My mother has lived at MS since 2019 and it has been a great transition. There has been a few bumps in the road but the staff has been attentive and always willing to help resolve any issues. It's not easy to transition a family member to A. L. setting but I couldn't imagine being anywhere else. It's been 5/5 stars for us. Highly recommend MS.

We chose Eagle Ridge because I had visited others and their marketing director here was very comforting and understanding. I felt most comfortable with her. The facility sends regular emails and have been pretty good about communication with covid. I know they want what is best for my mom and I would recommend the facility.

The room size was very good for what she needed, it was accessible for her walker. I would recommend to others looking.

My parents have lived at Magnolia Springs for five years. Dad died in Sept. The staff was super and expressed sympathy to our family and were very sincere in their approach. They have done wonderfully during the pandemic. I would especially like to thank [name removed] for helping with visitation. I think Magnolia Springs is an excellent facility. They have been wonderful to my mom for 10+ years. She is very happy and doesn't want to be anywhere else.
