Both my husband and myself love it here the building is so nice. I personally love going to the activities room for arts and crafts, bingo, and word games. I have so much fun going to all the activites.

It's very secure. They've been very friendly and accommodating. The facility is kept clean, and they pay attention to your needs. Whatever you need, they're there. My loved one enjoys the food for the most part. The cost is a bit high for us, but we're managing.

My greatest concern has been the change in staff and sometimes the lack of but it’s still a great place to live. I love the refurbishment that Grand Villa has done. I love all the friends that I have met here. We made a canasta group that plays together 3 times a week. Most of the time the food is good. I just miss being able to see my family.

I’m very happy to be at the Grand Villa. I feel the homelike environment and a sense of family every time a staff member greets me. I making new friends and finding I have a lot in common with them. I love all the activities the building offers I go to bingo everyday.

Very good no complaints

I have lived here for a couple of months now and it has been amazing. The staff are amazing and super kind and caring. The building is dog friendly so I was able to bring my dog Oreo to live with me. I love playing bingo everyday and winning prizes.

Not enough ways to say thank you Grand Villa. This facility truly meets it's mark. Each member of your team made my mother in-law's experience a great one. Your facility, meals and safety is top notch but the genuine caring and friendliness of your staff beats it all. We just can't thank you enough for everything!!

Everything great

The staff is amazing they go out of there way for us and truly make this place feel like home. I especially love the entertainment that comes and plays music for us.

Variety of things to do, nice table arrangements, privacy is honored. Out side fa,ily is made to be felled welcome. Parties and festive days are given to celebrate, overall everything is fun at grand villa

Amazing staff - everyone was so friendly

My parents moved into Grand Villa 3 years ago, originally as Brookdale. In the past years, the facility has transformed into a beautiful home for my parents, The staff has been fantastic. The care and concern that they have shown during COVID has been remarkable, I can say my parents are in wonderful hands and we are so lucky to have them live here.

The community is flexible with their meals and will make sure to have something you like. It is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this community based on my experience.

Grand Villa East. Has taken very good care of my aunt through all the years until the end. I cannot say enough good things.

Always clean. Great food. Good care from caregivers. Very attentive to all of the residents. Never mind coming to visit my father here and spending time. Wonderful place!

This was a good place for your loved one if they needed it. The staff and management (directors) are very caring and wonderful. My loved one had to ask for additional vegetables and the community was able to accommodate this request.
