loving and the care is wonderful.

Facility is gorgeous. Unbelievable amount of activities for residents and areas for families to gather. Resident rooms are spacious. Entire staff is friendly and speaks to everyone they pass in the halls. Definitely one of our favorite choices.

I toured this community with my mom. She wanted to stay her due to the big rooms. They were activities that she would of liked. Yhe staff was caring and the meals seemed to be appealing. I would recommend this community for great care to other families.

I toured this community for the care for my father. I did like the staff and the cleanliness of this community. I did like the activities that would of been offered to him. We had all of our questions answered. The meals seemed to be good. This community was very good, but we did want something closer to our home. I would over all recommend this community to other families for the care and well being of a loved one.

My mother in law is doing very well since her move to this community. This place is much better than where she was at before. The staff is awesome, they have been very helpful.They know her by name. My loved one is now being active, she plays bingo, participates in activities, and does exercise programs. She gets 3 meals a day, she's able to ask for more if she's still hungry as well. The apartment she is in is very good clean and well maintained.

My father currently resides here, and loves it! The staff is wonderful to all of us, and offer many activities for its residents. He raves constantly about the food! One of the better benefits is that the staff will take residents to appointments, shopping, and other activities as well.

I met with a very kind person who gave me a tour of the community. It was a nice place and since my mom has special needs for her diet they had me meet with the cook. They were helpful but not the right fit.

So far my father in law is doing great since her move to this community. They are doing a fantastic job caring for him and his needs. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. It has been a great experience, and we are pleased with his move to this community. This is a community I would recommend, it has worked out well for our family.

Magnolia Springs at Bridgewater is an awesome place. The apartments are outstanding, & spacious. The caregivers are concerned, caring, prompt in answering calls and ready to help. Food service is a delight and the restaurant-style seating is much appreciated & cooked to order. The administration are concerned & caring. The executive director Laura stands out as exceptional & should be praised. They make a team that works well with each other, helping each other to the goal of customer needs & comfort. Activities keep us occupied, challenged, also entertained & engaged. I am so glad to be living here.

Food is attractive & well prepared. Menu is well-balanced. Care givers will get better as experience comes to new staff. Overall very caring! Housekeeping is good and fantastic. Activities so much to do lots of fun. Friendly participate.

I like this community. The administration is very good & helpful & everyone is friendly & the caregivers are helpful.

From the directors to each & every other person in this building, it is truly the best, most organized, friendly, helpful and respectful. Always met with smiles, and is there anything else I can help you with. I have been here over a year & not one complaint. Truly the best facility you really can call home. The bonus is we are like family all of us. I don’t believe many place can say that.

This is the best place in the world to live the rest of your life. They treat us very well & we have good food. I can’t think of any place I’d rather be at 81 year old.
