The care at this community if fantastic. The staff are wonderful and caring. We like the menu of the good meals that healthy and appealing. We are offered to participate in the activites, but we will after we settle in. We would like families to know that this community is clean and we would recommend others to this community for care for a loved one

My father in law likes living at this community. The caregivers treat him like family. The community is kept very nice. They offer daily activities including dance lessons. They have a salon on site where residents can get their hands and feet done as well as their hair. I can not imagine having him anywhere else and I would highly recommend this community.

My loved one is adjusting quite well to living in this facility! The place is just immaculate, the staff are great and my loved one enjoys the menu! My loved one even got the chance to go with other residents on an outing to an Italian restaurant. We also liked the fact that the re are three geriatric doctors on staff, which many other facilities did not have. Overall, I am very satisfied!

My parents and I were happy to find a place with Assisted Living care for my Dad and a companion arrangement for my Mom. They have been together 69 years and it was very important for them to be together. Sadly within three days my Dad's condition deteriorated and he needed skilled nursing care. We had to relocate them both. The staff at windcrest graciously waived certain contractual obligations and refunded a fair amount of the expense we had paid in advance. I can honestly state that they treated my parents wonderfully and went beyond the contractual limitations when the unexpected happened.

We like this community. The staff is very helpful and considerate. We like the community a lot due to the cleanliness. The menu is outstanding and healthy with a good variety. I like knowing that she is getting involved with the many activities. This is a positive environment. We would be happy to let other families know this has been a great experience and the community comes highly recommended for great care and comfort and value for loved ones.

Everything is great for my husband since moving into Hartis Arlington. He is making good progress and the therapists that are woking with him have been very helpful.I am happy with the care.

I'am satisfied with my mother move to this community. This is a nice community, and she is doing well with her move. I know she is safe, and in good hands. They have a good staff at this community. They do a good job keeping everything around the community well-kept. Everything is working out well for us at this community, and I would recommend it.

I am doing very well since my move into this community. They have housekeeping clean once a week and everyone is very nice. They have a large variety of activities available such as bingo 3 days a week and they do have people coming out and singing, there is a lot to be done. We have a shuttle that could take us anywhere. They drop you off and when you're ready to be picked up, they come for you.

I like the care here for my father. The staff is caring and helpful. My father likes the variety of good healthy meals that they are enjoying. I believe there is no better place for Senior Living in all of South Florida. After visiting all of the options and senior communities for my mother in Vero Beach, I arranged a "test" stay with Regency Park for two months in January 2017. She so love it, she moved here permanently on May 1, 2017, just two months after she first visited! Regency Park and it's Assisted Living Community, Harbor Chase (next door) are elegant, gracious residences for people wishing to live their retirement in a community that offers a beautifully landscaped tropical setting, elegant furnishings in the common areas, excellent resident care & oversight and gourmet food in the dining rooms. The resident's rooms are clean and well appointed with walk in showers, safety equipment and a daily check in system to ensure everyone is safe in the morning, The rooms are also accessible to the many activities from movies in a real theatre with games and exercise programs provided by an excellent and caring team of employees. Since moving there, I noticed my mother walking better, socializing more and her every need is met by a responsive and top notch staff. She has assimilated very well with the wonderful residents and highly responsive staff. Even the move in process was efficient with people ready to help her unpack and organize and a maintenance staff to help her customize her apartment by installing ceiling fans and hanging her pictures on the walls. I didn't have a thing to do to help her transition to the residence - it was all handled by a very competent and friendly team of employees. [Removed]. Executive Administrator, oversees both Regency Park and Harbor Chase with professionalism and kindness. Every resident knows her as she does not sit back and let others do the work. She is involved in all of the events and makes sure to attend to the individual needs of every resident. [Removed]ensures the pricing and the apartment a resident chooses meets their individual needs and resources to help them fit in comfortably with the community. The Activity Director,[Removed], changes the activities regulary keeping residents entertained and interested in their community. Should a resident need memory care or more extensive physical care, they can easily transition to their Assisted Living Facility at Harbor Chase (right next door to Regency Park) and receive the same quality of care with more extensive nursing over sight. This feature takes away all the worry for families wishing to make sure their mother or father will get the increased care they may need as they age and require more assistance. My opinion of Regency Park and Harbor Chase come from a year of extensive research on all of the communities available in Vero Beach and this community more than met my expectations. I couldn't be more impressed with their caring attitude and treatment of my mother. I believe the community handles very detail to provide a caring, family-centric and well run residence for anyone looking for a place for an elderly parent or friend. This is definitely a "best in class" community.

My mother is doing well since her move into Pecan Point. She is adjusting pretty well and the staff have been very helpful and caring towards her, The community is clean and maintained well from what I have seen during my visits.

I am happy with the care that my father is getting. The staff is very kind. I like that if there is an issue they are right on top of things. The menu could use some improvements. This is a nice community. The staff is caring and attentive. I am very happy knowing that my mom is getting excellent care. The meals are very good and a nice variety. The Isle is the newest AL facility and it had many options available for the residents including physical therapy. The rooms were larger than most facilities and the fresh fruit was easily accessibly. I was most impressed with the warm friendly feeling and consider this my #1 choice.

Very nice community, the advantage of this facility is that my mother can stay at Waterview and can move up to Assisted Living and then to Memory Care when needed.

The staff try to help in every way they can. They have cottages behind the main building. It is a gated community and I feel safe. They keep the community clean. The food is good and they offer activities in the main building. I would recommend this community.

Harborchase is beautiful! Everyone, and I do mean everyone, who worked there spoke to me during my tour. Bright, clean, fresh. Lots of activities for the residents.
