My family and I moved my mother from NJ to KY, where she has a bigger support system, this past August. My sisters looked at many places for my Mom to live and we're very happy with Magnolia Springs.. my wife and I trusted their decision. When we first saw MS we were equally as happy! On our second visit, we were ecstatic! The staff is warm and friendly, they seem to really care about my Mom and kept her smiling. The cleanliness of the facility is impeccable and we loved the amount of activities there were for her to participate in... And when I asked (maybe pushed for) a Bridge Club, one got started up quickly. My wife and I couldn't have been happier! ..... and then came Covid 19.... The way MS Lexington has handled this situation has left us speechless! - You wouldn't know it from this review ;) - Here in NJ, my Mom would've been doomed.. Covid 19 hit very VERY hard here, and many of our friends have lost their parents to it. So for us to have our Mom somewhere that there have been no cases (both residents and staff) bring me to tears!! - litterally .. I'm a crier - My Mom may not understand why there are so many restrictions, but my wife and I do.. and couldn't be more grateful!! You guys helped save her life, and we are forever indebted to you! We can't say thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU enough. Stay healthy and please keep up the good work.

I think the staff has been very accommodating with my loved one and she has said multiple times how nice the staff is to her. They really do their best to meet the needs of my loved one as much as possible. While she doesn't participate super often, the staff has done a good job with encouraging to participate in the activities. They do birthday celebrations every month and take the residents on trips for off-community dinners. They also have outside activities available and have done well with trying to keep all the residents active. Considering the area that the community is in and how much the staff does, I do think they are a good value for the price. The food is give or take and right now because the community is on lock down as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, they have been bringing the residents their three meals a day to their rooms. They have really been trying their best!

We love Magnolia Springs. It has been the best for my mom. Even through the COVID, the safety has always been a priority and I appreciate that. Can't say anything negative.

The staff at Magnolia Springs are the best. They take such good care of my parents and are so sweet and loving. They keep in close contact with me and keep me well informed as to what is going on. The kitchen staff cooks great food and they are very attentive to the needs of the residents. All over excellent.

The employees and executive team are experienced and truly care about all of the residents within the community. They do an excellent job of organizing activities that suit the resident' interests and keep them active.

My parents moved into Magnolia Springs in June of 2018. It was an emotional time for our entire family, but especially for my parents after having their own home for 63 years and then suddenly living in a new place and in separate areas. My dad in his 1 bedroom apartment and my mom in Memory Care downstairs in a generous studio room. It was such a loss for all of us and getting accustomed to so many changes at once definitely took it’s toll on each of us in various ways. Through it all however, the staff have been so kind, patient and supportive in helping each of us settle in to and trying to make Magnolia Springs feel like home. Caring and kindness are not just something that is part of the facilities logo at Magnolia Springs. The staff really do care for my parents and all the residents and their families. They take time to listen when my dad needs to talk, they try to accommodate his dietary wishes, they have visited my mom when she has been hospitalized and have supported us and inquired about my mom’s well-being after she had to be moved following a fall and fracture a few months ago. They have provided transportation for my dad so that he can go visit my mom as well. Most of the same staff have remained constant over the 2 years that “we’ve” been there, which I believe is due to the high standards that the director [name removed] sets. Cleanliness, compassion, stability are all hallmarks of Magnolia Springs. The staff are wonderful!

I have always had great experiences with Magnolia Springs of Lexington. Friendly service, top notch care and amazing food.

My mom has found new friends & after moving from her home of 63 years to here has been the greatest change her & our family have ever experienced. She eats 3 meals a day. Which at home she would not feel like cooking & therefore was not eating properly. It’s a great feeling to know your mom is being taken care of in a place such as magnolia springs by all the staff which is provided for her each & everyday. Thanks to u call for doing such an excellent job the last 3 months during this virus & unknown times we have all uncounted. When ever mom needs assistance your there to provide. That’s all one can ask for.

The staff at Magnolia Springs was nothing but wonderful to my family during the intake and initial stages of moving my grandmother. They were so kind and explained everything throughly. I am overwhelmed with happiness that we found a safe place for her live and the best part, she loves it! The staff treats her like family and they ensure her every need is met 24/7. The facility feels like a resort; all areas are spotless and fragrance free. They serve three large meals each day with lots of variety and a snack cart with anything you can imagine. I couldn’t be more pleased and thankful that we chose Magnolia Springs for my sweet grandmother.

My mother came to Magnolia Springs a year ago. It has been a blessing for her to be here. My Dad died shortly after she moved in. The staff were very sensitive to her needs and encouraged residents who lost their spouses to reach out to her. Mom really appreciates the staff that looks after her. As a daughter I feel at peace knowing that my mother is in a safe and clean environment with a caring staff.

Words can’t express how blessed we are to have found Magnolia Springs in Lexington KY???? The facility is lovely, immaculate; large enough for good long walks but not too large to be an intimate ‘family style’ community! The Management stays on top of every detail, the staff is so compassionate & kind, helpful & caring-entire experience has been so positive. The food is delicious, the full service salon is a God send & the grounds are lovely ?????? ??????????

During this corona virus pandemic, I feel that my mom is real protected and safe. The staff there are real friendly. She appreciates the little things that they do for her right now. They have made accommodations with activities to keep the residents engaged. She likes the food, she says it's even too much food. She so much appreciates living there so she doesn't have to go shopping for food . We chose this community because we liked the room sizes and it had a stove top and full refrigerator, so has the option to cook for herself.

Although established years ago, The Forum at Town Center gives a person that "family feel" when entering the community. It is a "love worn" community with lots of heart, soul and smiles. The residents and staff are very friendly and helpful, and it's because of the residents, folks apsire to work here. The community hosts both Independent Living (IL) and Assisted Living (AL). Normally a very social and active community, this has halted a bit because of our world pandemic. Slowly, events and activities are beginning to surface, but with new rules, as they wish to remain a Covid-free community and want to continue to keep their residents and staff safe. So much love and compassion in this community. Check them out for yourself.
