My mother, a very hard woman to please, just loves Grand Villa of Palm Coast. She loves bingo, happy hour (food and drinks!!), and the special music is fun too. I haven't seen my mom this happy or engaged in a long time. Way to go Grand Villa of Palm Coast!

My husband was recently at Grand Villa of Palm Coast in the Memory Care area. He was failing and every time we visited, the staff made me feel extra loved and special. They treated me like I was one of their own. They showed me kindness not often afforded to strangers. I am so grateful to them for taking care of him in his last days. I couldn't ask for a better experience given the situation.

My tour started with me being late but that didn't seem to stop [name removed]. She made me feel at home and offered me an opportunity to catch my breath with a cold bottle of water and a comfortable chair. She took her time showing me the facility and the model rooms. The facility isn't in the middle of a city but you can actually see the wild life and hear the birds. Every staff member I met stopped to say hi and greeted me with an enthusiasm a good friend might have. Definitely at the top of my list.

My aunt had a terrific time at the resident holiday party last week. The food, about 15 different hand prepared appetizers, was something you might find at a 5 star restaurant. The band, The Coconuts, were fun and of course there was Santa and Mrs. Claus. I'm glad I was able to be there.

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is very welcoming. The general vibe seems to reflect that the residents are very happy, and the air smells fresh as well.

We were impressed during our tour that the grounds were well kept and there was no bad smell inside the community. They even have chairs for the residents to enjoy the sunshine. We are having Christmas with my loved one in the dining room. The staff is loving and kind and concerned with the residents. It feels like one big family. If the staff members don't see a resident at their usual time, they will check on the resident to make sure they are ok. The communication with the family is very proactive. There is laundry and housekeeping for my loved one's room. The maintenance staff are helpful. They will even move the pictures and hang them on the wall for my loved one. There is entertainment, holiday programs, and other activities to keep the residents engaged. They even have puzzles available. The transportation is very impressive. I'm very happy with our experience here. There is still a personal touch, and know the family by name when they visit their loved one. I would highly recommend Brentwood to others for their loved ones. They are accommodating to the residents food tastes. The food is very good. My loved one is happy here, and enjoying the food which makes me feel reassured. There are screened in porches, with a water fountain for the residents to enjoy. They allow residents to bring in pets as well.

I would highly recommend this community. My loved one really likes it here and goes down for meals three times a day. They have activities like a trip to Hawaii and had a pretend trip, they also have different field trips once a week.

This community was a little bit more expensive than the other community that we were interested in. Other than this it was a great tour and the tour guide was very informative.

There is art, bingo, and more activities for the residents to participate in. My loved one is thriving here and is loving being here. She loves the food and the staff here that are assisting her and the other residents.

We chose Riverview Senior Resort because of the price, the atmosphere, and the quality of care. The take residents on all sorts of fun activities like bus trips, fishing trips, etc. I would highly recommend them to others. We love it here.

We were impressed with Brentwood at Fore Ranch. Our loved one will be moving in here soon.

I like this community the only issue that I am having is with the billing department. Some things have been messed up and it has not been easy getting them straightened out. The staff there are really good with the residents.

I have worked at Several facilities, Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay is the best by far, the staff is very caring and Tuscan Gardens is well kept up with in cleanliness.

This is the best place I ever lived whether I owned it or not. Everyone is nice and helpful. Three delicious meals a day and ice cream socials.

Grand Villa of Palm Coast is a community that cares, both about it's residents and it's team members. The interactions I have had, from the Executive Director down, have been great. The residents seem to love the activities and the food, especially the specialty meals, and holidays. Grand Villa of Palm Coast should be on your list of places to settle down.

I love living here the caregivers are excellent. I like the food. Everyone is so nice. The staff are friendly its a great place o stay.

I am lax in writing this review. It was a last name called the Grand Villa to do a tour within 30 mins. The receptionist { name removed} and took us on a tour. She as very pleasant and informed on the community. We must say we were pleased with the tour and community.

My tour at Grand Villa was good. The facility was clean. I liked them.
