I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff and residents have been very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The community was upfront with the information we requested and there were no surprises along the way. The staff communication with the family has been very good. They are responsive to our questions and they have been proactive in reaching out when they need to let us know about our loved one.

Barrington of Oakley looked like a good place for my loved one. What stood out to me: the activities, friendliness, cleanliness - and the all-around facilities.

My mom feels at home in the independent living at Evergreen. She moved from out of state and is acclimating well and feels safe. We haven't experienced the higher care/assisted living aspect. The grounds and condo are the best I've seen in the area, and I've looked. It is expensive. But I know she is safe there and has transportation and a community. The church services and deacon are great. Evergreen is home, and we are glad to have found this community. Also in close proximity to hospital and medical needs. They have helped us tremendously on the move-in process and getting everything in the condo ready. The process was daunting, especially since my mom is a widow and moved from out of state. Evergreen was very helpful in accommodations for this move. I would also like to add they put my mom up in a furnished apartment while waiting for her things to be delivered. We had issues with the moving truck, and this was amazing that they could have her stay there for the duration until her things arrived. They were beyond accommodating. The furnished apartment was so very helpful, because if this wasn't available, we would have had to put her in a hotel.

We have been very happy with Addington Place. The staff are wonderful. Mom did have a fall last month, in the bathroom, and they called me right away. Addington place is very homey. The staff does several activities every day, Monday thru Friday. I have an app on my phone, Sagely, and I get updates on what activities mom is participating in. It seems pretty accurate. The food seems very nice, mom likes it. They have been very accommodating to mom's needs.

It was really nice. I liked the layout and amenties. It was moreso, for a younger crowd, who were more active. They had a nice restaurant with a bar.

McCullough place was very nice and the staff did great with their follow up. Unfortunately they would not take my loved one because of his needs.

The grounds & facilities are beautiful.

I toured this community and it was phenomenal! Very kind and friendly staff, amazing activities and amenities (outdoor pool, gym, personal trainer). It's just beautiful and the price is reasonable. I would recommend them as an option to friends and family.

Great value for money, staff and leadership know everyone by name, consistent service standards that get addressed if something slips.

We picked this community because of the location. What we love most about this communty is, the convenience of services and proximity to care.

Addington Place is the best They've done a great job with my parents, and I appreciate that I could keep my parents together in the same apartment, with them both receiving the appropriate level of care, even though they have different care needs. And that wasn't really available in most other places. The facility is beautiful and clean. The staff are very friendly and get to know everybody - not just the residents, but also the family and people who come to visit. They really make an effort to know everyone's name. And the care they provide is excellent. They are very patient, despite not having the easiest job, and they take very good care of my parents. They call me if any medial issues pop up. There are lots of activities for them to do every day. My parents love it there and have felt such a sense relief not having to take care of a lawn anymore or cook for themselves. And for me, it takes the worry out of taking care of my parents.

My dad can be a little obstinate at times. The staff is always very accommodating and helpful. It's also very nice to have a place like this in my parents' hometown. My dad knows several of the people there so he feels like he's not in such a strange place.

I toured this community on a few occasions and it's great. It's beautiful, very clean, and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend them. We're thinking about moving my loved one here from another facility.

My husband and I are anxiously awaiting for the day we can go live there. We loved the experience for our loved one. The community is cheerful, bright, and open. All the residents seemed very friendly and happy. The staff seemed happy here as well. You can tell that the residents really had fun and were happy to live here. The community was able to provide laundry services for assisted living and memory. The apartment includes a full washer and dryer along with a full kitchen in it independent living. The apartment was gorgeous.

I toured this community and it was great! A different atmosphere than the others I toured. This one is a little bit dated, but is still very nice. They didn't have any availability at the time, so we continued our search.

I was very impressed by the woman who gave us the tour at Somers Place. The way she presented the facility was wonderful, we just thought another place might fit my loved ones needs better. The room design here would not have worked because of my loved ones vision loss. Other than that we really liked this facility and would have loved for her to go here. We liked that it was a smaller community and we felt she would get great care.

My loved one would have been happy here. It was beautiful. The people were friendly. It was not in our budget.

This community is great, we are very pleased. Dad is on the memory care floor, the director on that floor is extremely kind. The meals are great, dad loves them. Good quality and variety. No complaints from him at all. The staff is great. Communication with the family is very good. They do housekeeping and do a good job, his room is always clean. Overall, everything is very nice and we are very happy with it. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Our family had an in person tour and our first impression walking in was that it was very nice. They have these little store front shops and a nice restaurant. Everything was on the first floor which made it easily accessible, they had a nice common area with good nature views. It was one of our top contender's but for us the location was just to far away

We are really happy with my sister there. She is always clean, showered and they provide a lot of activities for her. She is having a great time and making friends. Very close knit group of them there about 17 or 18 them. Whenever we need anything, people are very approachable and they really do care. Do not think we could have picked a better place.
