All has been wonderful at Brookdale N. Fredericksburg Road. When mom was there she made friends and was able to engage with them in the activities. The staff is very personal there. I never felt like I was getting a sales pitch from them. That made a huge difference in our decision to come here. This facility felt like home. The staff listened to our needs and were extremely accommodating to them. Just very friendly here.

The staff at Brookdale is excellent, giving detailed information about the facilities and pricing. A clean well managed operation on all levels. The personnel from maintenance to management are friendly and caring. I am very pleased with the care and attention they are providing for my Mom.

We are very happy with them. It's clean and the staff is friendly. We are happy with the care he is getting. He likes the food, and they have good activities. We don't have any complaints at this time. I would give them a five.

We toured here as we were looking for options. It was nice and fancy.

Although a slightly older facility it is well maintained and provides an excellent appearance. Had an extremely positive impression of the personnel in the Memory Care unit, and the patients were happy and well cared for in appearance and activities

They do a very wonderful job of taking care of the residents there. Every time I go there I see them actively and happily helping the residents. I couldn't be happier. My dad is staying there and he is quite happy.

This is also a very nice complex, although a little older it is still in very good shape and the people are very friendly and helpful. This is within the budget and I think is going to be my mother's home for at least a few years.

I haven’t seen a lot of the activities, but I’m comfortable enough with the place that I’d rate it a five too. I haven’t had any trouble finding parking. I think the food should be a four though. There haven’t been any concerns with the laundry service.

She is very happy, she likes the way they treat her. They help her when she needs it. There haven't been any complaints. The director contacts me if there is an issue.

I loved this location and everything it had to offer. I have decided to take my aunt into my home until i can save enough of her pension and ss for a few months until i can afford all her expenses and move her unto The Woodbridge Estates. Allison at Woodbridge was a real sweetheart. I do plan on making my aunts future home at Woodbridge Estates.

I like that they have a restaurant attached. You can go anytime from 7am to 7pm to eat. The staff is very caring and they do their jobs well. The activites director is a wiz - very good at his job. They have a lot of musical entertainment and different groups that volunteer. My mother is legally blind so she can't participate in all the activites but they have movies and a nice, extensive library and lots of lounge areas. My mother wasn't able to return there because she's not able to walk so she has to rehab more before she can go back. We're undecided on whether we're going to move her back because she likes where she is not too.

Inconsistency on quality of food servings. It's clean and they are responsive.

Toured many places and all were great, ended up with best fit location for our loved one.

It is a great place, and if you have a loved one that needs assisted living this would be a good place to go. It was an easy transition for my loved one. The only thing that bothered me is they had 3 different directors within 3 months. The staff were accommodating with the hospice team. The chef is a lovely person. The regular staff are wonderful! It is a smaller community, and your loved one gets a lot of extra attention. Its nice they have assisted living and memory care options available.

The staff were wonderful when we moved mom into the community. They were courteous and helpful. When the power went out due to a storm I saw the manager helping people up the stairs. They offer daily activities and mom is making friends. She is happy with the food and they do offer a variety of choices. The grounds are well taken care of. I would recommend this community.

I had a great visit with Miss [Removed], she was amazing! She made us feel welcome and at ease. The whole staff was friendly and outgoing. The facility was decorated nicely and felt warm. One of the first things I noticed was how fresh it smelt and how much it reminded me of home. During the visit I loved seeing Miss [Removed] interactions and relationship she had with the residents. It was more than Miss [Removed] showing us around she customized our visit and made us feel welcome. I am looking forward to moving in the future.

The most impressive picture of Brookdale is the quality of compassionate care and the staff's willingness to extend themselves to the residents without worrying about who's job it is. I helped choose the facility we would put our mother in and helped move her belongings. The staff was always there to see if we needed any help and to answer all our questions. When a storm knocked out electricity throughout the complex, the staff immediately made sure the residents were given meals and checked on regularly. They helped those who couldn't walk up the secondary stairs to get to their apartments. It is very much a tight-knit family-like community where Biblical values abound in showing kindness, long-suffering, mercy, and love for the people they serve. I have one negative comment that I did not want to include in my rating, and yet it is something that needs improvement. We could never seem to get a final amount for what was owed for the June rent. We were handed several amended statements, both with handwritten notes and numbers on it that only confused us more. We simply wanted a final total amount to write the check for my mother's rent for one month. Even the day before June 1st, when rent was due, my brother was not sure the check he wrote would suffice. I trust that this issue will not continue in the next months. I don't know if the billing system is outdated or the means to follow it is not understood, but we are hoping we will be billed fairly and in a forthright manner in the future.

Everything is working out well for my mother since her move to this community. She is safe, and receiving good care. The staff here is great. All levels of the staff have been helpful, and kind. She stays busy with the activities they have available for the residents. The meals are nice, she is pleased with the them. I would recommend this community, it is working out well for us.

I had a good tour of Brookdale Longview. If my loved one needs Assisted Living in the future, we will defiantly consider this facility. The tour guide that I met with was friendly and informative. It was a good experience.

My experience with Brookdale Fredericksburg Road has been a good one so far. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful, and they tended to my needs very well. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and it just seems like a very nice place overall!
