This was one of our top choices that my mother and I had out all of out tours. The apartments where very big and offered lots of great amenities. They also had a wide open floor plan which made it easy for the residents to get around as well as big elevators. They also had a nice exercise room with lots of a equipment available to use throughout the day. I have no complaints about this facility it was just too far of a drive to from my house.

I would recommend this great community. The staff is caring and very helpful. They offer great activities to stay active. My husband is happ with the food and the good variety here. Highly recommended.

The tour was good, I saw the amenities and the facility looked very nice. We saw there was too many assisted living residents. The residents did not seem to be active, more sitting around. I felt the sales rep was not friendly. They did not have a full kitchen for my mom. It is a newer community.

Everything is going well for my husband and I here at this community. It is a good looking community. The staff have kind and helpful. There are many activities for us to choose from. The food is nice, we enjoy the dining area. We are happy here.

It is being sold, so they are going to have a different owner and things might change. I think the meals were superior though. I looked around the place and my brother seems very happy there, he thinks it is fine.

I was really impressed with the staff at The Chateau at River's Edge. They were all super friendly and caring and helpful. They have a really good program with options and the ability and desire to accommodate however they can to make it a smooth transition and pleasant experience.

So far things have gone well with Heritage Tradition! My loved one seems to be enjoying herself here! We toured a few communities in the area, and this is the one she selected for herself. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff all seem friendly and helpful. It's a very nice place, overall!

Have toured twice, once to see grounds/public areas, a second to view rooms. Strong possibility. Friendly staff. Residents seem content. Many activities on/off site. Hoping to bring Mom here. Possibly a five star after parent visit.

The Maravilla is a lovely place and they have plenty to keep the residents busy. The rooms are spacious and well kept. Their only problem in Memory care where my Mom resides seems to be keeping enough staff one the floor at all times. The staff is caring and work very hard to keep the residents happy.

Great Place. People are helpful, nice and respectful. They have taken care of everything and are genuinely concerned about the comfort. The food is good. The service is great in all aspects from service in the dining room to fixing things to making people feel at home, and the assistance. I recommend this place highly.

We narrowed our search down to this and one other community. Ultimately we chose the other community because it was nicer and less expensive. The studio apartments here were nicer than they were at the other place, though.

We toured this option when we were looking into options for our loved one. We really liked the look of this community, and it was one on our short list. What weighed against this one was that the residents didn't appear to be as active and social as what our loved one was hoping for. But otherwise the staff were all very friendly, and the facility itself was well kept and clean.

Need ground floor for the dog to be let outside and that is not an option at this location. Gorgeous facility that is higher priced than what we'd like to pay monthly. Lock-in rates not available.

My dad really liked it in the beginning but the waiting list was way long and we didn't want to wait. This might have been a good option if there wasn't a waiting list. Tom there was a very nice person. There weren't enough two bedrooms and my dad either wanted a two bedroom or a really big one bedroom.

I enjoyed this one. I liked it more only because the university is right next door so they have a lot of young people coming in, doing research and what have you but they get many visitors in that sense.

The Carlisle is very nice rental community in Naples with a central location. it is nicely decorated and is well maintained. The staff are well trained and the food is consistently very good. The activity program is very active. The community is large but is "under one roof" which many people find attractive so they don't need to worry about walking outside in bad weather. The Carlisle also offers assisted living with an ECC license.

They had meals a day with no exceptions. My mom wanted to have some flexibility there because she was interested in being able to cook for herself sometimes. Some of them had full kitchens but not all of them and they were small units.

I actually really liked this place but I didn't do anything with it because they don't have memory care at all and I knew that we might swing in that direction so I didn't want to place my mother somewhere that didn't have the possibility of memory care.
