We are happy with the care that my mom is getting. The staff are kind and attentive to my mom's needs. The community is clean and an over all good environment for her. We both have been happy with the meals that are serviced. My mom is staying active with a lot of the activities. We would recommend this community for the good care and value.

Prestige Pointe is the perfect place for a loved-one with dementia. The care team is trained in "Montessori Moments in Time" life enrichment programming and the environment is smaller and less overwhelming than some of the assisted living communities out there. Most importantly, the residents are happy!

Brookdale is clean and friendly. They have a really good staff that is patient and kind. Their monthly coat is higher then similar facilities, but they have a good location for us.

We just moved my mother into this community yesterday, but based on what we say from move in and during our tour, the place seems like a very good fit! the set up is very comfortable, and everyone has been very friendly.

We have been happy with them. They have been very good to her. It's clean, and looks nice when I go. The food is pretty good, even though that can be really subjective. I don't have any complaints, at this point.

They do pretty good overall. It would be better if we could have heat control in the individual rooms. It's centralized heat, and it's really hot in there. The common areas are a perfect temperature and in the rooms it's like a sauna. It would be nice if they washed the clothes by individual rooms rather than all together, clothes come up missing or you end up with other people's clothes. The food is good and there are no complaints about the activities. They wanted to do bathing on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and that seems like odd timing, to have a bath after two days, and then not again until five more days. I would think they could space it more like three days and then four days or something. The staff is pretty friendly, the ones that have more experience seem to be better with adjusting to the residents personalities.

I would say 4-5 on all they are great. The staff is so friendly, they treat my dad well. Yes I would recommend, they make my dad feel like family.

It's a beautiful place. staff is great and very compassionate. my mom really likes it there. she said the food is great. (the menus look pretty amazing)

This applies to any memory care / assisted living facility. Choosing a place is like buying a used car. They will tell you anything they think you want to hear to make the sale, but you have to look under the hood. See a lot of places, make a short list and revisit those. Take someone you trust with you. Be realistic, they are not providing this service out of the goodness of their hearts, it's a business, a BIG one. Good luck.

There isn't really anything for them to improve on, we would recommend Americana Seniors of Davison to other families based on the experience so far.

Price. Cleanliness. New and modern. I would recommend to others.

The staff is mostly competent, with a few notable exceptions. She sometimes complains about the food, especially with the new cook. Her apartment is good seized, one of the largest in the facility. Generally things are clean and he meds are dispensed on time.

The staff was very caring. My dad loved the space he was allowed to roam around the house-like setting. It's very different from other memory care places that are just a single hallway

I am a current resident at Grandhaven Assisted Living in Lansing MI. In my time here, I have found the Staff great. I have also found the food from the kitchen great ?? ?? The facility and environment is friendly and great.

The food needs to be better and there's not enough activity to keep the residents engaged. A lot of the residents stay in their apartment after their meals.

I would say the facility and staff are great. Facility is very clean and staff really care for residents. I do think there could be more activities on weekends. Maybe even church services or prayers on Sundays. The food is very good.

The medical staff is getting better. [name removed] has leveled up the care team even in the short period of time she has been here.

It's a nice place but definitely have to remind them about bathing and room maintenance. Close to my house

The facility is very clean, updated and great staff. They are engaged and very up to speed with my loved one whenever I checked in. Would highly recommend. Only thing lacking is communication. Identify a way for daily updates without a phone call or in person visit would be ideal.

What we like the most about Americana Senior is the location and twenty four hour access. Also the price and their willingness to work with us to place her on short notice
