Dad has been there a few weeks. It's very clean, looks like a hotel, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The residents seem happy. The food is pretty good. You have 4 options. They are pre-plated but they accommodated requests to change side items and brought out salsa for some residents who requested it. They provide transportation to doctors and take residents to Walmart. The other activities and trips look good. Dad is more interested in the pool table. It's great that you can contract with home health in the facility. So far so good!

This is a very nice community. The staff are carign and attentive. We like the meals we have had with mom on family nights. She is offered to participate in activities. The community is clean and other families would like the care and the value that is offered to loved ones here.

We like the care that our brother is getting from this community. My family likes know that the staff are very kind and helpful to his needs. The meals are appealing and he is adjusting. They offer activities for him to be active. We find the community to be clean and we would recommend this community for the value and the care for loved ones .

My loves the community we moved her into. We couldn't say enough things about the community. I have seen them do a great job in all the levels here; Assisted, Independent, and Memory care. The staff show compassion and they are organized. They keep all the people engage and involved with activities, outings, and each other. My mom has gone to the museum and the park for some outings. It is always clean and it looks pretty.

Very nice place! Everyone super friendly, Executive [Removed] spend some time chatting with us about the dining options which sound delicious. [Removed] did a great job showing us around. Rooms look wonderful, courtyards are beautiful! Would put Heartis Cypress at the top of our list under "Definitely worth considering!" The drawback is that it's a bit far from where family members live in Richmond near Katy & so the time to drive out there would be about two hours round-trip, especially with traffic that keeps building in the I-10/Barker Cypress area.

The staff is working very well with my mom. I am overjoyed at the staff and the way that they treat my mom. The food is good sometimes. Mom has gotten into the bridge and the outings that they do. This is a gorgeous community.

Very pleased with facility, services, staff, safety, variety of activities. [Removed] has been very helpful and spent lots of time with me to make sure I was comfortable. My mother will be moving in soon and I'm sure she'll be very excited!

I would love to move into this community! When my mother and I went for a tour, they gave her a pair of cool house shoes that you can put in the microwave to warm up! They also bought our lunch and have us a lot of helpful information. They have a large variety of activities such as singing, games, nad helping elementary school kids out.

My mother is doing very well since her move to the Waterview. She has a comfortable apartment on the first floor so she does not have to worry about the elevator. The apartment has a huge bathroom with a walk in shower. The staff is caring and they always have a good attitude. Everyone down to the maintenance man is great! They have a large variety of activities and take her to appointments. The place is truly a good value for the money.

This is an amazing community, and my friend is doing very well since her move here. She loves it, and has adjusted very well to it. The community looks great, and everything is very neat, and tidy. Everyone is wonderful, and very kind. It has been a great experience, and all is very well. This is a community I would recommend, it is a really nice place.

After talking with my mom daily she tells me she enjoys it at the community and it's going fine. They are easy to work with and the staff check in on her often. She eats from the community and cooks some meals in her apartment when it is something she doesn't like. She says good things about the meals and has not complained. Everything is fine with housekeeping, there has been no issues. My mom has been playing bingo and the other games they have available for the residents.

The facility was beautiful and well designed. Our Mother did not get to stay long but every amenity she needed was given to her and the family. Staff was exceptional and so compassionate from our initial meeting with [Removed], our contract signing with [Removed], the many conversations with [Removed], sweet concern for all our questions by [Removed], and the loving care shown by [Removed] and [Removed] and the Hospice personnel. I regret if I failed to name other caregivers because everyone we met could not have been more supportive. This experience was a very difficult time for the family but our Mother and her family were given the best care and respect anyone could provide.

I believe timing is everything! My mother was visiting with me and my two sisters when we decided to check out Senior Living in Granbury. With the quick actions of A Place For Mom, Senior Advisor [Removed] set up a lunch and tour of the Lakestone Terrace Senior Living facility next day. We all were overwhelmed with the genuine hospitality of the Marketing Director, [Removed] and the thorough tour and information received. My mother could not believe the happiness and friendliness of the residents!! We left that day, not knowing my mother would say next day she wanted to sale her home and move to Lakestone Terrace. [Removed], the Senior Director met with us next day to sign lease. My Mother has been living in her new home going on three weeks and we could not be happier, thanks to "A Place For Mom!"

Tremendously friendly, worked with us in every way, My mother-in-law started smiling when she came in the door and didn't stop until we left.

I like the care at this community. The staff is nice but they seem to have a high turnover of staff. The food is good, but they could use some improvements. My mom is offered activities and trying to get involved. This is a community that I do recommend for other families for good care and a nice value.

Warm, friendly and caring staff. Incredibly delicious food which we got to try since we were there during dinner. Table service as if you are in a restaurant or room service if you prefer, like a "cruise ship without the water." Residents and families we talked to seemed very happy.

We toured this community when we were searching for a place for my grandmother. It seemed like a nice place and was very clean.The staff was friendly as well. It was just too big with too many people.

We chose this place for my mother because they offer a private kitchen in her living quarters. The community is very clean and the staff is informative. They offer activities but my mother has yet to participate.
