My mom has been a resident of GHLC since [date removed]. Covid has put a damper on many activities and visits but the GHLC staff work very hard to entertain and keep their residents spirits up. The staff works so hard, the rooms are very nice, the food prepared tastefully. In the beginning till I understood the protocol, I had some issues which have been worked out and staff is very willing to talk things over and do what they can to make each resident's stay a good match. I recommend this facility. My mom is very happy.

I am a daughter of a resident in Memory Care at Grand Haven Living Center. My mother has been residing here for the past nine months. Although the Corona 19 virus has added challenges, I have found the staff available to answer questions and concerns that I might have had. They have tried to arrange outdoor visits during the nice weather and set them up inside during the Fall in a safe manner. The Life enrichment team has set up Face Time visits when in person gathering has not been possible. They provide a variety of activities for the residents which has been helpful during the winter months. The caregivers treat my mother with kindness and compassion. I look forward to in person visits when it is safe to do so.

Compared to the other communities we spoke with, the First & Main of Auburn hills was very reasonably priced. They also are very cooperative with our loved one.

The staff members at First & Main are very friendly, and are very social. They had some issues with staffing during COVID, but when they are staffed they are very good. It is a fairly good value, and the reason we picked this community is we believed they had the residents care on top priority. They seemed to be really concerned about everyone's well being. The rooms are very nice, our loved one is in a one room suite, it is perfect for her and she is comfortable. From our understanding the seems to be enjoyed the food.

They are excellent for someone who is still relatively independent. They are not as good for someone with higher care needs. Rooms sizes are good. They have outdoor space. The food is good. The staff is caring.

The staff was good. The food was adequate.The kitchen staff was easy to work with. The room sizes and layout of the community was good. They had outdoor space for the residents to use. Overall we had a good experience.

A very quiet and comfortable place. Having the woods and trees gave it a homey feeling. I liked the idea that a number of the staff had longevity. The non-carpeted floors are lovely in looks and I am sure easier to keep clean, however, they do not help with lessening any noise.

I'm so thankful for the staff at Prestige Pointe. Dad has been happy here for nearly 8 years. He has good care for his Alzheimer's. He is at peace and happy. We are blessed.

Our mother suffered a health set back and after discharge from hospital was sent to rehab. She had a steady decline in mental awareness and developed depression. We decided to bring her home to Prestige Pointe, to her comfort zone. The change in her was immediate and unbelievable. She is smiling again after a horrible two weeks. Thank you Prestige Point Staff.

Having my mother at your facility is very important to me. Your staff are very polite, thoughtful and caring to the residents. Thank you for being here.

I am very pleased with the care my mother receives at Prestige Pointe. She likes the independent feeling she has, yet knows if she needs anything, there is always someone there. When I have a question or concern, it is addressed promptly, and it is clear that the resident care comes first. My mom has lived at Prestige almost a year, and I have yet to worry about her care, as I know her Prestige "guardian angels" are watching over her. I rate four stars instead of five only because the building itself is in need of updates and repairs.

The staff here is really nice and they do a really good job in making sure they interact engage my Mother in various activities. They have great communication and if anything happens they call me immediately. For activities, they have things like games, singing, watching TV, and parties. I would recommend this facility to other families.

I toured here at Grandhaven, and I thought the at the community was absolutely marvelous. I thought that the community itself was very nice, and I thought the staff was friendly. However, we did not choose to move there because I was not sure it would be the best fit for my loved one.

I do feel comfortable with my mothers move to this community. She seems to be very happy, and she likes it here in this facility. I know she safe, and in good hands. They have great staff at this community, and they are taking good of her. She is receiving good care. I'am very pleased with everything they have done for our family. This is a lovely community.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They seem to be knowledgeable and concerned with the well being of their residents. The things I didn't like about the facility were more cosmetic; the dining are was a little spartan, and in the memory care unit showers are not in the bathroom within the residents' room.

This looked like a nice community when I visited. The people I met were nice. This community is for assisted living and we found that my loved one needed independent living.

I also toured PResitge Pointe. The place was clean and maintained nicely. The staff was all friendly and the person that took me around was very informative. It was a good experience, but not the best fit for my loved one.

The community is beautiful. The staff have been wonderful. Mom is not a fan of the food. They do offer daily activities and she is able to have her hair done once a week. I would recommend this community.

Overall my father is doing pretty well since his move to this community. He is being cared for well, and the family is pleased. I know he is safe and in a good place. This is a community I would recommend, it is working out well for us.

My mother in law was in very good hands here at this community. Unfortunately my father in law decided to move her back home. We were very pleased with all they did for us. This is a lovely community, they do a great job with the cleanliness. The staff did a great job of caring for her and her needs. We knew she was safe and receiving great care at this community.
