My uncle just moved in and really seems to enjoy it.

The staff at this community are very attentive and caring. They welcomed mom's niece by name when she came to visit for the first time. They invited her to play bingo with mom. Mom says the food is excellent. The community is clean and I would highly recommend it. It is an older community but you look past that when you see the staff.

My mother is in Bloom at Belfair. The personnel is extremely competent and extremely friendly. They have made my mother feel right at home. During the evacuation for the Hurricane Matthew they did an unbelievable job transporting the residents to safety and during the entire stay they made this time so much fun for all. My mom said it was a great vacation. We moved from out of state and it was a difficult adjustment for my mom. In a short time they have welcomed her and she likes it there better than her previous place in Maryland. Thank you so much The Bloom at Belfair.

Brookdale is all you can ask for in a retirement community. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is professional and courteous. The food is decent and the activities seem to be appropriate for the residents.

When we walked into the facility, our first thought was that it was bright and cheerful. It is very nice. The staff is very easy to talk to and they seem willing to help. We like the fact that there is a medical care facility in the building.

Loved the location which is 6 miles from my home. The layout of the facility was simple and nicely decorated. The size of the facility was perfect for my dad. Very easy to find your way around. Everything is on 1 floor no elevators. Everything was clean, bright and smelled nice. The entire staff have a loving nature toward the residents AND their families. I was not sure how my dad would transition to assisted living. The transition was difficult for my dad but the staff was caring and understanding throughout. Sometimes the transition was harder for me than my dad -- the staff kept my spirits up and continued to reassure me that everything would work out. We are continuing to transition and we find the staff remain patient and understanding throughout. I feel confident that the Barrington Terrace is taking loving care of my dad.

Clean, friendly, and helpful. The building layout is difficult to navigate and Dad often got lost and frustrated. Other than that we love it. Many times when a senior leaves their home they may become depressed. I think the folks at Emeritus truly try to make the transition easier. Of course it helps if Mom or Dad have a positive attitude. Just remind them they do have a choice, but the other choices are not as good. Have been at Emeritus for 1 week now.

I am not thrilled with the activities. 85% of the activities are aimed at women, which I wish they had activities that included woodworking, listening to lectures, visits to the air force base. I’ve had the food a couple of times and I thought it was okay, but my loved one wishes it were different. The people are fabulous. The therapists are very good. They’re very attentive. My loved one loves it.

Their complete grasp of Emeritus offerings and how to connect those offerings with the needs of seniors, has resulted in placement at the Naples facility. I'm impressed by the professionalism, the clarity, for going above/beyond in each facet encountered and for showing flexibility throughout the entire process.

The administrative staff is very attentive and nice. The rooms are a nice size and the facility is clean.

My mother has been happy here the past year. We visit her regularly and the place is run pretty well. She gets her meds on time 3x daily, she likes the meals, even if they aren't my cup of tea, and everyone is friendly - both residents and staff. There are plentiful diverse activities everyday. However, Brookdale has sold the premises and new owners and management are coming soon. Time will tell how the transfer goes and if quality changes. Fingers crossed!

What we like the most about the community is that the staff are so nice and helpful. The place is kept very clean and is very nice. The residents are also very nice and yes, we would recommend Brookdale North Naples to other families.

What we like the most about the community is the friendly staff, small community and lots of activities. Yes, we would recommend The Vista at Hammock Cove community to other families based on the experience so far.

The facility is currently undergoing repair and updating. The staff are very kind, considerate, compassionate, caring, thoughtful, helpful, understanding.

Initially she requested room on 3rd floor. During 1st few weeks there were couple of fire alarms and at some point no one came to take her outside. That was wake up call to her b/c at 93yrs she wasn't very mobile. She then moved to 1st floor. She was diabetic so she loved having her own fridge/microwave in room but she did partake of some meals in dining room and I don't remember any complaints.

The staff is so kind to my parents. They don't have enough workers but the ones they have are great! The nurses are also very good. The administrator is a good listener and tries to fix issues.

Food is quite amazing. Ding area is super bright. . Mom is never in her room when I visit. They do an excellent job on this count. Very happy. Bright. One floor living. Small community. Well priced. Well staffed

My friend has since passed but the cost was reasonable. It was sold, deterioration of services was significant and costs was unreasonable.

The experience would be positive, they were good to my dad and to others. We picked this community because of the value and the people were caring and professional.
