At first it was hard for my husband while I was in the hospital. I joined him a month or so later. The ladies took great care of him and welcomed me. We both have eating problems and they take great care of us. Love the monthly parties and many games. We are very comfortable here.

My mom just recently moved into the Gables, and from start to finish it was a seamless experience. The atmosphere is warm, congenial and inviting, while the staff makes sure that the community’s needs are met. Even though my mom’s move was at a difficult time during the nation’s outbreak of the Corona virus, the staff has gone out of their way to make sure of the well-being and safety of all. Our interaction with [name removed], the director of the Gables, has been most pleasant. She has been warm, sincere, and genuinely caring not only to my mom but also to me and my husband. We made the wisest decision to have my mom move into the Gables. I highly recommend the Gables.

Great caregivers. Good food. All employees are super great.

I have 2 friends in Memory Way. They are very well taken care of. They have the option to join in activities or not depending on their mood. The men and women who work there check on them daily (several times). Answer any questions, laugh with them and, I believe, genuinely love them.

Magnolia Springs is a beautiful friendly community. The staff and residents make you feel at home and part of the family the minute you step through the door. Activities vary, some volleyball, to bingo, cards, scrabble, dinner and a show, and much more. Art classes too. My life here is full.

Excellent here! Staff is kind, courteous and answers all my questions and takes care of any problems immediately.

The staff at Magnolia Springs Louisville are very friendly. You can tell that they care about each resident by the way they pay attention to details and try to make each day special for them. A great team and a lovely community.

For over 20+ years, our mom had been a resident of Oak Hill Terrace. Great for 24/7 care and a secured facility that put the family at ease. She started out with a senior living arrangement which she enjoyed. Sadly as time went on, she needed assisted living arrangements and then the last 10 years she needed the more attentive care for those with dementia/alzheimers in their "Spring House" area. My family is very grateful to ALL of the staff and Mr. [name removed] for many well-cared years. Much appreciated!!

My mother has been in Elmcroft as of August 2019. The facility is bright and cheery and not dark and dingy. They really care about the residents, aiding them in everything that they need, such as helping them to bathe, dress, go to the dining hall for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, giving them their meds. The staff is very kind and attentive to the residents. Also, the monthly rent covers everything that they need with no extra charges except for the cable TV and phone. We are extremely happy with them.

Staff Make the Difference! The Magnolia Springs East team is incredible. From the Front Desk team, to the Business Manager, the Residential Services Director and her team, the Activities Director, the Culinary Services team, the Executive Director, and the Building/Facilities director....EVERYONE truly cares and looks out for the residents as if they are their family. They quickly learn their names, preferences, habits, likes (and dislikes)...all the small things that make a difference in making personal connections! One huge benefit for us is that since Magnolia Springs has a memory unit, many of their staff are aware of what to watch for as early stages of dementia and other memory conditions digress over time. This is particularly helpful since our loved one is in the Assisted Living area, but will likely go to Memory Way (the memory unit) in the future. In short, Magnolia Springs has a great team who truly care combined with the knowledge and skills to make a difference!
