The housekeeping services are spotty- inconsistent- at times not thorough. The friendly atmosphere and inclusiveness is wonderful. Great activities like music and song and special dinner events. Need more bar and food staff on weekends- especially Sunday afternoon. We picked this community, because of the location and the fact that is was a newer place.

They took my loved one when no one else would help us. My loved one's situation was not easy. They take good care of our loved one for us. Some of the staff seem rude at times. Considering the situation they work in, I can understand. The staff are always willing to answer any of the family's questions.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the overall tour experience was great

The facility is very nice and comes with a lot of amentias. It may not be perfect for everyone however it is a fair value for what you get.

One note of concern - they've recently changed management companies and have had major staff member changes, including senior management. We've heard others may be leaving as well. So we are hoping our overall experience doesn't change. [name removed] the activities director, is great. They seem to do a lot considering it's a fairly small facility. She's one of the ones we heard may also be leaving, but that has not happened yet so fingers crossed!

This community is pretty good overall. They provide all 3 levels of care here, that stuck out to us and is important for our needs. Communication with the family is pretty good. They do offer activities, but my mom chooses not to participate so I can't rate them. The food is good quality and variety. My mom isn't easy to please, but has had zero complaints about it. Housekeeping is weekly and reasonably thorough. Again, mom is super picky/not easy to please and she's happy with it. So that says a lot! The staff is generally friendly. It's hard to get a timely response from them on occasion. But in general, they do a good job. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The community was big and we wanted something smaller. However we thought the community was beautiful. The price was just too expensive for my loved one and I.

The facility does have a very cozy environment and that was the sole reason we went with them, it was warm and friendly. It is also smaller, assisted living only has about 20 residents so the care is more intimate. Both of my parents recently had heart incidents that were caught immediately. Addington Place made sure that they got the transportation to the hospital and everything like that. They took care of it all and were on top of it. I feel really good about the safety that they provided. I do wish there was someone who was working with them more in terms of memory care.

They've been very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to other families.

River Glen of St. Charles is a smaller facility than some of the other new high rise ones making it easier to maneuver around. Also they have a nice outdoor environment that's pretty and serene.

We have not had much experience with Park Creek Place but it was our loved ones choice and he knew people who have lived there and it was financially better for him.

I toured this community and it was very nice. I didn't get to try the food, so I'm not sure on that. Overall, a great facility but not the best option for Dementia care.

I toured with Park Creek Place and it was a nice facility, but I just got an odor when I walked in that immediately turned me off. It was in a great location, but I did not look much further into it.

They go above and beyond trying to help the resident, anywhere they can.

This was a very nice place. More expensive than some of our other options. The rooms were smaller and a little outdated. But the staff seemed really great. They did suggest a higher level of care than any of the other facilities, which kind of made us wonder if that was for financial reasons, but we aren't really sure. Overall, I would recommend them.

The tour with The team at The Woodmark at Uptown was very nice. Everyone greeted us as we came in, staff was friendly and seemed very upbeat and happy. Overall thought the tour went quite well.

We have not had experience with this community passed moving our loved one in, but we picked Renaissance on Peachtree because the community itself is beautiful

They had ton of activities. I initially picked this place because, of the amount of activities, in which they offered a wide variety. The beauty and maintenance of the grounds are good. It is close proximity to the hospital. They offer gradual needs for aging residents. They offer not just independent living, but also assisted living and memory care. Overall, it has been a good experience and is the right place for my loved one. A place for mom was a really good resource, Thank You!!
