They make me feel like family!

The facility is very helpful, we had to move our loved one very quickly and they were very helpful. We are having some issues contacting them about billing, but for the care, they communicate well and contact us if there is anything needed.

I love this place, it is the best possible match for me. They have reinstated some of the activities, but people mostly stay in their rooms. The food is good and is still being delivered to our rooms. The diversity of the residents is something i really like, and my apartment is lovely. They combined two apartments for me so i could have a two bedroom. It is one of the largest units, and all of my windows open up to the view of the lake.

Brookdale is one of the finest senior living communities. Both of my parents are there in Assisted living and the staff is amazing. The resident associates are always very attentive and the nurses provide unbelievable services. During covid especially the management took every precaution so seriously and I am convinced that is why Brookdale Lisle is in such great shape. Wonderful community, great activities, safe feeling and tasty food. I am so thankful Brookdale is such a great place as you always hear about stories about other places.

My aunt has lived in an apartment at Brookdale Lisle for the past few years. The facilities are beautiful; clean and well-maintained. She needed to transition from living by herself in a single-family home to community living with different levels of care. The community at Brookdale was very welcoming. Residents as well as staff are friendly and welcoming to me also when I visit. She receives excellent care and the social interactions have helped her. Even during the pandemic, there has been an effort to provide safe social interactions along with safe medical/physical care.

My mom loves it at Brookdale Lisle. We were concerned initially about her needing to go into an Independent living situation, but could not found a better place at Brookdale. She immediately fell in love with the place. They have been nothing but amazing with communication throughout the COVID19 pandemic. Would recommend hands-down.

Sadly, we came from a place where we needed to place our Mom in a place where she might need more assistance. We went to several communities around the area and through someone else's recommendation, found Brookdale Lisle. My mom immediately fell in love with the place, the layout, and the warm environment. My mom has felt so safe and comfortable and "taken care of" at Brookdale throughout the COVID19 pandemic. Additionally, the tireless updates we receive from them are truly remarkable - we also feel my Mom is in the best place.

My mother has been living at the Brookdale in Lisle since 2013. She is 93 and is thriving in her Independent Living apartment. Two of her friends moved there after seeing how happy she was. The staff are extremely kind and devoted to the health, safety and happiness of all residents. Their response to and communication about the Covid pandemic has been stellar. Highly recommended.

The safey and health of Brookdale residents is #1. As a loved one of a resident, we receive regular communication of how they are responding to COVID restrictions while caring for the residents. We know mom is in good hands.

The overall rating was based on the prior management team. The staff were very friendly at Wellington. There were lots of activities for the residents to choose from prior to COVID. My loved one enjoyed bingo each week. The meals were delivered in a box. The food was excellent and I was able to eat with my loved one prior to the pandemic. New management decided to charge a $150 surcharge for a lock down or COVID charge. The community was beautiful. They even decorated for all the holidays prior to COVID.

We are happy our loved one was at this community, and the care services were wonderful. They made a good effort to still have activities for the residents during COVID. The rooms are excellent, and pre-COVID the food was just excellent, they were able to eat in the dining room. Then the food was being delivered to their room and the food was still good, and the people delivering the food were wonderful.

Unfortunately due to COVID we have not been able to really visit this community, however we were able to see a little bit when we first moved our loved one in and the rooms they provide would be a four out of five. From our understanding we believe the care services are good.

This facility is fantastic!! Everyone from ex director, to the front desk attendant, and in particular [named removed] are so helpful, friendly, positive and make this experience great!! Excellent experience.

I could not have asked for anything better than what we got at Marquis Gardens Place. The care she got during her short stay here was absolutely incredible. We chose this facility because it was recommended to us and had high reviews. I was also very impressed with the tour. I would recommend this facility.

I lived in assisted living and my husband in memory care. The team is knowledgeable in caring for all its residents. Our decision to move here was a wise one. My being here makes it easy for me to be with him whenever I want to see him day or night. I have met many people I have not seen for years. I went to high school with many of them. It was nice to see them after many years.

I am a private caregiver in the community for a current resident. I know that the team is very efficient and they go above and beyond with care, the dining staff are pleasant and daily activities are helpful for physical and emotional achievement. I would recommend for my own parents to move in here when it's time.

I greatly appreciate everything Sheridan staff is doing to keep my mother safe, while at the same time trying to keep her active, even during covid-19 times. Staff is always pleasant and eager to assist family questions that arise.
