I served as an intern in the community through Bellarmine University, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I had the unique opportunity to see the internal operations of each department, and none of them were lacking. I have the utmost respect for their warm, welcoming and knowledgable staff and would easily trust them to care for my own loved ones.

My mother and our family has had an amazing experience with Magnolia Springs of Lexington. My mother is not only well cared for, but is treated like a family member of the staff. The staff itself seems to be one big happy family and this feeling is felt throughout the facility from nurses, caregivers, food service, maintenance, administration and more. This type of atmosphere is exactly what we wanted for my dear mother, and we are so very thankful that we found it.

The staff has been fantastic throughout the pandemic! Mom has had a great attitude that is a tribute to all of the love she is receiving during the lock down. Thanks for doing such and awesome job of keeping everyone safe!

Magnolia Springs Louisville is an amazing community and my husband gets outstanding care. The staff is right on target and very sensitive to all needs. [Name removed] is a great professional and choice for the new Activities Director.

The staff at Magnolia are absolutely amazing! They welcomed my mom with open arms. They treat her like a queen! She loves it there and they love her. It’s a beautiful place filled with beautiful people. Residents and staff alike! I just love everything about Magnolia Springs!

It is a smaller close knit community. Everyone is friendly, courteous and respectful. The room sizes are good with individual bathroom. Food is good.They have a nice outdoor patio and a barbecue grill with table and umbrella. They cook out sometimes. It is clean and smells good. They also go on outings with the residents.

The community is always really clean. The staff is very friendly, they all know my father-in-law by name. We haven't seen anything negative at all. The community is a great value for the price. They have been very reasonable with price especially when compared to other communities in the area. While my father-in-law does not participate much, they do have activities available to the residents if they would like.

My mom has been there a couple of months. She has some medical issues and they seem to be proactive in always checking on her. Times are tough right now since no one can really go in or out, but the experience is so far so good.

My dad has been at Elmcroft Bedford since April 2018. The staff are wonderful and you can tell they really love what they do and care for all the residents like family. I have been to all the Family Night gathering they have and these are so much fun! Of course right now with covid 19 they are locked down no visitors. But still do window visits with dad and his peeps as I call them. :) When I could go inside before this I had to make sure I said hello to all the other residents on memory care side as well as dad. They all give me great big smiles. They love the DVD movies I brought for dad and I enjoy watching with them. Even amid this pandemic you can tell the level of care is amazing. I am thankful for everyone there and their dedication to each residents happiness and well being. I visit often and have gotten to know the staff and they are so wonderful! I feel truly blessed having them care for my dad.

[Name removed] and staff made the process as easy as possible and worked with us to calm any worries. They are patient, understanding, and are great communicators. We know our loved one is in extremely capable hands at Magnolia!

I think the staff is exceptional. They have done a lot for me. Anytime I ask to have anything done, it is done no questions asked.

The food is excellent. The activities are very good. The morale among the residents is also very good. The staff also fixes any problems on a timely basis.

I like the fact that I feel safe at Library Square. I like the people here. The maintenance staff have been very helpful. I tell my daughter it is a very good place she chose for me.

One of the main things is that the staff is very friendly. They check on the residents all the time and are very pleasant. My father in law is very happy there. He loves the food, they have a different kind of pie everyday for lunch. He is even trying new foods. He started off as a two week respite when we went out of town. When we asked him how he liked it his response was, "what's not to like".

I have been at MS for almost 2 full years. It has far exceeded my own expectations. The facility, the staff, and the services are wonderful. Without reluctance of any kind, I sold my home of 40 years and moved here to make this my home for life. The residents are welcoming to all and add to the feeling of "home."
