Obviously my scores represent more care needs and cost concerns. Sometimes , mom isn't tended to in a timely manner. It's very concerning, especially if she really needed help. I. E. Like if she fell. When it comes to care, communication, follow up and meals - that could be improved. The food is nominal and our loved one will not eat it.

Nice people, I would recommend! The apartments are clean and modern. They have a new stainless refrigerator, large bathroom, and it's a studio apartment. They will clean and do laundry once a week. There is happy hour twice a week. They have various activities. There is physical therapy on-site, and a gym area. Mount Prospect Senior Living is a very nice place, and you can feel good about your family member living there.

What stood out to me about this facility is they were in a more secluded (non city street with high traffic) location which I knew my loved one would love because she lived in a small town. They also offered 'all inclusive care' which short of memory care would not go up in price as her care changed over time. That was enormous for us as other places I liked sort of nickel and dimmed things like med distribution and clothing assistance etc. The staff is all very very friendly. Sometimes at night it takes a bit longer to get assistance if she pushes her button for small tasks. They do post a schedule of activities daily for the next day including exercise crafts bingo other games and movie nights. They have shopping trips planned to different stores the residents can sign up for and they are attending a play coming up this month at a local performing arts center. They have a great salon they can visit. They do offer weekly laundry and light cleaning and nightly trash pick up which all pretty much goes off without a hitch. I would recommend this location to someone looking for a place like this for a loved one as they have been very accommodating to special requests and unique situations. They are very communicative and relay important information quickly when it comes to health concerns or something out of the ordinary.

Very caring staff. Just not enough. They could add another care giver to the assisted wing. We picked this community, because it was closer to my brother and I. And because of the reputation

The staff here is great. They really do treat their residents with kindness and compassion. The building is clean and never has any weird smells when we go to visit. I would absolutely, 100% recommend Lindsay Place to other families who are looking.

The staff is super friendly. The place is absolutely gorgeous. It's bright and cheery, and you don't feel like you're in a hospital or nursing facility. The staff is responsive. It has been a good experience overall.

We picked this community because, of the location and cleanliness. They are very good at accepting, the families input or requests. They are very tolerant of my loved one. I would recommend to other famillies.

They had a lot of new staff and they have not been trained yet, so the transition was difficult. I know they were trying their best. My mom also came in as a oxygen dependent and the staff did not know how to use that which was concerning. I understand it is hard to staff these facilities. I talked with them about my concerns and they got on top of it right away. Overall it was very good, but there were just some issues with the transition and the communication. I would recommend The Addison of Pleasant Prairie.

Nothing for improvement at this point. Positives: staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean and upbeat atmosphere.

The food is more like chili, and tomato based optiions, so my loved one tries some of the options. They are busy all the time with activiites. They offer, Bingo dailiy, movies, crafts, and trips to the local grocery store We picked this community, because of previous reviews from friends-family, it wasclose proxity to my loved ones house. The tour is what sold us. They are so nice. We are getting good value for the money.

It is a smaller place and dedicated to memory care only. The community is reliable.

The tour at Wellington at Hershey's Mill was done very well and hosted very nicely. The people we encountered were very friendly. We made our choice mostly based on proximity to where we live.

The staff members here seem to be very friendly and really outgoing - now at times they do seem understaffed but we know that is like any place. The meals and dining service has been a great experience for our loved one - the quality of the meals is great and there is a tremendous variety. They could work on improving the availability of the transportation but other than that we would recommend the Wellington at Hershey's Mill community.

The housekeeping services are spotty- inconsistent- at times not thorough. The friendly atmosphere and inclusiveness is wonderful. Great activities like music and song and special dinner events. Need more bar and food staff on weekends- especially Sunday afternoon. We picked this community, because of the location and the fact that is was a newer place.

They took my loved one when no one else would help us. My loved one's situation was not easy. They take good care of our loved one for us. Some of the staff seem rude at times. Considering the situation they work in, I can understand. The staff are always willing to answer any of the family's questions.

The facility is very nice and comes with a lot of amentias. It may not be perfect for everyone however it is a fair value for what you get.

One note of concern - they've recently changed management companies and have had major staff member changes, including senior management. We've heard others may be leaving as well. So we are hoping our overall experience doesn't change. [name removed] the activities director, is great. They seem to do a lot considering it's a fairly small facility. She's one of the ones we heard may also be leaving, but that has not happened yet so fingers crossed!

This community is pretty good overall. They provide all 3 levels of care here, that stuck out to us and is important for our needs. Communication with the family is pretty good. They do offer activities, but my mom chooses not to participate so I can't rate them. The food is good quality and variety. My mom isn't easy to please, but has had zero complaints about it. Housekeeping is weekly and reasonably thorough. Again, mom is super picky/not easy to please and she's happy with it. So that says a lot! The staff is generally friendly. It's hard to get a timely response from them on occasion. But in general, they do a good job. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The community was big and we wanted something smaller. However we thought the community was beautiful. The price was just too expensive for my loved one and I.
