Senior Living Asset Management

Loved the location which is 6 miles from my home. The layout of the facility was simple and nicely decorated. The size of the facility was perfect for my dad. Very easy to find your way around. Everything is on 1 floor no elevators. Everything was clean, bright and smelled nice. The entire staff have a loving nature toward the residents AND their families. I was not sure how my dad would transition to assisted living. The transition was difficult for my dad but the staff was caring and understanding throughout. Sometimes the transition was harder for me than my dad -- the staff kept my spirits up and continued to reassure me that everything would work out. We are continuing to transition and we find the staff remain patient and understanding throughout. I feel confident that the Barrington Terrace is taking loving care of my dad.

I am not thrilled with the activities. 85% of the activities are aimed at women, which I wish they had activities that included woodworking, listening to lectures, visits to the air force base. I’ve had the food a couple of times and I thought it was okay, but my loved one wishes it were different. The people are fabulous. The therapists are very good. They’re very attentive. My loved one loves it.

I am very happy here. The people are friendly and very accommodating.

Beautiful facility. Caring staff. Our only concern is communication among/within staff hierarchy and residents and their family is weak.

What we like the most about the community is the friendly staff, small community and lots of activities. Yes, we would recommend The Vista at Hammock Cove community to other families based on the experience so far.

The facility is currently undergoing repair and updating. The staff are very kind, considerate, compassionate, caring, thoughtful, helpful, understanding.

The staff is so kind to my parents. They don't have enough workers but the ones they have are great! The nurses are also very good. The administrator is a good listener and tries to fix issues.

The facility & staff are friendly and are willing to help keep the residents comfortable in place.

Food is quite amazing. Ding area is super bright. . Mom is never in her room when I visit. They do an excellent job on this count. Very happy. Bright. One floor living. Small community. Well priced. Well staffed

The staff that care for the residents are very caring and know each resident by name. Some are very talented, singing to the residents frequently. The food is always very tasty and pleasantly presented. The lady at the front desk is always friendly and welcoming. I would just tell others that they need to review closely the contract before their loved one moves in.

My friend has since passed but the cost was reasonable. It was sold, deterioration of services was significant and costs was unreasonable.

I don't see much activities at the Canopy. The only other experience I've had with dementia facilities was top notch. Mom was at a facility in Jacksonville that was Wonderful. Lots of activities. We picked this community because it was a new facility and close to Mom's home so that her husband could visit.

The experience would be positive, they were good to my dad and to others. We picked this community because of the value and the people were caring and professional.

What we like about Wayman Place is the friendly staff who work there, but their communication could be better and some Dr visits feel rushed. However, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far

I'd say we've been satisfied and overall happy. I would recommend it.

Good value for lower fixed income people.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and tried very hard to care for so many in that ward without enough help but I never saw them lose their cool or fail to be professional. Part of the reason for the low cleanliness factor was their difficulty in getting and keeping staff. The frequently were understaffed until right before dad passed. Someone should tell them that in that situation when cleaning, especially mopping floors, water needs to be changed frequently because the urine odor was often overwhelming and it was throughout the unit so I suspect they were not changing the mop water enough

My loved one is currently a resident at Barrington Terrace of Naples and the experience at this facility has been very good. We are very happy. Good care, clean facility, nice staff. My loved one is much more content here than he was at his previous facility and even seems happy now.

I would recommend Barrington Terrace of Naples. I think that with the number of Assisted Living facilities in the area, and from what I hear from other people, Barrington is still at the top of the list when you start ticking off requirements that you are looking for. I felt that they were kind of pricey but I think, in part, that was just my ignorance, especially considering what the going rates were. My mom had some complaints, but she was not an easy person to please. All she really wanted was to be in her own home in WI and that was just not feasible.

I would recommend The Canopy at Harper Lake. It is very clean and my mother says the food is real good, the staff friendly.
