My sister and I toured Brookdale when we were looking for assisted living places for our parents. We happened to meet the sales manager who gave us a tour of the studio apartment. She was extremely helpful and provided the most information of anyone we have come across in our journey. She is a great asset to Brookdale and we learned a lot from her in the short time we spoke. Fortunately, our parents are able to stay in their home for the time being, so we have put our search on hold for now. However, I am so glad we had the opportunity to meet the sales manager.

Experience has been excellent overall. The staffing shortages have hindered better performance there. The activities are getting better. The leadership cares about the residents.

One of the big reasons why I picked Brookdale is because the director at the time [name removed] I really liked her personality and enthusiasm. We had scheduled a meeting and she was gone and we were not aware. Whenever I try to call or the doctor calls it is very hard to get a hold of the nursing staff. They have been very helpful and friendly but communication is something that they could definitely improve on. Some of her things have gone missing so I think it would beneficial if they could take inventory of residents belongings.

The lady who gave me the tour was super nice and this facility was cheaper than a couple others we looked at. There were just less people out and about and my loved one likes to be active.

We had a good tour experience with Brookdale. For us the facility was too big and regimented, we were looking for a place a little smaller with more personalized care.

Our family had an in person tour and we liked the community but it was just to big. We thought it would be to overwhelming given our loved ones cognitive stage.

Overall, this experience has been okay for my mom. She is enjoying being more independent but is definitely not impressed by the food/meal selections. There always seems to have little gnats flying around in her bathroom or little roaches in the room or hallways. The staff is friendly and helpful, but aren't always properly trained or informed of their duties when it comes to providing toileting care, showering support, and/or housekeeping.

We did a virtual tour with Brookdale. It was nice but the location was just too far from us.

My loved one did not participate in the activities but I was very impressed with the activities that they did have available when I was around. There was a lot of different things to pick from you just had to be willing to participate. The staff are also very friendly.

My husband was able to tour the community and he had a great first impression. The director was friendly and gave great information.

The community was very nice during our tour. The only downfall was it was out of price range.

It's a very nice place, and the staff is qualified, enthusiastic, and special. They'll go the extra mile. It seems very clean, and nothing ever jumps out at me as needing attention. When I go in, the common spaces are always spotless. My loved tells me she likes the food.

The community has a homey feeling and atmosphere. communication with the staff is good and they let us know if they need anything. The community is very neat and clean and I would recommend this community to others.

Good Life Senior Living was clean, and the staff members were friendly. The care services seemed to be good, as well as the activities. The rooms were good, and we would recommend this community to others.

The facility is clean but they do have an issue with bugs in some of the rooms, but they are trying to get this under control. They have a great staff and they are responsive they truly care about the residence. I would recommend this community to others.

The cleanliness is impeccable and it doesn't feel like an institution. The food is outstanding and mother in law has gained weight. We chose this community because the cleanliness, the feel, and the staff . The staff do have a high turnover which is hard for residents in memory care. My only concerns are that I am not sure that her showers are being assisted and I found a bruise on her shin that required antibiotics. I would highly recommend this community to other families. I've been to many communities and for the money your loved one is being well cared for. My mother in law loves it there.

This tour was more detailed because [name removed] was on the phone while I toured on my computer. I was able to discuss in detail each portion of the tour . [Name removed] answered each question about facility, cost, extra fees, how evaluation could be done virtual during this pandemic--lots of do and don't.

VERY nice people in this place however it was not going to be fly open for anywhere between 30-90 days. My need was more urgent.

My Mom lives here currently. The staff is very responsive when we call or if we message them about any problems we have. It’s greatly appreciated. My Mom really likes one of the cooks there and the food they make is well-balanced. There aren’t a lot of options to choose from though, which is something I wish they could do a little differently. I think it would be nice if they could ask the residents what they’d like to eat or if they have special requests for things. The dinners are typically really light and lunches are a little bit heavier and I think it would be nice if they offered something a little heavier for dinner too in case someone wasn’t able to eat lunch. I also think it would be nice if there were more events and outings for the residents but that’s something they’re working on. All in all, I think they’re a good place and I would recommend them.
