I have a loved one that resides at LakeSide Vista and we are so pleased with her care. She is very happy there!

A dear friend of my family stayed at Lakeside Vista. She started out in independent living and then moved to assisted living. I was impressed with the level of care and kindness the staff showed her. I highly recommend Lakeside Vista.

I'm so happy that I moved here last year. I feel safe and I'm still having fun every day.

It is a beautiful community. The staff and caregivers are all very nice and attentive. My family member has made some good friendships there as well. We chose this community because it was close and convenient for our family , and it was the nicest of all of the communities that we visited. The community was warm, inviting, and pleasant. I would highly recommend this community to other families. Through COVID they have done very well.

The community is always very clean and smells very nice. A very very nice community that we are very grateful to have found. The staff is wonderful and all very nice. The activities are great as well and every time I talk to my father, it always seems like they are engaged in something. My father seems to be very happy here. Although expensive, we do think my dad is getting his money's worth at Camellia Walk.

The community always smells fresh. We do have to make sure we are attentive of my mother's room after they clean it. Overall, the community is always spotless and they do an excellent job keeping up. The staff responds very quickly to our questions and concerns, especially regarding my mother's care. They do offer a variety of activities for the residents and they seem to have something that appeals to everyone. Spring Hills Cherry Hill is very expensive, however the quality of care and peace of mind are very high.

I think it is great choice for my mom. They make a lot of effort to engage the residents and help them remain involved. They have done a good job with Covid-19. The food is good and there are lots of choices.

They place was clean when I did see it and he staff was very friendly. They do seem to really care about the residents. They do take the residents off-community for activities and since my mother was in memory care, they would have people come in to their area of the community and engage them. I did feel like the Mangrove Bay was worth the price. The grounds are beautiful and it feels like you're on a cruise.

One negative thing is that my dad had money and his drivers license stolen. The food was really good. They do not have enough elevators for a building that size. The rooms are nice, huge closets. They have large outdoor decks with garden areas. Views are great.I would recommend it to others.

Brookdale Lisle is doing an amazing job taking care of my parents. I get to facetime with them 3 times a week and see them in person during window visits.

We have been very happy with the care my dad has gotten at the Courtyard Fountains. The social interaction is great. They are very responsive to my concerns. I feel my dad is safe there. My dad would like to food to improve, they are working on it. They layout and room sizes are great.

Lincolnwood Place has been wonderful. My mom has been adjusting and things are really going well. It took some time for her to "get into the groove", but now she enjoys the classes, activities, and has a dinner group of friends. The staff are great about getting the residents involved in activities. My mom has started calling the community her home. The staff are really friendly and put a lot of effort into involving the new residents and make them feel welcomed. Although it has been trying times with COVID, they have handled the lock down well, quickly, and efficiently. However, communication has been difficult. They have had outdoor concerts for the residents to listen during this time and even placed potted plants outside each residents apartment on Mother's day, which I felt was so sweet and nice of them. The only other thing I would point out is that although my mom says the food is good, she wishes that there was more variety and options. The food seems geared more towards a Kosher palette, which doesn't appeal to everyone.

Brookdale has done an amazing job of making sure that my mom is safe and healthy. My mom is getting 3 great meals every day.

I love my new home! I'm so glad to be here. The food and activities are the best!

My mom has long term care insurance which helps with cost. Care services have been good. They have activities but don’t push the residents to attend. Good place, I would recommend others to go there. Food is excellent, open dining they can go any time and order off the menu. They do not have a walk in tub, only have walk in showers. My mom loves the chandeliers in the lobby.

You can really tell that all the people that work there really care about the residents. They really give their all. My mom is very happy there. The layout of the rooms is nice, mostly private rooms. They each have a walk in shower which is really helpful, since my mom uses a walker. They have good closet space and a nice kitchenette area. The community has a smaller feel, everyone is known by name.

My aunt has dementia so I liked that it is a secure community. I feel as long as she does not need a Nursing Home she can stay at Canfield Place. I know they are looking out for her. It is hard because I was only able to visit her once after moving her in because they had to close it to all visitors due to Covid-19

We received quite a few photos and videos. This is an option also for short term rehab, we are looking into this option for mom until we can tour in person. [Name removed] has been great!
