The activities are not really applicable to our situation. Communication has really been the issue. The communication with the medical related staff could be improved, it took a week to get back to me. Since we decided to move here the communication hasn't been as much as I would like. We liked the location.

very nice, large facility They gave me different rates depending on the level and final nurse check. see paper work in folder. Both Stephanie and Stacie have been very informative. My hesitation is travel and its large facility. Price if she is at level 1 $2075, if level 2 $2325. some discounts may applly

It is quite old and a bit dingy. People seem happy there and there is a mixture of levels of capacity. Lots of activities as well. Sam was very wonderful and helpful.

I think we could get more for the cost. The care is not as good as the previous place and they overstated their activities. They said they have sculpting but they don't. They just have play-dough.

Very close to my home and could provide transportation to my follow-up appt at Kaiser Fontana. The facility itself needs better maintenance and cleaning overall.Cobweb's on the ceiling in the main lobby, stained carpets in some hallways, the elevator looks like it never gets cleaned or vacuumed and there is a lingering odor throughout the facility. I went by on another day to get paperwork and was taken care of by a pleasant young gentleman named Michael. I think he is one of the managers. He made me feel very welcome and assured me that they could do whatever I needed to make my stay comfortable and invited me come back for a second tour to see rooms other than the original one I was shown which was at the far end of a hallway across from a room that had the door open and had the worst order coming from it. Overall, this facility is not as clean or well maintained as it could be but I am still considering it due to they being able to provide transportation to my follow-up appt and it being close enough for family to visit.

Rooms are empty except bed. They charge $450 for diapers per month.

Model Studio was larger than I expected. Convenient parking garage.

This is in a good area, close to shops and near where I work (to visit Mom after work) but am not fond of it being right next to the freeway. Noise from busy Reseda Blvd. plus from the freeway depending on which way your room is facing. Plus, only one thermostat for every 5 rooms. Looking for individual room thermostats as Mom is always cold.

includes laundry 1X week fresh towels and cleaning daily. They will give meds This is near the 105 freeway. This place is nice. They provide some furniture. Near shopping (Target/Walmart within walking distance) and about 10 miles from Cecilia and 13 miles from family. DR's release needed. When I dropped in I did not have an appointment, and the Director was very gracious and gave me a tour and answered all of my questions. This was my second choice.

Level of care is determined by the nurse. Base rate for a studio is @ $2095. Level 1 - $575; Level 2 - $850; Level 3 - $1100. Time, frequency, staff leads to plan and price.

Nice place and friendly people. Making some nice improvements in the facility. Not the right fit for us though.

has all needs and dimencia area

There has been some improvement with new management and ownership. Facility is clean and comfortable. The only major concern is the food is not very appetizing and often poorly prepared.

My loved one lived in the community for a short time. The food was very oriental and my loved one was not used to it. The feeling they received in the community was not a family feeling or positive atmosphere. The staff was nice and they did try to help them feel a little more at home. Activities were offered as well as a beautician services for the residents who liked this.
