I toured this community, but I wanted somewhere close to my home. The staff were helpful and answered my questions on the care that is given to this nice community. I highly suggest that families tour this community for care for a loved one

This is a excellent community. I like knowing that she likes the staff who are taking great care of her. The comunity is very clean and she likes the outdoor areas. The meals are outstanding and she likes the variety of healthy meals. The activities are offer for her to participate with the other residents.

This all started because I needed to find a place for respite care for my father for a two week period. Brookdale was recommended by a Place for Mom. I was contacted with minutes after talking a Place for Mom's representative. They bent over backwards to help me get my father admitted. (This is not like checking into a hotel!) They made this as painless as possible. Then at the end of the 2 week period my father decided he wanted to stay. Prior to this he was not keen about going to assisted living. The staff again was helpful on getting my father fully admitted and he now resides with them and is happy. They helped make a difficult experience a much easier one!!

We just had a care conference and it looks like it's going well. The staff are doing a wonderful job and they are helping us understand the changes my mother-in-law is going through, she has no memory at all. From what I have seen the meal looks wonderful and I think it's very well. They try to accommodate her meal when it is something she does not like. My mother-in-law has gone out with them on a couple occasions, it went okay. Once she fell, she was not hurt, but they called me right away and I was able to come see her.

My loved one has really enjoyed his stay so far at this community, the staff have done a great job at making sure that my dad is comfortable and his needs are being met. He has especially enjoyed the different field trips they take them on and the various activities they do with the residents during the week. I overall have no complaints and would recommend this facility.

I am very happy with the care my father is receiving here. The community is nice and very clean. The staff is very helpful. He was pleased with the food that was served. I would recommend this for great care for other families.

Brookdale is a very nice and convient place for the loved one. My father, after having been to a bunch of different homes, really like the atmosphere of Brookdale and the fact that it is a small community. Only tip I would have is to get everything in writing about what the home will and won't do or provide.

Mom is adjusting well to living at this community. She likes the food and the community is extremely well kept. The staff work well with her. They offer quit a few activities that she likes to participate in.

We were very stressed out about having our mother stay in a facility like this. The people there are wonderful and do everything to make my mom feel welcomed, and to reassure us that they will take care of her.

We had to place my father in here for respite care and we love it! Such a great and caring place. It's more like a 5 star hotel than an assisted care! Every worker here is top notch! So glad this facility had an opening for him. Best place for your loved one hands down!!

Beautiful facility, clean, well-maintained. Staff are friendly and professional. I was touring to find appropriate care for my mother with dementia. I was very impressed with their Reminiscence unit and us of Validation Method to interact with people with cognitive impairment. Their whole program is designed to optimize cognitive and physical function of the residents. Each person is treated with dignity, respect, kindness and compassion. There is a waiting list, so currently no bed available for my mom. I am in the process now of having my mother evaluated by her doctor and neurologist. I would definitely select Sunrise for my mom.

My mother is very well and seems to be adjusting well to this community. This community is a special one they have a very caring loving staff here. They really care about your loved one and they are very attentive and responsive. The facility is clean and neat looks great, her room a little small but okay for her. They do offer a lot of activities that my mother enjoys. I would highly recommend this community because the staff have really gone above and beyond.

My mom is doing better now than when she first moved to Prestige Pines. She has adjusted to the move and is doing great there. They offer a lot of activities including ones that family members are able to go in and participate with them as well. They do family meals. The food is very good. I recommend this place to anybody, it is a very good community, worth the money.

I think they do a wonderful job at Brookdale Davison! Our loved one has only been here a short time, but every time I've visited I have been impressed with what I see! The facility itself is beautiful and well kept, and always smells clean and fresh. The staff is friendly and caring, and they take good care of the residents. The whole place just has a very comfortable, home-like atmopshere.

There food is very good. I sit at a table with some others and I hear some complaints every now and then on the food, but I think it is good (far better than what I got in my time in the military). They go above and beyond in terms of accommodating requests, and they bend over backwards to please us. They want to make sure my experience is nothing but the best. I like to work and stay busy, and they have allowed me to work with their mechanic to help on various projects. They really go case by case and find a plan to make each resident as happy as they can be.

They are very prompt in answering questions and giving attention to the residents. The staff is very friendly and understanding and patient. The patients are great and my loved one seems to be happy there.

I had a good experience with the staff and the food. The people who take care of my dad are wonderful. I have no problem with them, I'm very glad I put my loved one there. I would not say this is a downside, but they told me they had problems with on of the pharmacies they are using and they are switching to a new pharmacy, but they did not tell anyone and I just would have been better to know.

They were exceptionally helpful in helping us get moved in. They have just been wonderful to work with. I would recommend the Prestige Pines to anyone. The facility was clean. Everyone was really nice and friendly. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The care services are excellent. They do a good job at taking care of my loved one. I can't rate the activities because he did not participate in them.

I think they've done an excellent job looking after my loved one so far at Sunrise of West Bloomfield. The staff here is friendly and professional, and they honestly and truthfully seem to care about the wellbeing of the residents. They're keeping him as comfortable as is possible.
