Staff is very friendly and helpful! They bend over backwards to make residents feel welcome and comfortable.

Park Creek was a great place for my Father.

We are really, really happy with everything! Everything is awesome! Every single staff member is fantastic, from the nurses to the director to the activities coordinator to the cooks to the maintenance and grounds people to all of the staff who walk around and help with a dozen things every day. Other than the fact that it is one of the more expensive facilities, everything is fantastic.

Wonderful in my book they held my father a lot and was the best choice for him I have only good things to say about Park Creek Place

We chose Baywinde because it is very convenient for me and also I really liked the facility - I thought it was very nice. It is organized pretty well and the staff are all super friendly and easy to get along with. They always answer any questions when I have had them. I would definitely recommend the facility to other families.

The second we walked into the facility, I knew this was the place. We chose Meadowbrook for several reasons. They offer 24 hour access to her and that was very important to me because of how she was treated after hours at her previous facility. That gave me peace of mind. The director of memory care [name removed] is extremely hands on with the residents. She knows everything that is going on with all of the residents and she treats them like family. I am there a lot so I see it on a daily basis. Their shared apartments are full separate rooms so they still get privacy. My mom gets exceptional care here -the staff are amazing. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.

The nursing staff is very good and they seem to be very on top of what my uncles need. They are diligent and pay attention to detail. The apartment sizes are very nice, they were able to get a 2 bedroom so it fit their needs perfectly. Overall it has been a good experience and we would highly recommend Lincolnwood Place to others.

This community is in a really good location, I love it because we have parks nearby and the beach less then 50 feet away. Every time I walk out the door it feels like I am on vacation. The staff here really make me feel comfortable and safe, if they don't see you for more then a day they call to check in and make sure everything is okay. I have a check list of things I need and want and The Breakers checks off all my boxes - it really is a dream come true. I order a lot online and they hand deliver the packages to my apartment so they are very attentive. Security is also always on top of their business.

We have had a fantastic experience with Barrington. Their director of marketing and admissions is phenomenal. She has responded to our requests in an extremely timely manner, sometimes well after end of business hours, and especially when we needed someone quickly. The front desk has been great when we enter and leave. They check temps to make sure people are well before they enter and do a good job protecting the residents against Covid. The staff have been checking the residents weekly for Covid in an effort to make sure everyone is staying healthy, which we very much appreciate. The food is excellent. They have a very good, full slate of activities. The cost is on the higher end, but we're getting good value for what we're receiving.

The place is absolutely wonderful. My mother just loves it there and everyone is so nice; she is so well taken care of. I couldn't ask for more!

We had a great tour experience with Park Creek Place and really liked the facility and staff. The tour guide was friendly, helpful and gave us a lot of great information. For us it came down to the location, my mom was in rehab and it was easier to move her to a place that was closer by to where she was.

The meals overall are very good but there are always room for improvement. The activities our loved one has participate in she really enjoys. She loves her apartment and she has a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. The value for the money is just beyond stars - it is well worth it. They are priced under what other communities were asking for the exact same thing. We would recommend this community to other families based on our experience

My loved one is happy and well taken care of here. The communication with the staff is great, the Aides are wonderful about seeking me out if they need to talk to me about my loved one. The memory care unit manager is constantly in communication with me about anything. They are great at telling me how much they enjoy having my loved one in the community. Everything has been above expectations at this point for me.

We were unable to use the Woodbourne Place as our loved one no longer was able to. But from the initial experience and everyone there was completely amazing.

Good community, it was too far from family.

She loves the activities. My mom loves it and found a community of friends right away. It feels safe and people care about her. As her child, I don't have to worry about her.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating to my dad. Dad is not a big fan of the food, options are available but many not what he likes at the moment.
