When I began looking for an assisted living + memory care facility for mother, Queen Anne Manor was the top of the list due to location. When I compared & visited other facilities it became the clear choice. The size was right - not too small yet not too big. The range of assistance options was ideal. Mother lived for almost a year in an assisted living studio. When her memory and health problems increased, Anna's Garden Transitions (the moderate level memory care area) became the best fit. Living there has made her feel much safer, happier, and sharper. I know she is well looked after. The nursing team is especially outstanding. But I've been impressed by all staff. Everyone seems motivated by what's best for each resident. Bottom line, I highly recommend Queen Anne Manor.

It's been a great place so far. They have a very attentive, and caring staff, and very professional too. There are lots of activities going on, and the apartment is really nice. It's in a nice setting, it doesn't look institutional. It's a very nice white stone building. We are paying about the same for more than what she was getting where she was before. The elevator is the main way to get up and down and there is sometimes some waiting. They are really good people and they care about the residents. I get very quick replies to any questions or concerns that I have about anything and everything. We really are very pleased with them.

My mother was at Queen Anne Manor for a respite stay of two months. I am extremely pleased with the care she received. The Administration is first rate. The staff was, to a person, caring, respectful, warm and welcoming. Both the Administrators and Staff were very helpful in keeping me informed about my mother as well as getting to know her to better meet her needs both socially and medically. It was good to feel that my mother was in good hands. My mother had a very positive experience at Queen Anne Manor. She thrived there. The environment is exceptionally attractive: clean, comfortable and has a feeling of home while successfully filling the various needs of the seniors living there.

Mountain Meadows is proving to be the perfect solution for our situation. My dad has been so encouraged and that extends to the rest of our family. Mountain Meadows has been very welcoming. Dad loves the interaction and friendliness. The food is great. There are plenty of activities to keep him busy. It is very much a family atmosphere. We are SO happy to have found Mountain Meadows!

This is the perfect place for my Mother...it's right in my back yard...not only is it close but the facility shines...I was impressed that the tenants were very happy...(I thought they would all be gloom and doom) ...my tour guide Jen Drake kept getting waves from them...that's really a good sign...I also arrived unexpected...so I know there was no sprucing up...there's plenty of rooms for activities along with quaint hide a ways for private conversations...I guess what I really enjoyed the most was the smiles I kept seeing on the faces of those that I hope will soon be my Mothers new friends...btw...I just now need to work on my Mother in Law...I would love for her to live here too...life would be so good....=) I rate this a five star!

Probably where we will take parents. Great feeling and lovely space. Lot's of light. We are scheduled for the nurse assessment and are very excited for my parents to move to Anna's Garden. We LOVE the apartment, the 4 large windows that make the room so light, the large size of the room and bathroom, the staff, the feeling of caring and warmth.

There has been new management and resulting staff turn over. Changes seem good, but it's been change. Food has been very good.

I absolutely LOVED the lodge. They offered a 5 year social security spend down which is nice. The reason my dad did not choose this facility was because the layout of the facility was not as nice and the rooms were a bit smaller than some others we had visited. Other than that it was a great place and this was definitely the runner up.

It is a really great place to live. Aside of the fact that they seem short staffed and having trouble keeping up on the housekeeping. Our loved one really loves is. All the staff are doing a great job making sure her meds are on time, she is well taken care of, has everything she needs. Only con is the housekeeping issue. They are very responsive when we reach out with any concerns.

This community is pleasant and that the people are nice. This is also in a very good location. For people who still walk there are a lot of stores and restaurants near by, including a grocery store and drug store.

This community was very nice. It was a smaller community but it seemed very nice. It had that homey feeling that you look for in a community.

My husband moved to Generations after being kicked out of another facility for his behavior. Generation welcomed him with open arms, even when I told them about it. Alzheimer’s patients often have bad behavior, but I was told that the staff was well trained and they were sure he would be well cared for. They were absolutely right. He is so content there. I’m told, every time I call that he has no behavioral issues and that he is sweet and polite. I’ve seen it myself. He looks so much better and his mobility is much better too. I’m So happy he’s there. The main room is bright and cheerful, which helps a lot. Everyone seems so well cared for and at peace, that it gives me peace.

Clean, cheerful, great outdoor for everyone to enjoy. The help know me always helpful on the information I as for they care! Have not been impressed with others memory cares in Wenatchee! [Name removed] a very good care giver idea: Notice how much [name removed] and other enjoyed a chocolate candy treat - maybe more often - so happy that day.

Environment is relaxed and friendly. Residents are happy and food is like home. Staff is friendly and courteous. They’re interactive with residents and stop just to chat as they go about their busy day.

I love Rosewood Villa! My mom lives there currently and she loves it! The staff is amazing, so kind and very welcoming to everyone! I would recommend this place to anyone who loved one is in need of care!

Our family is big fans of Fieldstone Assisted Living and Memory Care. Both of our folks lived at Fieldstone for over a year. The staff was very helpful and available. They showed a lot of patience with the residents, especially our Dad when he got frustrated. They encouraged family members to be involved and showed compassion when both our folks' health deteriorated. We are so thankful our folks spent the last months of their lives at Fieldstone.

This community is where my parents live it is a brand new building so there is room for improvement. They had a companion suite and they allowed them to have their cat. They have 2 separate rooms now unfortunately. They would come in weekly and clean and do the laundry. I feel like the communication among the staff could be improved. They had 3 really good meals a day the portion size was appropriate, with plenty of snacks in between. I would recommend them.

My mom's experience is going quite well! The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly and polite, and they are sure to cater to my loved one's needs. When we had a cleaning issue, the staff was sure to fix the issue immediately. The staff is also very good at convincing my mom to participate in activities and have some fun! She is very pleased with her experience!

I absolutely loved Fieldstone when I toured. The place was clean and very well maintained. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. The thing was that it did not seem like my mother would fit in with the people there, other than that this was probably the best choice for her.
