We've had a great experience. It's a very warm, friendly, and comfortable place. They're very welcoming to the families, and there's no real restrictions as far as visiting hours. They seem to be handling Covid at a high caliber and maintaining the wellbeing of the residents. My loved one would like to see a greater variety of activities, but I think a lot of that is Covid-related.

Grand Villa of Palm Coast business manager [name removed] goes beyond his responsibilities as office manager and became (to me) someone I could rely on for answers to all my questions. Not only did he answer my questions, but he answered them quickly, accurately and always in a gracious manner. When my husband passed away, he also asked me if he could be a help in any way; therefore demonstrating his ability to go beyond! [name removed] is definitely, in my opinion, a tremendous asset to the Grand Villa relatives of the patients. I knew I could depend on him. He's a keeper, Grand Villa!

Grand Villa is always neat and clean. Staff is outstanding and goes the extra mile for the residents. Would recommend Grand Villa to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.

I enjoy and appreciate all the love and care and service in the dining room. The eggs are my favorite . Everyone likes my dog.

I recently toured the community, as a single older woman that lives alone. I love that I would still be able to live independently with the option for more care in my later years. The Villas are adorable and feel like you're in your own home. I like that I have the option to cook or eat a delicious meal prepared by the chef in the main community. I also love that I'll never be alone. The staff are wonderful and kind and [name removed] in marketing was so sweet and very helpful and informative.

I enjoy the friendly staff who serve the meals, the maintenance team who is always ready to help. It will be 2 years I've lived here and I feel excited about the positive changes that have taken place.

We have lived here 2 1/2 years in an independent villa. We are happy here. We don't eat many meals here. the food can be very inconsistent.
