Everyone at this facility has been wonderful to my brother. They are really nice and the CNA’s have been great. It is a new facility and looks fairly nice. They do have a lot of activities including trips to go out, bingo, and crafts. I have overheard other male residents say they need more activities for the men. However, I do have a few complaints. They are understaffed and recently they’ve been running out of food. The more time that goes on, it seems to be slowly getting worse. I would recommend this community to other families.

very nice facility. nice staff. loved the largest room available. menu was good. residents seemed to enjoy the activity they were doing and seemed to socialize with each other. activity calendar seemed pretty full. definetly on my radar to return.

My favorite of the four that I saw in the Woodland Hills area, the stretch of 101. I liked the property layout, the cafeteria, the overall feeling of the place. I am not pursuing properties in that area at this time, as we feel my mother would be most comfortable in the South Bay where she is now. I like the property, but [Removed] does not want to leave Harbor Terrace nor San Pedro. We will not likely move to Meadowbrook.

I am satisfied with The Woodmark--I've really had no problems. I am happy to be living here. It's a nice, quiet community to live in.

I toured Courtyard Fountains while looking for assisted Living options for my mother. We did not end up moving in to this facility because they had no openings and they were not an assisted living facility. I can say that the follow up from the staff was great. They kept us well informed, they were helpful and they answered our questions, but they just did not meet our needs.

Very nice staff, happy with the community. I appreciate the kind staff and steps they make to make our world a happier place. I rate this a 4. I recently just moved, and they managed my move very well, but still working on it.

This is the community where my mom went after seeing other places. They are very clean inside the community. The courtyard is neat with clear grounds but the front of the building could use a wash. The staff are very nice and exceptional. They are always coming to check on my mom and one lady is very attentive to her. The only thing that is not good is that the upper staff say one thing and do another. They have activities for the residents and the staff trying to get her to join in some activities. My mom likes the community and so do I.

This is a very nice community. My aunt is slowly adjusting to being here. She is starting to make new friends. The staff is great here very nice and personable. She likes the food, for the most part, there are some things that they serve that she may not like but overall she is enjoying it. The housekeeping is done very well no complaints. We would recommend this community

We toured The Addison of Pleasant Prairie. The staff was friendly and they gave a nice presentation of their community. It was a clean and well-kept community. We wanted a little bigger room for our loved one.

I had a good experience while at the community and the tour was fine. We had to rule out this community because they didn't allow pets in the Memory Care.

Mom is doing very well since moving here and I have to say we are all pleasantly surprised she didn't like the last community she was in so we were a little nervous about this one. But surprising enough she loves it here. She is very engaged with the activities she loves all the staff and the residents here. The housekeeping does a really good job everything is very clean and well maintained. Mom has not mentioned anything about the food but from what I have seen it does not look appealing but that is a small price to pay for the wonderful care she is receiving.

Our loved one has only recently moved into Woodbourne Place but so far she is doing really well. I live close by so it is convenient for our family to visit often. It is a smaller community which we like, there is more one on one connection with the residents. The staff members are friendly and caring. The staff is easy to communicate any questions or concerns regarding my mom's care. We have dined there with mom and the food is good. They serve well-balanced meals with variety. They offer lots of activities that my mom likes. They offer transportation for shopping trips and other excursions. Outdoors is well landscaped and they have an area that they recently had a "Grandparents Day" that the family members were invited. They had activities for the young children to do, it was a lot of fun.

This community has worked out well for my mother's adult day care twice a week and they are the only community I found that could accommodate my mother in the evening hours that I work. The memory care unit is not as nice as the regular care but the staff is wonderful and they are very good with my mother and they keep her active while she is there. I would recommend them if you needed respite care for a loved one.

We were notified on a Friday that my mom was going to be released from the hospital on Monday, and we needed a secure memory care unit. [Removed] were awesome. They worked over the weekend helping us with the move so we were able to bring my mom directly from the hospital to The Woodmark on Monday. Without their "executive decisions" this would not have happened. My thanks to these two ladies for all their help.

My mother is doing well with her move to this community. Everything is working out well, and I'am comfortable with her move to this community. They have a good staff. They are very kind, and helpful whenever needed. The experience is going well, and I would recommend this community.

I had a pleasant tour of this community. Everyone was very kind, and helpful. The community looked great, everything was very well-kept. The staff I met was very polite, and informative. My questions were answered. It was a lovely experience, but this community was a big larger than I would had liked.

Mom is loving this community.She has only been there a little over a month and during that time she had become ill but is now on the road to getting better. She is taking advantage of the activities and social hours they have. Mom is still cooking for herself but is aware that if needed they do have the meal plans. The staff is nice and friendly. The community is nicely maintained. We are very pleased that mom is here it is a blessing.

The staff did a great job in showing us around they took their time and answered all our question, this is a very nice community and clean and the staff was very friendly. I think this would be a good fit for my father-in-law.

I had recently taken a tour of this place for my mother and I have no complaints of how things had went during our tour. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the great activity program as well some of the other amenities for the residents. It was just not the right fit for us in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful place, remodeled hotel. Offers a lot. Staff attentive and helpful. Rooms are fabulous, and all handicapped accessible. Overall cost could have been lower.
