It is very clean, the food is good and the people that work there are very nice.

We moved my dad into this place and he loves it all the people there are so friendly and open the staff helps when everything plus some.. the food is top of the line.. my dad told me this is the best place for him.. my dad got lucky with a move in deal

We like this new community. The staff are nice and caring. We like the knowing that we can cook on are own, but we do like the meals that we can choose from. The chef is unbelieveable and the menu is fantastic. We are always busy with the nice activities that are offered to the residents. We like that everyone is so very friendly. This community comes highly recommended to other families.

This is a great community for the care and the residents seem to be happy. The community is clean and well maintained. The menu is appealing and they are pleased with the menu. They have a lot of nice activities that she is happy with. I like knowing they have a garden and that makes her happy being able to be involved and to feel useful makes me happy to see. We would recommend the care and the value of this community to other families.

My loved one's short stay at Azalea Trails went just fine. The facility was well maintained and the staff were attentive and friendly, and they took great care of my loved one. I was pleased with her stay.

My mother was at this community for two before she passed away unfortunately. However she did enjoy her time in this community. It is an excellent facility, and we were pleased with all they had done for us. It was good experience for us in this community overall.

I have recently moved into this community and so far I am very pleased with how things are going for me in my new living environment. The staff have been wonderful and made welcome us with open arms. I like that every time I walk around there is always someone smiling and the staff seem happy to be there. The meals are great and they have a wonderful activity program available to all of us. I have no complaints about the stay that my dad had at this community. The staff where amazing and so caring to him at all times. I was very comfortable with the quality of care that they where providing him and made sure that he was comfortable as can be. It was just not the right fit for him so we had to change facilities, but it had nothing to do with this place. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I like the care from the staff at this community. The staff are attentive to her needs. The community is clean and maintained. They need to improve the menu due to alot of sandwiches on the weekend. They offer my mom to get involved with activities with the other residents. They sometimes need more staff available. I would recommend this care for the care of a love one.

The care at this community if fantastic. The staff are wonderful and caring. We like the menu of the good meals that healthy and appealing. We are offered to participate in the activites, but we will after we settle in. My father in law likes living at this community. The caregivers treat him like family. The community is kept very nice. They offer daily activities including dance lessons. They have a salon on site where residents can get their hands and feet done as well as their hair. I can not imagine having him anywhere else and I would highly recommend this community.

My loved one is adjusting quite well to living in this facility! The place is just immaculate, the staff are great and my loved one enjoys the menu! My loved one even got the chance to go with other residents on an outing to an Italian restaurant. We also liked the fact that the re are three geriatric doctors on staff, which many other facilities did not have. Overall, I am very satisfied!

My parents and I were happy to find a place with Assisted Living care for my Dad and a companion arrangement for my Mom. They have been together 69 years and it was very important for them to be together. Sadly within three days my Dad's condition deteriorated and he needed skilled nursing care. We had to relocate them both. The staff at windcrest graciously waived certain contractual obligations and refunded a fair amount of the expense we had paid in advance. I can honestly state that they treated my parents wonderfully and went beyond the contractual limitations when the unexpected happened.

We like this community. The staff is very helpful and considerate. We like the community a lot due to the cleanliness. The menu is outstanding and healthy with a good variety. I like knowing that she is getting involved with the many activities. This is a positive environment. We would be happy to let other families know this has been a great experience and the community comes highly recommended for great care and comfort and value for loved ones.

Everything is great for my husband since moving into Hartis Arlington. He is making good progress and the therapists that are woking with him have been very helpful.I am happy with the care.

I'am satisfied with my mother move to this community. This is a nice community, and she is doing well with her move. I know she is safe, and in good hands. They have a good staff at this community. They do a good job keeping everything around the community well-kept. Everything is working out well for us at this community, and I would recommend it.
