I absolutely love and am so happy with the Sunshine Care Assisted Living and Memory Care. The staff has gone above and beyond they will call and send me pictures of my mother when I am not able to visit. When I was on vacation my mother had to be hospitalized and one of the nurses went with her and stayed with her until the family got to the hospital. They truly have the biggest hearts and I can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend this place!

It's great and i'm very happy with it. She is still adjusting to not having her independence.She is trying to participate in the activities but because this is a new facility they don't have a lot of residents.Hopefully when they get more residents she won't be so bored and she'll have more people to socialize with. The kitchen is lack luster. She doesn't have a huge appetite but she said the food isn't very good.She said one day she ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and it had one tiny piece of ham on it.I ate dinner with her one night and my hamburger was burnt on the bottom. They make up for it their staff though! We chose Magnolia Springs Florence because it was so beautiful when we toured! Everything was so new and gorgeous!

This place was drop dead gorgeous. I also really liked there program that they offered. I was very impressed with everything about the community and the staff. The only hold up that I had was that it was to far away for mom to be.

When I toured the Farmington Square at Salem, I thought it was exceptionally perfect! I did not notice anything major that needed improvement.

My loved one is adjusting very well and quickly. They stay on top of things. He had a cough one day and within four hours they had an x-ray and a prescription for medicine. He didn't even have to leave they brought everything to him.There is a lot more stimulation here. They offer many activities. He's a singer and they have choir everyday. The songs are from his youth and he remembers all the words.

Since my mother moved here we've had a couple issues but they have since been resolved.The communication could be a little better. We found out her bathing routine wasn't being done. When we asked why they informed us that she was declining it because she was in pain. They could have informed us sooner so we could have taken her to her doctors and changed her medication. Other than that the staff is great, they are very kind and understanding. We chose this community because the first impression was wonderful. It was very clean with a friendly staff. We also liked that it doesn't feel like a nursing home when you walk in, it's a very welcoming environment.

Everyone has been very welcoming and patient with Mom as she settles in to her new home. It is the first time in her whole life that she has not lived with family and that makes the friendly smiles and kind neighbors even more important. Mom constantly tells me that I found the perfect place for her and I enthusiastically agree. She also much prefers the meals to my cooking so kudos to the Chef!

Our experience with Magnolia Springs has been a very positive one! Our loved one is in the memory care wing, and they have done an absolutely fantastic job taking care of him. When we moved him in they told us they would look after him like family, and they really have. They're always reaching out to us with updates, and are more than happy to address and questions or concerns we have. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and all the residents seem equally well cared for. I highly recommend this place!

We liked the community. Everyone was very friendly. The residents seemed to be happy. This may be the place for MOM.

I would like to take sometime and let everyone know about what great place this is. From the 1st day we arrived til now 6 months later the staff here and falsitiy are the best around. My father was a handful he first arrived and took a lot of work, now as he as slowed it even takes more effort to keep him clean, fed and happy. The service has never changed even know there more residence. I will always referre people here long after he is gone. My hope and prayers are that you never have to use a falsity like this for your loved ones but if you do you owe it to your self and your loved one go for a visit. I promise its the best Alzheimer's care you can find and the food is also wonderful. There like family to my father.

We tourThis was a nice tour. The rooms were smaller than what we were wanting. The manager was there and we were shown the incorrect.They had a lot of good accommodations for the residents. This is a great community for care with a great value.

This is a wonderful place for my mother who lives in their memory care unit. She has moderate, but declining Alzheimers. The administrator, the office staff, the nurses, the great new chef, and pretty much EVERYONE who works here are top notch. My mother LOVES it here. She now has friends she can be with every day. She is being very well cared for all the time. The nurses in the memory care unit are awesome - please take a bow! They have fun activities. Great family night events. A hair salon on site. This place is very clean and well kept up. And the decor is very pretty inside and out. I am very pleased to recommend this place for anyone looking for a great senior living community, for their loved one who needs a loving memory care place.

My friend moved here recently and so far everything is wonderful. The staff is friendly and we have no complaints.

Very cozy atmosphere. The residents seem happy and well-cared for. There are lots of activities for residents to participate in, and a variety of social opportunities. Everyone has been very nice and welcoming.

When I visited my mother last, I noticed that she is making some great improvements. She was eating, and for her, that's a big deal that she is getting her appetite back. I was happy to see her more alert than she has been in a while. The place itself is older and showing it's age from the outside, but the inside is very nice and clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking.

I met with [Removed] on Friday, she was extremely knowledgeable in her property, the services and excellent in communication with frazzled family members (me) There was a tour of the site, I love the concept and the way the property is kept clean and fresh smelling. [Removed] had very helpful information about rates and possible "opportunities for additional veterans benefits assistance.I would highly recommend this property to anyone who has a family member or friend in need of Memory care.

The staff were very compassionate and the care was very good. My wife was in pretty bad shape when we moved her into this community and she passed away. I would recommend them to a family or friend.

I first visited Amber Glen in mid-2016 looking for a place for my father who has memory loss. It appeared to be a friendly caring place for adults with dementia. I liked the staff and they greeted me warmly and seemed to interact with the patients in the same way. In December 2016 I again visited and now was urgently looking for a place for my father. On December 23, 2016 my Dad became a resident of Amber Glen. I visited the facility in early February 2016 to check on my father since I live four hundred miles away. My step-mother, my sister, my brother and I have all visited. We are all happy with the facility and the care my father is receiving. I spend multiple hours over two days there observing and interacting with staff and patients. The patients have a lot of freedom to express themselves and do as much as they are able. Unfortunately when I was present my father was having issues with sleeping and had an infection but he was being well cared for. I would recommended Amber Glen as a place to give consideration to when looking for a home for a memory challenged adult. It has the feeling of a home and not just an institution for very special adults.

I toured this community when we were looking for a place for my father. The staff was friendly and the community was clean. We ultimately decided to move elsewhere but they left a good impression.

The caregivers at this company have been excellent to my loved one. They are always on time to there appointment with my mother and make sure she is comfortable with the care they are providing her. They also took the time to get to know her on a personal level and I thought that was really neat that they did that. I would defiantly recommend there services to anyone looking into home health care.
