This was a great community. They had friendly staff. The community was further from family than we wanted.

Activities staff does an outstanding job. Front desk staff are very good but strained (understaffed). Common areas could use some regular vacuuming.

The resident who I helped move to Atria has noticed a decline in services since they moved in. Labor shortages are an ongoing issue with lapses in the cleaning schedule and lack of staff for dining services. Food quality has suffered as well with supply chain issues. There have also been several changes in management which is concerning. They are considering looking at another facility. The facility is beautiful but the service has been affected by labor shortages, supply chain issues and rotating management.

This is a very good community and I would recommend you look into it for your loved one. This community is much, much better than a prior community my loved one was at. The staff have been wonderful to my loved one and myself. The memory care unit is a well serviced area. They have good staff to resident ratio, as well. The staff seem happy to be here. Atria is diligent, and I am happy about this!

We made the correct decision with this community. We have looked at many other places to stay and this was what my family needed. When I needed anything they were there. You would do well to check out Atria Mt. Pleasant. They have a lot of activities and the residents are able to decide if they would like to go or not. They take trips to shops and have afternoon teas and more.

I read the two reviews and those reviews are outdated and don't reflect the Amber Lights my parents are in currently. Yes, it can be a little shocking when you see the cost of this senior living community but this is just what this level of service cost now a days. The place is very well cared for. The garden/grounds are beautiful and relaxing. My dad enjoys walking around the property and feels safe. The food in the dining room is first rate and always changing. Even the young staff in the dining room and very pleasant and attentive to the residents. They quickly learn the names of the residents and their dining preferences. Many of of staff members have worked at Amber Lights for years and you can tell that they are happy working there. The caregivers are very patient with my parents as they transitioned into their new apartment. This was the first time my family had to find a senior living apartment for my parents and we are so thankful that Amber Lights has worked out so well for my parents and for us.

This facility is outstanding, It rates tops in units, cleanliness, staff attitude and food, I had lunch. The location is, to me, completely unacceptable. I felt as though I was in an armed camp.

We toured and had lunch at The Heritage Tradition. It was a very nice, large community. The staff members were very friendly and gave a nice presentation of what they had to offer.We chose another community that was a better fit for our needs

This is a very beautiful community. The people I met were nice. They seem to offer some nice amenities. This community was a little more expensive than what we were looking for.

This is a nice community and the rooms were great. We liked the staff and the environment was beautiful. They have a nice size community. The menu was appealing and the activities are offered to the residents who want to participate. We would recommend that others tour this community for care

My loved one was originally in independent living and it was fantastic. We ate there often and the food was really good. They have a huge menu of choices. We moved mom into assisted living and the staff that worked with her were great. I do not think they offered the one on one care mom needed in the assisted living area. This is a larger community with long corridors. The administrative staff did seem overwhelmed. They have a memory care section called Club Carlisle that keeps the residents active during the day.

This was one of our top choices that my mother and I had out all of out tours. The apartments where very big and offered lots of great amenities. They also had a wide open floor plan which made it easy for the residents to get around as well as big elevators. They also had a nice exercise room with lots of a equipment available to use throughout the day. I have no complaints about this facility it was just too far of a drive to from my house.

I would recommend this great community. The staff is caring and very helpful. They offer great activities to stay active. My husband is happ with the food and the good variety here. Highly recommended.

The tour was good, I saw the amenities and the facility looked very nice. We saw there was too many assisted living residents. The residents did not seem to be active, more sitting around. I felt the sales rep was not friendly. They did not have a full kitchen for my mom. It is a newer community.

Everything is going well for my husband and I here at this community. It is a good looking community. The staff have kind and helpful. There are many activities for us to choose from. The food is nice, we enjoy the dining area. We are happy here.

It is being sold, so they are going to have a different owner and things might change. I think the meals were superior though. I looked around the place and my brother seems very happy there, he thinks it is fine.

I was really impressed with the staff at The Chateau at River's Edge. They were all super friendly and caring and helpful. They have a really good program with options and the ability and desire to accommodate however they can to make it a smooth transition and pleasant experience.

So far things have gone well with Heritage Tradition! My loved one seems to be enjoying herself here! We toured a few communities in the area, and this is the one she selected for herself. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff all seem friendly and helpful. It's a very nice place, overall!

Have toured twice, once to see grounds/public areas, a second to view rooms. Strong possibility. Friendly staff. Residents seem content. Many activities on/off site. Hoping to bring Mom here. Possibly a five star after parent visit.
