Sagora Senior Living

My parents and I were happy to find a place with Assisted Living care for my Dad and a companion arrangement for my Mom. They have been together 69 years and it was very important for them to be together. Sadly within three days my Dad's condition deteriorated and he needed skilled nursing care. We had to relocate them both. The staff at windcrest graciously waived certain contractual obligations and refunded a fair amount of the expense we had paid in advance. I can honestly state that they treated my parents wonderfully and went beyond the contractual limitations when the unexpected happened.

We like this community. The staff is very helpful and considerate. We like the community a lot due to the cleanliness. The menu is outstanding and healthy with a good variety. I like knowing that she is getting involved with the many activities. This is a positive environment. We would be happy to let other families know this has been a great experience and the community comes highly recommended for great care and comfort and value for loved ones.

Everything is great for my husband since moving into Hartis Arlington. He is making good progress and the therapists that are woking with him have been very helpful.I am happy with the care.

I'am satisfied with my mother move to this community. This is a nice community, and she is doing well with her move. I know she is safe, and in good hands. They have a good staff at this community. They do a good job keeping everything around the community well-kept. Everything is working out well for us at this community, and I would recommend it.

We are happy with the care at this community. The staff are very helpful and nice. they offer a good variety of meals that are appealing. The activities are offer to the residents who want to participate. The physical therepy is very good. We would recommend this community to families seeking a good communty for care and value .

I am doing very well since my move into this community. They have housekeeping clean once a week and everyone is very nice. They have a large variety of activities available such as bingo 3 days a week and they do have people coming out and singing, there is a lot to be done. We have a shuttle that could take us anywhere. They drop you off and when you're ready to be picked up, they come for you.

I like the care here for my father. The staff is caring and helpful. My father likes the variety of good healthy meals that they are enjoying. They offer a lot of activities and we were happy that the caretakers were helpful in getting him to participate. I would highly recommend this community for outstanding care.

My mother is doing well since her move into Pecan Point. She is adjusting pretty well and the staff have been very helpful and caring towards her, The community is clean and maintained well from what I have seen during my visits.

The Isle is the newest AL facility and it had many options available for the residents including physical therapy. The rooms were larger than most facilities and the fresh fruit was easily accessibly. I was most impressed with the warm friendly feeling and consider this my #1 choice.

Very nice community, the advantage of this facility is that my mother can stay at Waterview and can move up to Assisted Living and then to Memory Care when needed.

The staff try to help in every way they can. They have cottages behind the main building. It is a gated community and I feel safe. They keep the community clean. The food is good and they offer activities in the main building. I would recommend this community.

Harborchase is beautiful! Everyone, and I do mean everyone, who worked there spoke to me during my tour. Bright, clean, fresh. Lots of activities for the residents.

Everyone at Heartis Cypress has been so caring and great to work with. We were so stressed over putting our mother in a memory care facility, but they have done a wonderful job. Very caring folks.

This could be a suitable community for another family but I felt this was not a good match for us. The decor was not different and the feeling was nice. We didn't feel connected with the place, it was not a good fit for us. They gave me a god tour and I didn't see anything bad.

It was lunch time when my mom and I toured to find a place for my dad. The residents in the dining room sounded happy and a gentleman was there singing as entertainment. This community has several floor plans and sizes. It was clean and appears to be a good match for us.

This is a great community in everyway. The staff are caring and attentive to my mom's needs. The meals are very good and she is happy with everything. They offer her alot of nice activities for her to participate. We would highly recommended the care of this community that is worth a good value for the great care of a loved one.
