I found Sterling House to be quite pleasant. The Staff that was on duty were very friendly and I was pleasantly surprised to find I knew through others Nurse Mary and one of my friends Grandmother was in the process of moving in! It has a very comfortable homey feel. And I am sure when my Father is ready we will most definitely look further into getting him into Sterling House.

My mom has had a few issues and they have dealt with it and handled everything really well. It is a really nice group of people.

I think they are very good. It's kept very clean, and the staff is very friendly. I think they are very expensive. I think they are wasting peoples money with, Omnicare, the pharmacy they use, are way more expensive than what we are paying before. But they have been flexible with us on that. For the memory care unit there isn't much activity, they could use more variety and have things happen more often. They just sold to another company, they will no longer be Prestige Pines, I don't know if they knew, but they didn't tell us. We got a letter saying that there would be no changes, that it would be a smooth transition. Today we found out that the director has been let go, and she was a big part of the reason we chose them. She was the best employee as far as I am concerned. That makes us nervous, to get a promise that nothing would change and then one week later to have such a big change.

Our mother has been at Clare Bridge Memory Care facility for a little over a month. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the residents. The facility is very clean and the care is specialized per individual. Activities are provided daily to help residents and all are encouraged to participate. For us having mother in Clare Bridge gives us peace of mind. She is safe and well cared for.

We've used this community twice for respite care, and it has been a very pleasant experience both times. The staff is excellent, they've been very easy to work with, and do a great job taking care of the residents. In particular they do a good job of getting everyone involved in the activities.

The staff is very caring and treats the residents like they are family members. You can tell that the caregivers love the residents and this is more than a job for them. It is their calling.

So far we have been very pleased with their service. They are very good about feedback, and keeping me informed about any situations or problems. When the facility lost power they contacted me immediately to let me know the options if I wanted my loved one moved during that time. I also like that they have events, such as meals and holidays, where they will invite the families over to celebrate with their loved ones.

We chose Sterling house because it was just in the perfect location for our family. The staff is extremely friend and they are very helpful. We are very pleased with our choice and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a community for themselves or loved ones.

Talked with director serveral times. Have two buildings. One assisted living and other for people with dementia and alzheimers. $3300/mo. includes all meals, meds, care and cleaning. The have staff that is trained in handling people wiwth alzheimers. She says their meals are delicious.

I appreciate that they have consistent staff at Cottage of Davison. There is low turnover and good communications.

This place is so wonderful! We were welcomed with open arms, and everyone was so nice and helpful! It is like living in a dream, the facility is so beautiful!

beautiful community. I was recommended by APFM to tour this one and it was spotless. I had a long search for my mother in law and it ended here. Thankful to them for the care they are providing!

Putting a loved one into assisted living is not always easy but Addington place put mine and my families minds at ease. The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff is very welcoming and kind. I'm so glad we chose this facility for my father. As much as he did not want to go into assisted living he has learned to love it here.

Hi i was scared at first putting my mother in a memory care home. But now my mother is in Addington place of Grand Blanc I fell really comfortable. I've met the staff they are very knowledgeable and friendly with my mother. Actually My mother likes being there and she is very hard to please. also she loves the food and is very comfortable and settled in. So I can relax knowing she is in good hands. I would highly recommend Addington.

Mother has adjusted very well to her new surroundings. I credit the staff for this. Food is great, and we even get to eat with her on occasion, with no extra charge. Staff is very attentive, and activities are often and varied. Mom participates with most. Now that the weather is better they have a very nice patio area for the residents to enjoy. We think the value we are getting is most worth it. Could not be happier.

This is the fourth - and BEST - facility that my Mom has lived in, in the past 12 months. The room set-up is as comfortable as anything one might experience at home: The bathroom has plenty of grab bars, the shower has a cushioned seat and easy access. Marble countertops in the kitchen! There is plenty of room throughout the apartment, for her wheelchair. The living room overlooks an enclosed yard with flowers, trees, a putting green and sidewalks to comfortably roll around on a warm day. My Mom misses cooking, so she met the chef ([name removed]? I think?) and he offered to cook her favorite recipes as long as she provides them to him. (I've no doubt there will be Mom's German Potato Salad on the menu one of these nights.) The food is so much better than in the other places she's been situated. Mom's level-of-care requires that she receives regular attention and she gets that! Caregivers have been attentive and kind. When I visit, we go to the Bistro, just off the lobby, where there is always free juice, tea, water or coffee, with fruit or cookies. In the winter, we will probably use the fireplace. Believe it or not, there is a movie theatre with free popcorn! There's a chapel with a piano - and sometimes, a singer comes to entertain there. Mom's friends have visited here and used the convenient elevator to ascend to the [location removed] dining area, which accommodates a crowd: They all felt well-treated. I observed that the staff is genuinely interested in keeping residents well cared-for and happy. It is as pleasant a place as home. Would definitely recommend!!!

My mom has lived at Prestige Pines for 3 years now and I couldn't be more happy about the care she receives. My family and I feel like the staff at Prestige Pines truly love my mom and know her. She is always up to something fun when I visit. When you walk in you are always greeted with a smile. I am proud to call Prestige Pines home for my mom and the staff my extended family.

The care givers and the care received was very good! All my needs were tended to sufficiently and in a timely manor. The employees seem happy in their work. The facility was kept very clean and organized. I think the meals could have been a little better.
